Abstract: With the gradual development of Cloud Computing, the model of work and business will fundamentally change in the future. Current market trading mechanism under the cloud computing environment is lacking in flexibility and most of companies adopt a fixed-rate pricing model, which is difficult to meet the different needs of users. Based on cloud bank model, this paper introduces economic theory to provide a theoretical basis for the development of resource prices and propose a dynamic pricing strategy and maximize utility resource selection strategy based on market supply and demand and credit for cloud bank. In the last part of this paper, we use simulation platform to do a simple experiment to test this dynamic pricing strategy. Experiment result shows the pricing strategy could adjust computing resource prices automatically under the general market price rule conditions and maximize utility resource selection strategy could get the max utility for resource consumers.

Abstract: Emergency mobilization alliance partner selection process is longitudinally choice of the value chain to achieve a task. Value of subtasks coefficient has been discussed. Depending on the difficulty of the problem and analytical perspective, the model of emergency mobilization alliance partner selection is given to maximize the overall effectiveness of the emergency mobilization. The choice of partner selection using adaptive genetic algorithm is made and the comparison with other methods has been analyzed.

Abstract: Process quality evaluation plays a significant role in ensuring product quality and improving customer satisfaction. Currently, the research on process quality evaluation lacks consideration of interactive coupling between product processing parameters and equipment reliability. With using the analysis of physics of failure, the relation model between the products quality and the processing equipment reliability was established. Besides, based on Maximum Entropy Principle (MEP), an evaluation method of process quality was provided. Finally, we verified the feasibility of the method through the combination in an application case.

Abstract: Virtual machining environment in Vericut was proposed with purpose of enhancing process planning practice training for undergraduates. Main issues include construction of virtual manufacturing resource library and virtual machining process execution environment for planned process. Virtual manufacturing resource library is composed of virtual and digital models for diverse kinds of machine tools. Type determination and classification principle of machine tools and virtual equipment modeling method in the proposed environment are studied. Virtual machining for particular process by multi setup and cut stock transfer method are defined. The proposed Virtual machining process execution environment provides effective ways for enrolled undergraduates applying machining knowledge in process planning, gaining experience with advanced machine tools and manufacturing technology in industrial world.

Abstract: According to the real background of repair and supply of spare parts, aims to reasonably plan that how to and where to repair the failure parts, where to deploy the repair resources and develop the initial spares configuration program such that the availability target of equipment is achieved with the lowest investment cost, the joint optimization model for level of repair analysis (LORA) and spare parts stocks is established consisting of variable cost and fixed cost that produced in maintenance as well as the equipment availability, and a new joint optimization method for the model is proposed combined Invasive Weed optimization (IWO) and margin analysis, then the optimization is realized. In a given example, the optimization result is gotten, through which the validity of the model and method is proved.

Abstract: Supply chain performance appraisal system is one of key components of SCM. After systematically reviewing the study of SCM, this paper analyzed the metrics and the shortcomings of the SCM. Combined with the BSC, from the dimensions of financial, customer, internal process, employee learning and growth, this paper designed index system, get the data through the questionnaire, examined the index system in terms of reliability and validity, and established a relatively scientific SCM performance index system.

Abstract: The scheduling of the single machine is of major importance in applications. The focus of this work is to analyze the scheduling problems in single-machine scheduling in the presence of uncertain parameters. By assuming that the processing time is represented by the nominal value plus a perturbation, we propose a robust model base on event point, and we obtain the feasible job sequence with some probability confidence level.

Abstract: According to the some reason of the Catch fire and explosion in the CNG vehicle energy storage-supply system, the fault tree is established which top event is the explosion event, and the importance of each basic event calculated. It is identified that the major safety hazard of CNG vehicle energy storage-supply systems, this is a new scientific method to analysis the safety and reliability of CNG vehicle energy storage-supply system. By the assessment results some preventive measures are taken, it can improve the reliability of the system running.

Abstract: In order to make a rational planning of CAPP-PPC process, the differences of product serial and concurrent CAPP-PPC process were studyed in this paper. Based on Witness, Three kinds of product serial and concurrent CAPP-PPC process simulation model were established for products with different complicated degrees. Simulation results show the time of concurrent process is much shorter than serial process, for complex products, especially obvious.

Abstract: The market of agricultural machinery manufacturing industry has been an unprecedented development in recent years. After the increasing homogenization of the products functions, increasing competition, industrial design as a means of advantageous product innovation, becoming many companies new competitive weapon. However, the projects of product development in many enterprises, the success rate is not high, the innovation and the risk remains high, which point we focus on is that the risk factors design brings to market. Study the basic design risk identification rules, procedures and methods, citing the risk of identification methods and their characteristics, laid the foundation for future theoretical research and product innovation applications.
