Abstract: At present, building energy consumption is increasingly prominent. Energy conservation and emissions reduction have already become the hot topic in the whole society. It is imperative for electric energy conservation design to "saving energy and decreasing power consumption" . Efficient utilization of building electrical energy saving measures, will promote energy conservation and reasonable utilization, alleviate the contradiction between energy supply and economic development in our country, accelerate the development of circular economy and realize sustainable development in natural society. This article has carried on the research and analysis from the building power supply, distribution system, power system, electric lighting system and intelligent building technology. And some energy-saving measures on building electrical design are put forward.

Abstract: For the caving danger of the haulage roadway with thin and broken coal roof in Baoxin coal mine, the combined support technology with bolt, steel mesh and anchor was proposed. According to the geological conditions of the mine, the appropriate support program was determined. The simulation analysis by FLAC3D software showed that the program could effectively increase the roadway confining pressure, reduce roadway displacement and deformation, and thus keep the stability of the surrounding rock. Site practice showed that the support program was feasible and the control effect was good.

Abstract: These are many factors that can influence the properties of alkali-activated slag cementitious material, such as the modulus and content of water glass, water-cement ratio, curing conditions, and so forth. The rules that how these factors affect setting time and strength of the material are systematically discussed in the paper. It is found that the setting time of the material depends on the concentration of alkaline ions in solution; The material will have the best strength when the modulus and content of water glass are 1.4 and 8%, respectively. The curing temperature increase will be helpful to compressive strength increase.

Abstract: Phase change building materials are a category of building materials with the integration of structure and function, which can be achieved by phase change materials composite with the traditional building materials. They have such characteristics as the improvement of energy saving efficiency in buildings, the decrease of heating energy consumption and the adjustment of thermal comfort in the room environment etc. Therefore, phase change building materials are one of the most efficient means of energy utilizations, which has important significance for promoting their investigation and applications of energy saving in buildings.

Abstract: Rubber concrete acted as one kinds of building materials came from the traditional modification concrete, and it had the excellent thermal insulation properties, such as light, good toughness, good thermal insulation, so it had been initially used in civil engineering, such as railways, highways and so it’s like. It improved the large rigidity and insufficient toughness for the ordinary high strength concrete, and also offered a better choice for the treatment of waste rubber. This paper combined the rubber research institute of concrete for at home and abroad about 30 years, and summed up the way of modification, the mechanical properties, application status, and indicated the existing problems about the studies concrete to the rubber concrete.

Abstract: Silane coupling agent can be built a "molecular bridge" between organic molecules and inorganic molecules on the rubber surface modification, the binding ability of rubber particles and cement based materials has increased, thus improving the mechanical properties of rubber concrete. Study on silane coupling agent dosage as cementations material quality of 0.5%, the modification effect of coupling agent on the rubber concrete, compared with changes in mechanical properties of unmodified rubber concrete, and analysis the test concrete fracture pressure ratio, using the ultrasonic detector to measure ultrasonic velocity in concrete, to calculate the dynamic modulus and study its road noise performance.

Abstract: The promotion of the green buildings is the necessary way to expand Chinese urbanization. The idea of green energy-saving building and green life-styles should be a kind of behavioral patterns. In the paper, the idea of green and energy-saving buildings is put forward. The management systems about green and energy conservation buildings are combed. Some Problems existing in the promotion of Chinese green energy-saving building at present are pointed out. From the perspective of implementation, some countermeasures are also pointed out in the paper, including improving supervision about green energy-saving buildings, perfecting technology system of intelligent and green energy conservation buildings, based on optimizing the design, setting up scientific assessment system, promoting the use of new technologies, new materials, and so on.

Abstract: In this paper, an indoor large scale model test on the crack resistance of hydraulic tunnel structure which has first adopted the real water load in China was conducted in Dalian University of Technology. The model test can reveal the load carrying capacity and the deformation of the lining structure effectively. Based on the test results, models respectively for the mean crack width and the mean stress of reinforcing bars were developed and then compared with existing monitoring data provided by a hydroelectric station. The results shows that the model for predicting the crack width of lining structure has a good accuracy and thus is of great value in the engineering application.

Abstract: In this research, a normal building and low energy consumption building were chosen to compare and analyze heating and cooling load characteristics. Firstly, the abstract of two buildings were carried out. Secondly, methodology of measurement and calculation was researched. At last the heating and cooling load of two buildings was examined using this methodology.
