Abstract: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a modern business strategy which creates and maintain long term and profitable relations with the buyers. CRM serves for planning and maintaining processes of sales and strengthening competitiveness by registering all interactions of the company with its buyers and suppliers. This system collects and consolidates information from various sources within the company, and where it is possible, they collect information from the company's surroundings in order to offer unique image about each single client, in the real time. Aim of the paper is to show that CRM strategy can be successfully implemented in doing business in the area of civil engineering, so that good business results can be generated on that basis and strengthen competitive ability. Achieving close relations with customers represents main tools for obtaining competitive advantages, thus this paper will show the significance of setting up these relations with customers as well as ways how CRM can contribute to improving better operations on the long run.

Abstract: To evaluate comprehensive of college and university students is a crucial issue that needs to be solved for quality education at present. Multiple factors should be taken into consideration in the process of evaluating students’ comprehensive quality. For example, this university adopts analytic hierarchy process to establish an AHP model for evaluating students’ comprehensive quality based on practical investigation and comprehensive analysis on various factors, through which weight of each factor among 13 factors influencing comprehensive quality of college and university students in overall evaluation is worked out. Consistency check indicates that result achieved through this model can realize objective evaluation on comprehensive quality of college and university students in a more accurate and clear way.

Abstract: This paper presents an approach for modeling the mobile learning applications using a feedback-based recommendation model. Formal definitions are proposed for the mobile learning activity. The design unites three of the mobile learning's aspects, namely learner, service and context, and provides means for learner service evaluation within the recommendation model. The results show that the recommendation model can easily be constructed, while enabling accurate recommendations by solving the sparsity problem of service and learner′s information.

Abstract: Contract phone card is a kind of special product with follow-up service. For this particular product, we designed a revenue sharing contract for communication operator, based on a research of product pricing and ordering problem about communication operator and its sales agent. The contract will encourage the sales agent to improve the quantity of cards and achieve the purpose of increasing the number of users, by sharing a certain proportion of fixed subsequent earnings to the sales agent. Then, we used CVaR risk measurement tools to study pricing and ordering problem of sales agent in the revenue sharing contract. The results show that appropriate sharing factor could achieve the optimal coordination between communication operator and its tier-one agent, and maximize the benefit of the supply chain.

Abstract: For avoid the perforation accident, oil perforating urgent need to calculate accurately shaped charge detonation parameters to guide the design and construction of perforation. According to the charge type and characteristics of shaped charge, based on traditional detonation theory and detonation parameters calculated method, this paper first determining shaped explosive detonation reaction equation, then analysis the shaped charge detonation heat, detonation temperature, detonation tolerance and detonation pressure and detonating velocity, extract the analytical methods of shaped charges detonation parameters suitable for oil at last. The specific practices: determined the reaction equation of shaped charges explosive with a maximum heat release rule; determined detonation heat, detonation temperature and detonation tolerance with law of Hess, internal energy value method and Avogadro law; calculated detonation velocity and pressure by Kamlet law; use engineering calculation method to analyze the detonating velocity as to the non-C-H-N-O composition shaped charges which containing feeling agent, bonding agent, flammable agent, plasticizer and other active agent; by revision Kamlet formula, get detonation pressure calculation formula.

Abstract: It is practical in our country’s industry and global industry that safety accidents occur frequently and major production accidents cause painful price. Reflection on the intelligent monitoring is generated based on the harsh reality. Generally speaking, the intelligent monitoring refers to supervision and control of plant operation safety through intelligent programming by collecting and integrating wisdom of an engineering designer, a plant operator and an equipment manufacturer. A valve is called the “throat” in various kinds of pipe network systems of enterprises in petroleum, electricity and chemistry industries. Operational safety of industrial valves causes high attention. According to relevant data statistics, one third of significant production accidents occurring in the world every year are caused by valve accidents. Among the several major and significant petrochemical safety accidents occurring in our country in recent years, operators were neglectful and careless and opened or closed valves in a wrong way to cause explosion; in the electric industry all over the world, significant accidents such as electric leakage and power outage caused by improper valve management brought immeasurable losses, such as the significant Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Station Accident in USA, to normal operation and people’s property safety and so forth in industrial production. Damages and losses of such kind of accidents have brought very serious influences to relevant industries and society. The paper describes the intelligent monitoring with the valve safety problem of big probability events as instances.

Abstract: Theory of the safety ergonomics and reliability analysis was applied in this paper. Influences of port handling machinery and workers on the handling reliability were studied. For the general cargo handling process, mathematical model was put forward. According to the model, calculations were carried out to increase the working efficiency of the port handling machinery. At same time, combined with port investigation and factors affecting the operation of workers, measures were proposed to improve the safe and efficient production of the port.

Analyzing the status and shortages of Intelligent Answering System, propose and design an intelligent question answering system based on agent-model. System use software agents to implement and improve MOOC system’s Intelligent Answering System performance, which has capacity of natural language processing, and good versatility. It can provide an efficient online problem answer environment for thousands of learners, and can effectively promote students' autonomous learning and self-development.

Abstract: There are a large number of engineering drawings in port design, it takes a lot of manpower and resources to manage and plot drawings , with the development of computer networks and related technologies and the use of network and database technology, the drawings designed by designers are sent to the server through the network for centralized management and plot, which can greatly improve the utilization of large-scale project plotter, and is significant to improve the drawings management level and standardization drawings and so on. Combining the needs of the port engineering design and production, we develop engineering drawing network plotting management system based on intelligent print queue management. Use the print queue which is independent of device to automatically control the drawing output. Ten years of use has proven a reasonable structure, flexible, adaptable characteristics, running through escalating perfect provides our institute information technology with a useful support, and lays a solid foundation.
