Its control and monitoring system is very complex and very important, directly determines whether HIRFL safe operation. This paper is to study its much control and monitoring system of temperature and humidity monitoring system. Began to study the basic structure of the hardware, a specific architecture and specific HMI is designed, as well as the situation in the field installation deployment.

Abstract: In order to safeguard China’s increasingly important sovereignty as well as our maritime rights and interests, monitoring of waters has been given more and more important importance. On such an occasion, electronic sensor and optical sensor appear as two applicable and useful means among all those space borne sensors which are widely used by many countries and regions thanks to their distinctive edges. In this paper, the key technology of target association and its pragmatic application prospect are further studied on the basis of the existing knowledge of electronic sensor and optical sensor.

Abstract: The pulse position modulation, which has the advantage of average energy efficiency and bandwidth efficiency, is an attractive modulation scheme for free-space optical communication. An important practical issue is to employ an efficient channel coding to this modulation. In this view, we consider the use of low density parity-check code together with iterative soft demodulation and channel decoding at the receiver. In particular, we discuss the calculation of the soft information at the demodulator to accommodate the LDPC decoder. We show that the proposed scheme is quite efficient against demodulation errors due to the receiver noise.

Abstract: By comparing the similarity of their contour information, hybrid photoelectric joint transform correlator (JTC) is used to recognize the specific target. An effective method to increase the recognition rate is to extract the contour information of target and template and decrease the noise interference in image background. The principle of joint transform correlator is given in this paper. To increase the recognizing rate, a mask algorithm is presented, with which the coordinate of the correlation peaks can be located precisely. Before the mask algorithm, edge extraction with Robert operator is carried out to enhance the target contour information and reduce the background noise. Amounts of experiments prove the mask algorithm can locate the correlation peaks precisely. As an example, an experimental result is given with a car as the detected target. The coordinate of this car is (362, 438). Experimental results confirm the feasibility and effectiveness of the mask algorithm.

Abstract: The particle concentration distribution in the foundry is very important not only for the occupational health of foundry workers but also for creating green foundry industry. In this study, the authors measured the particle concentration distribution in a foundry workshop, and analysis the characteristics of foundry dust pollution with the consideration of total dust control in the recent foundry industry. The results show that the concentrations of PM10 and PM2.5 are high in the central and low in the ends of the workshop. It is about 54% of all test sites with higher concentration of PM10 and PM2.5 than the limit values of national standards. However, the PM4 concentrations of about 31% test sites are higher than limit of national standards. It is obviously that sandfilling process, cavity repair and sweeping in mold making process can produce a lot of dust. This study may provide guidance for the foundry pollution control engineering and workshop operation management system.

Abstract: The Elastic Modulus and Poisson's ratio of corncob were Measured by electrical method.The sensor was electric-resistance strain gauge.When the corncob was applied by force,the strain of corncob transformed into resistance changing of the sensor.Then,measure the resistance by SINOCERA YE253 programmable static strain gauge and transmit the resistance into the strain.It was found that the Elastic Modulus of corncob under the moisture content of 10.5% is 1.208×109 Pa and the Poisson's ratio is 0.33.

Abstract: Recently microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) have found increasingly more applications in measurement technique in form of sensors and actuators. Here a report on the development and test of nanomechanical measurement methods and systems on the basis of MEMS will be delivered. A nanoforce actuator, a nanotensile test system which are all realized in the form of MEMS are in the focus. Design and numerical simulation of the nanoforce actuator with the help of finite element analysis (FEA) are detailed . In the article the principle of these measurement systems, the design, the manufacture and the assembly of the MEMS as well as first test results and achieved performance parameters are described.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the information loss on the feature extraction process in the traditional pattern recognition, a new method based on probability boxes theory was proposed. Firstly, the skewness of the fault signal data were used as the information source to construct the tow p-boxes about X and direction. Then, to take advantage of the complementation of the information source, the tow p-boxes from different directions were fused. Finally, the SVM features database was established by extracting different types of cumulative uncertainty measures from p-boxes. The analysis result shows that the combination of p-box and SVM can achieve a high recognition rate, which makes a new way for pattern recognition.

Abstract: With more and more electronic products used in daily life, as well as people attach great importance to our survival environment, people are more and more concerned about electromagnetic leakage pollution generated from electronic products. So the study of electromagnetic leakage detector that can rapidly and accurately detect the electromagnetic leakage in electronic products is significant. In this paper, we design a fast and effective 3-D electromagnetic leakage detector, which using three hollow induction coils which are mutually vertical between each other to obtain the intensity of electromagnetic field. With this instrument, the intensity in three directions can be tested at the same time. Tests revealed that electromagnetic leakage detector can easily measure the 3-D intensity of electromagnetic leakage generated from low frequency electronic products. It provides an important basis for inspection department to detect electromagnetic leakage in electronic products.

Abstract: We introduce the principle of AdaBoost face detection algorithm based on Haar-like feature in detail, and use OpenCV face detection module to realize AdaBoost algorithm on CMU face library. Experimental results show that the algorithm receives good effects. Meanwhile we analyze the relationship between the number of simple classifier and face detection result.
