Abstract: OpenMP is one of the most popular parallel programming technique nowadays. Using openMP, programmers parallelized their serial programs by inserting directives. However, in addition to parallel algorithm related overhead which depends on how to design the parallel program, performing openMP also leads to overhead. In this paper, we give a model to evaluate the overhead, and design 5 groups of experiment to evaluate the overhead caused by starting openMP, scheduling and synchronizations. We also analyze the changes of the overhead with different scale of the problems and the number of parallel threads.

Abstract: Cloud computing can improve corporate IT operational efficiency and reduce maintenance costs on enterprise PC terminal after centralizing computing and IT services. However, computing resources centralization makes security control and management particularly complicated. Without moderate isolation and security policy, one computer infected by virus can cause the whole network paralysis in cloud computing. It is absolutely necessary to develop "cloud management system" in cloud computing. In this paper, we analysis cloud management system architectures, build a cloud management system conceptual model, and design cloud management system deployment. We also implement cloud management system integrating a variety of technologies including host virtualization technology, virtual host automatic backup management, virtual host blocking and audit technique, and cloud computing access control etc. The cloud management system can guarantee the security of cloud computing, and provide a more economical and more reasonable solution to the cloud service users.

Abstract: Based on the internal configuration pattern of Dongba Characters, we analyzed the replacing-element configuration method. Applying this method, we combined the concrete Dongba characters with the abstract characters, using either Chinese characters’ structure or Dongba characters’ structure as the basic frame. Further, we used some softwares like “Edongba” to make computer-aided design. This designing method can improve the expression in addition to text connotation, enhance visual image, sculpt beauty, and highlight artistry. It is a new way to inherit and enrich our national culture.

This article is from the university network education platform of cloud computing based on the advantages of the proposed strategy, construction of information resources of University under the cloud computing environment. With the rapid development of Internet, people from all walks of life to and gradually mature "cloud computing" model of combining the road to seek an opportunity. However, in the field of education, the application of cloud computing is scanty. Research on the current college network education situation and abuse with according to the characteristics of cloud computing, advantages, and puts forward the conception of network education platform based on cloud computing, and further demonstrates its feasibility. It is the high time to improve the transplantation and service application pattern of cloud computing in the field of education.

Abstract: A home automation system integrates electrical devices in a house with each other. In this paper, an efficient secure multichannel traffic management scheme for wireless home automation networks with IoT (Internet of Things) functions is proposed. The mechanism includes a channel resource optimization scheme by the centralized channel assignment algorithms and an intrusion detection scheme for security enhancement with the traffic management. We evaluated the performance of the mechanism by using the wireless data measured on real wireless home networks. The simulation results show that the scheme can effectively manage the multi-channel status of the networks and detect the intrusion attacks, which improve the overall network performance.

Abstract: NVM has become a promising technology to partly replace SRAM as on-chip cache and reduce the gap between the core and cache. To take all advantages of NVM and SRAM, we propose a Hybrid Cache, constructing on-chip cache hierarchies with different technologies. As shown in article, hybrid cache performance and power consumption of Hybrid Cache have a large advantage over caches base on single technologies. In addition, we have shown some other methods that can optimize the performance of hybrid cache.

Abstract: Since the manufacture of memcapacitor is complicated and memcapacitors are not commercially available yet, the memcapacitor models are of importance for the research on memcapacitor characteristics and its application. Based on the analysis of the mathematical model of the memcapacitor and its typical characteristics, the memcapacitor model is designed. Some simulation is done to validate the function of the proposed circuit model.

Abstract: Memristors have the ability to remember their last resistance and quickly switch between different states, such characteristics could make logic circuits simple in structure and fast in boolean computations. A kind of digital encoder circuit utilizing titanium oxide memristors is proposed. A logic NAND gate which acts as key part in the circuit is designed. The works in this letter also provide a practical approach for designing logic gate circuit with memristors.
