Abstract: This paper further investigates the problem of synchronization of hyperchaotic memristor-based Chua’s circuits. An active control method is employed to design a controller to achieve the global synchronization of two identical memristor-based systems. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, a sufficient condition is given to guarantee the stability of the synchronization error system.

Abstract: Today, faced with the problem of international energy supply difficulties, due to the nuclear power’s fewer of its resources consumption, little environmental pollution and other advantages, it has become one of the essential pillars of the electricity supply. This paper analyzed from a comprehensive localization of nuclear power plants, then use the non-equidistant GM (1,1) model and the exponential regression model to predict the construction cost of nuclear power, and do the error analysis. The conclusion that by increasing the degree of localization of domestic nuclear power construction, which can effectively reduce the cost of building nuclear power plants conclusions.

Abstract: To solve the signal integrity problem which exists in ARM9 core PCB board design is the foundation to ensure high-speed ARM9 embedded system’s security and reliability. This paper make research on reflection, crosstalk and timing issues which exist in the design process of the ARM9 embedded system core PCB board, and perform simulation with the help of Cadence simulation and analysis software and IBIS model. The results show that match impedance is the key to solve the reflection problem, appropriate length and line spacing is help to solve the crosstalk problem, make the clock lines and data lines isometric can effectively reduce the timing issues.

Abstract: The electric energy data acquire system with full coverage of power user is the important component of the deployment of strong & smart grid. The low-voltage power line communication has become a mainstream technology in the construction of electric energy data acquire system in China. Micro-power wireless is a short-range, low-power, low complexity, low-cost wireless communication technology, which has the characteristics of large capacity, short delay and high stability. However, a single communication mode is hard to meet the requirement of full coverage of electric power user because the structure of distribution network is complicated. This paper proposes an integrated solution based on the PLC and micro-power wireless communication for electric energy data acquire network system, which achieved good results in the field, validate the feasibility of the solution.

Abstract: In order to analyze the control strategy of the low voltage ride through (LVRT) of DFIG during the asymmetric voltage sag, it is necessary to analyze the transient performance of a DFIG during the asymmetric voltage sag. In this paper, analyzed the influence of the asymmetric grid voltage to DFIG and the analysis method of the asymmetric voltage sag, and on the basis of positive and negative sequence mathematical model, analyzed the composition of stator output active and reactive power under the condition of asymmetric grid voltage. And built a DFIG asymmetric voltage drop simulation model of 1.5MW in MATLAB/Simulink, the simulation results shows that the stator voltage, current, active power and reactive power all present a double frequency ripple during the asymmetric voltage sag, consistent with theoretical analysis. It can provide theoretical basis for double-fed motor control strategy of asymmetric LVRT.

Abstract: Optimal planning of substation locating and sizing is one of the major components of distribution system planning projects. In this paper an approach for optimal locating, sizing and determining the power supply areas of substations using Improved Weighted Voronoi Diagram and Genetic Algorithm (WVD-GA) is presented. For rational power supply areas, variable weights and fixed weights are introduced as new concepts of weighted voronoi diagram to adjust the weights dynamically by considering substation characteristics and load density distribution. And an algorithm based on Cellular Automata (CA) for creating weighted voronoi diagram is designed, which greatly improve the performance of the creating process. The results show the efficiency and capability of the proposed method.

Abstract: Transmission line route reflects the geospatial constraints on the grid. Environmental factors affecting the power transmission line route design are diverse and complex. This paper studies the method based on GIS (Geographic Information System) and Dijkstra algorithm. Establish environmental factors hierarchical model of transmission line route design using IAHP and gridded map and obtain each grid’s weight. Take into account weight of each grid’s environmental factors and number of the corner in order to build the branch weights of Dijkstra algorithm. After that the optimal route can be obtained using Dijkstra algorithm.
