Abstract: To find out the optimal length-weight relationship expression of fishery species, eight different expressions were used to fit the length-weight relationships in 18 fishery species (nine fish species, two shrimp species, three cephalopoda species, three crab species and one mantis shrimp species), including Linear Regression Function, Body Mass Index, Power Regression Function and Polynomial Function, and the goodness-of-fit of each expressions were compared by adjusted R-square, Residual Standard Deviation (RSD), and Fitting Optimization Index of Curve Regression which is proposed by Zhang. The results turned out that the polynomial equation W = a + b * L3 + c * L2 + d * L showed the best goodness-of-fit, while the linear equation W = a + b * L and BMI equation W = a * L2 showed the worst goodness-of-fit. Combined with prediction curve of regression function, there may be over-fitting in the model of polynomial function. In this research, the expressions W = a + b * Lc was proved to show the best goodness-of-fit in length-weight relationship at given simples or populations, and the constant term ‘a’ as an error may not be zero for samples.

Abstract: In order to improve the thawing qualities of fish, a thawing process of high voltage electrostatic field (HVEF) was studied. It was compared with nature thawing on the basis of thawing rate and the fish’s qualities index such as pH, thawing loss, cooking loss and total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N). The results showed that the high voltage electrostatic field can improve the thawing rate of fish significantly. Compared with nature thawing, the thawed fish under t HVEF had better qualities such as lower thawing loss and total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N). HVEF thawing has advantages, which can be used as a substitute method.

Abstract: In the event of cerebrovascular disease, simple medical treatment is very difficult to have expected effect. Interventional therapy is a new type of diagnosis and treatment in cerebrovascular technology, with advantage of less trauma, safer, more curative effect, quicker recovery, and easier to accept. Neurology department in the hospital i belonging to had performed the Seldinger technique cerebral angiography (DSA) for 68 patients with intravascular interventional therapy from January 2013 to January 2014. Through the establishment of special preoperative and postoperative nursing dedicative team, implement the system of process type intensive care good results have been achieved.

Abstract: Obiective is studing the bacteriostasis of nanosilver on the pathogenic fungus Botryti cinerea from illed plants. Five strains of Botrytis cinerea were used as the experimental materials. 0.3 % carbendazim and 0.3 % chlorothalonil were used as comparing chemistry bacteriostatic agents. The inhibitionand effects of bacteriostatic agents on the growth of mycelia, spore’s germination, size of the inhibitory zone, electrical conductivity, morphology and structure of Botrytis cinerea were studied. Results is that the bacteriostatic effects of nanosilver is significantly better than blank comparing experiment, and there are differentiation in strains. The bacteriostasis effece of carbendazim is better than chlorothalonil. The chlorothalonil is better than nanosilver. Conclusion is that There is better bacteriostasis against Botrytis cinerea for nanosilver. The The principle of bacteriostasis is that nanosilver disrupts permeation of cell mombrance of Botrytis cinerea.

Abstract: The triazophos is a kind of organic phosphorus pesticide, the quantitative determination model based on three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy coupled with alternating trilinear decomposition (ATLD) was explored for realizing the rapid determination of triazophos content in duck meat. Firstly, three-dimensional fluorescence spectra of duck meat extract, triazophos standard solution and duck meat extract containing triazophos were explored, respectively. Secondly, the fluorescence quenching phenomenon of the triazophos in duck meat extract was analyzed. Lastly, the number of components for three linear decomposition of ATLD was set as 2 by using the core consistency diagnostic, and the calibration curve between the relative fluorescence intensity and the actual concentration of the triazophos was established by using ATLD. The experimental results showed that the determination coefficient (R2) and the root mean squared error of prediction (RMSEP) for the proposed model in this paper were 0.9741 and 0.764 respectively, and it was feasible to predict the triazophos content in duck meat combining with three-demensional fluorescence spectroscopy and ATLD.

Abstract: The ultrasonic characteristics of 35 patients with ovarian fibroma confirmed with pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Ultrasonic characteristics of all the 35 patients was solid lesion beside uterus, there were 14 uniform low echo in it, nonuniform low echo 8, 2 nonuniform echo in it, 11 had been detected,8 accompanying obviously attenuation behind it.The ultrasonogram of ovarian fibroma has certain characteristics, but final diagnosis depends on pathology.

Abstract: Dropping the hip causes stress transfer in the femur. Understanding stress transfer during dropping of the hip is very essential for the surgery .In this study, two computational models are constructed and used to simulate two hip fall scenes. We employ explicit dynamics analysis method to explore dynamic damage mechanism of hip joint, providing biomechanical basis for surgical intervention. The simulation results show that the stress continues to increase in the beginning and reach a maximum during dropping. In scene one, high stresses were presented on the femoral neck when the trochanter impacted the ground, and they were presented on the femoral trochanter when the ilium impacted the ground. The peak stresses were greater than yield point, the neck and trochanter were broken. In scene two, high stresses were presented on the femoral head when the distal femur impacted hit the ground, and they were presented on the femoral neck and shaft when the ilium rebounded from the ground. The later stresses were greater than yield point, the femoral neck and shaft were broken.

Abstract: The application of computer digital technology in orthopedic treatment is studied. In the field of orthopedic therapy, computer digital technology need to be applied to process of collecting the lesion area to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This paper presents an orthopedic lesion region image segmentation method based on linear analysis algorithm, this method can be adopted to segment orthopedic lesion region effectively, precise location and lesion extent of lesion area obtained to provide data to support the clinical diagnosis. Experimental results show that orthopedic lesion area image segmentation method based on​​ linear analysis algorithm applied to the process of orthopedic treatment, can improve the cure rate efficiently.

Abstract: In the fault detection process for large-scale circuit communication systems, the traditional method needs to exam each node to determine whether a failure exists. It is complex and needs long time which causes a certain lagging. To avoid the defects mentioned above, this paper proposes a fault detection method based on wavelet transformation that calculates the changes of coefficients of the wavelet transform and the similarity between wavelet function and the signal. This kind of fault detection can pre-process the failure might occur and effectively improve the efficiency. The experimental results approve that the proposed method can predicate the fault location and reach satisfied effects.

Abstract: As an important application of Internet of Things , Wireless Sensor Networks utilized in surveillance and other case.Localization of nodes in wireless sensor networks is the prerequisite and base of target tracking in some surveillance applications, so localization error of sensor nodes is a key. However, due to limited energy, unreliable link and limited communication ranges of sensor nodes, high accurate positioning is difficult to achieve, which made it hot and full of challenging for wireless sensor nodes to localize without any auxiliary facilities. Range-based localization algorithm , could achieve good accuracy but require measuring devices, thus it is not appropriate for large-scale wireless sensor networks.So range-free localization algorithms are more popular.This paper analyses the algorithms in range-free localization,and proposed Advanced Sequence-Based Localization algorithm to improve the performance of positioning algorithm in wireless sensor network.
