Abstract: According to the analysis results of normal gait data, a method of gait trajectory planning based least squares curve fitting is proposed. Given the generalized-th order polynomial functions, the coefficients for functions are determined, then, a health hip and knee gait trajectory planning functions were obtained. The computer data analysis results show that the gait trajectory fitted can represent a normal gait accurately.

Abstract: The objective of this work is to study on the preparation of peanut protein peptide by lactobacillus solid state fermentation method and to provide a theoretical basis for further investigating peanut meal special protein material product. Results indicated that the soluble nitrogen concentration of peanut protein peptide could reach 70.92mg/ml, 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) and hydroxyl free radicals scavenging rates were 95.00% and 86.28%, respectively, under the following optimum conditions: addition of nutrient salt solution volume of 25ml, lactobacillus liquid volume of 5ml, temperature of 25.0 °C, and time of 72h. Peanut protein peptide had good antioxidant activities.

Abstract: This paper studied the extraction of peanut protein peptone hydrolysate from cold pressed peanut meal by papain to provide a theoretical basis on peanut meal special microorganism culture makings products for further research. The study use orthogonal test method to optimize the method of papain preparation of peanut peptone, the best preparation conditions were: enzymolysis temperature 55 °C, pH7.5, substrate concentration 3%, the amount of enzyme 6%, enzymolysis time 6 hours. The Protein yield was 52.02% and the content of amino nitrogen was 0.772 mg %by this perparation condition.

Abstract: Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography screening trisomy 21during the second and third trimesters. Methods Amniocentesis and cordocentesis were performed on 3110 and 187pregnant women respectively with indications for prenatal diagnosis to detect karyotype of the fetus during second trimester and late pregnancy, The detection rate of trisomy 21 was compared in pregnant women of different indications. To analyze the relationship between the ultrasonography abnormalities and trisomy 21. Results In chromosomal karyotypes analysis of 3110 pregnant women by amniocentesis, 41 trisomy 21 were detected, The detection rate of trisomy 21 was 1.32%. There were 98 in 3110 pregnant women with ultrasonography abnormalities, 6 trisomy 21 were found within them and the detection rate was 6.12%, the detection rate of trisomy 21 detected by ultrasound (6.12% ) was higher than the Down,s syndrome high risk group (0.98%), advanced age group (0.58%) Within 187 pregnant women of chromosomal karyotypes analysis by cordocentesis, 9 trisomy 21 were detected and the detection rate of trisomy 21 was 4.81% . There were 128 in 187 pregnant women with ultrasonography abnormalities, 5 trisomy 21 were found within them and the detection rate of trisomy 21 was 3.91% . (P <0. 05). Conclusions During the second and third trimesters, ultrasonography has great value .

Abstract: To a decentralized supply chain system consisting of a manufacturer and multiple independent retailers, the game models about the decentralized solution and centralized solution are developed. Comparison of the optimal solutions to two models reveals that the supply chain needs coordination. Then a coordination model on the revenue-sharing contracts is introduced. Finally, a numerical example shows that the perfect supply chain coordination and the flexible allocation of the profit can be achieved when a complementary profit-sharing agreement is included.

Abstract: Accurate forecast of demand is an important prerequisite to raise supply chain performance. In this paper, the author proposes a forecasting model of supply chain demand basing on the fractal theory. In this model, the historical temporal series is transformed into cumulative sum series to fit the total fractal distribution and the method of Equal-length and Changeable-dimension using Compensating Figure is introduced in to improve the accuracy of long-term forecasts. Analysis the real data of a certain supply chain and the numerical study proves the validity of the prediction model.

Abstract: Entropy weight comprehensive optimum seeking method is one of the optimization methods of reliability evaluation model. In the optimization process, several empirical models and multiple evaluation indexes were proposed for selecting a best model of reliability evaluation models. Entropy weight is defined to show the importance of evaluation indexes simultaneously. In this paper, an application case of CNC grinding machines was used to describe the optimization method in detail. The analysis result showed that the optimal reliability distribution model of CNC grinder is the mixed welbull distribution, and the method is reasonable and effective.

Abstract: In order to improve the operation and management level of thermal power units, and to achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption, the nonlinear principal component analysis (PCA) was proposed to assess the operating condition of fossil-fired power plants comprehensively, which can resolve the problem on the evaluation of multiple indicators. This method improves the traditional PCA by eliminating the relativity. Moreover, this paper applies the nonlinear PCA to evaluate the operating state of power plants, which can reduce the dimensions of the indicators and abstract the principal components. It can provide the high reference value for the power generation group on how to implement saving energy, optimal operation, indicators evaluation and competition in thermal power units. The practical example shows that the proposed method is effective.

Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as low production capacity, high production costs and insufficient resources utilization in Wulongquan mine, the method of grey correlation analysis has been adopted to analyze the main affecting factors about mine production cost. Considering the changes and tendency of these time sequences, grey absolute correlation degree has been used to reflect the strong-weak degrees and orders of the relationship between reference sequence and comparison sequences better based on non-dimensional values. According to the calculating results, labor cost, depreciation cost and materials cost is main factors. So some appropriate measures have been put forward to control total cost.

Abstract: The failure data of the electromechanical product satisfies a certain law that a batch of failure data usually meet a variety of distributions at the same time. As to this phenomenon, an optimization method of evaluation model of reliability which is combined with the concept of entropy was put forward in this work. In the optimization process, several empirical models and multiple evaluation indexes were proposed for selecting a best model of reliability evaluation model, and entropy weight was defined to show the importance of evaluation indexes.
