Abstract: Community structure is an important feature to understand structural and functional properties in various complex networks. In this paper, we use Multidimensional Scaling (MDS) to map nodes of network into Euclidean space to keep the distance information of nodes, and then we use topology feature of communities to propose the local expansion strategy to detect initial seeds for FCM. Finally, the FCM are used to uncover overlapping communities in the complex networks. The test results in real-world and artificial networks show that the proposed algorithm is efficient and robust in uncovering overlapping community structure.

Abstract: Nowadays, web is applied more and more extensively and the integration of application system between enterprises has become an important aspect of Web applications. The current mainstream middleware technologies such as CORBA, DCOM, etc. cannot be used for communication between heterogeneous systems. As new platform-independent communication protocols, RESTful and SOAP-WSDL can implement heterogeneous systems to exchange information. In this paper, RESTful and SOAP-WSDL are analyzed, and the associated techniques in the design of image management system are discussed and compared.

Abstract: An increasing number of publication and consumptions of media data on the social and dynamic web has allowed ontology technology to grow up unpredictable. News agencies, cultural heritage sites, social media companies and ordinary users contribute a large portion of media contents across web community. These huge amounts of media contents are generally accessed via standardized and proprietary metadata formats through semantic web. But nearly all cases need specific, standardized, and more expressive methods to represent media data into the knowledge representation paradigm. This paper proposes the proper methods to express media ontology based on the nature of media data. At first RDF graph representation model is used to show the expressive power of domain classification with direct label graph concepts. Secondly, events and object class domain are used to express relational properties of media content. Finally, the events and object class domain is expressed into RDF/OWL language, as preferable and standardized language to represent media data in the semantic web.

Abstract: In multi-level security database system, the inference problem is that a low security level user using accessible data and his own knowledge and to infer confidential information of higher security level, which constitute an attack on the database. This paper introduces a formal description of multi-level secure database systems inference channels and analyzes several common inference channels and its solution.

Abstract: In this paper, an IOT video monitoring system is designed based on UP-Magic6410 platform, and web camera function within LAN and yeelink-based image monitoring within WAN are realized. In addition, dynamic images could be sent to designated email address after being coded to avi formatted video, which could be directly played to provide monitoring footage. Video and image could also be viewed and downloaded via ftp within LAN.

Abstract: A video management way based on Oracle interMedia is proposed, to make up the shortages of single classify and low search efficiency based on files in traditional video surveillance system. The solution is designed on structural description model for video, proposed a classify way which described the video from attribute, character, main frame summary and video data. Adopt interMedia to create table in Oracle, achieve classify storage for video and description. At last, design the test software in VC. Experimental results show that the video can storage in Oracle well, compared with the traditional file storage way, it has a better classify storage and search efficiency.

Abstract: Based on N-well Chartered 0.35-um CMOS technology, we designed an integrator for a low-power and high-precision sigma-delta modulator, which has a structure of third-order CIFF, one bit quantization. Amplifier designed in this paper use the PMOS folded cascade differential structure. All switches of the switch capacitance integrator are CMOS switch. The structure-improved integrator can be used to preliminarily filter the noise power of the input signal, and reduce the noise into the modulator, combined with bottom plate sampling technology and the right timing sequence. Input sinusoidal signal has frequency of 65.625Hz and amplitude of 0.6V. It’s simulated in cadence spectre with sampling frequency of 76.8kHz and power supply voltage of 3.3V. FFT analysis of the integrator output shows that the noise floor is-94.3dB, which meets the performance requirements of the system.

Abstract: Amount of cars in China increase rapidly with the fast development of social economy. Traffic jam and accidents have been social problems. Vehicle networking technology is born at the right moment for improving traffic situation and realizing city traffic intellectualization. Wireless access technology has become research hotspot in recent years under the vehicle networking environment. It is of great importance for wide use of vehicle networking to study rational and feasible safety information transmission plan. How to lower time delay of information and data redundancy is a big problem that has to be solved. This paper studied the multi-channel transfer of safety information in MAC layer to opti mize time delay and reliability of information transfer, which have certain value on the development of multi-channel transfer technology of vehicle networking safety information.

Abstract: In this paper, we combined the clustering algorithm and neural network algorithm, proposes a new FORBF neural network algorithm based on FCM and OLS, and apply it to the research of intrusion detection system. The simulation results show that, the algorithm has satisfactory performance.

Abstract: During the 30-year development of the Intrusion Detection System, the problems such as the high false-positive rate have always plagued the users. Therefore, the ontology and context verification based intrusion detection model (OCVIDM) was put forward to connect the description of attack’s signatures and context effectively. The OCVIDM established the knowledge base of the intrusion detection ontology that was regarded as the center of efficient filtering platform of the false alerts to realize the automatic validation of the alarm and self-acting judgment of the real attacks, so as to achieve the goal of filtering the non-relevant positives alerts and reduce false positives.
