Abstract: In this paper, we study a risk model in which the claim sizes are extended negatively dependent random variables with consistently varying tails, and the arrival of the successive insurance policies forms a nonstandard renewal processes. For this risk model, we give the precise large deviation of the claim surplus process.

Abstract: As an organization s strategy to manage the employment relationship, high-performance work system (HPWS) may lead to superior firm performance and favorable employee outcomes through cultivating the relational aspects of employee’s psychological contract. In this study, we investigated the processes (mediation and moderation) linking HPWS and outcomes at both the organizational and individual levels. Hierarchical linear modeling (HLM) analysis on a sample of 1129 employees from 92 firms in the Pearl River Delta of China indicated that HPWS was associated with increased firm performance and decreased turnover rate at the organizational level, and relational contract fully mediated the cross-level relationships between HPWS and employees affective commitment and in-role performance at the individual level. In addition, perceived supervisor support moderated the HPWS and relational contract relationship. We discuss theoretical and practical implications to end of this paper.

Abstract: Productive service industry is an important part of the development of service industry in China. It is the inevitable choice to separate and develop the productive service industry from manufacturing industry in order to adjust and optimize the industrial structure. It is an excellent chance of separating and development of productive service industry isolating from manufacturing to undertake the transfer of international services development. It discussed the strategies to the separation and development of productive service industry from manufacturing industry.

Abstract: In the consumer's daily life, unplanned impulse buying behavior accounted for a large proportion. Impulsive buying behavior of consumers in the frequency is also quite high, but they tend to impulse buying for their own behavior without consciousness. Especially in domestic banks for credit and debit card under the strong sales, there are about nine million people are being caught in impulse buying. However, in a highly competitive environment, the competitiveness of enterprises is not only product innovation and price competition strategy, but to give consumers a valuable shopping experience. Therefore, many companies have begun to notice the importance of experiential marketing. In this study, we use the consumer mental resource as independent variable, perceived value as intervening variable and impulse buying behavior as dependent variable. We also add in three control variables (sex, age and price promotion), so that we could purify the relationship between consumer experience and impulse buying behavior. The main object of this study is based on the general consumer.

Abstract: This paper studies the aggregation and diffusion of technology development in the large-scale sports events and analyzes the great aggregation and diffusion effects of the aggregation - diffusion conduction of technology value: it demonstrates the basic path of the conduction and builds the aggregation - diffusion model based on the conduction in the lame-scale sports events: it illustrates the intrinsic mechanism of the conduction operation with the value chain of technology as its basic structure and the technology innovation as well as the value conduction as its fundamental driving force: it especially discusses the special discusses of the conduction in the public technology service system: focusing on what discussed above. The paper briefly explores the feasibility, the implement path and the government responsibilities of widely building the aggregation - diffusion model of technology development in the large-scale sports events in China.

Abstract: With the development of information economy, enterprise business environment has changed greatly. As a result, the traditional accounting business process cannot adapt to the need of the economic development. So we need to reform and reorganize the original business process based on the characteristics of the information environment, and contact enterprise accounting business process under the information environment, in order to meet the need of the development of the enterprise.

Abstract: The paper discusses the current application status of electronic banking (E-banking), and presents a method of E-baking security assessment. According to the design objective and risk management objective, combined the external supervision, reference business realize standard, and we assess the security of the bank. This paper attempts to examine the risk assessment of electronic banking system and offers an attentive solution to its problem. The main work of this paper: Firstly, we survey the various security models and then proposed our risk assessment approaches. Secondly, fundamental parameter system matrixes are formed based on various risk factor abstraction and quantification. Thirdly, fundamental parameter systems are transferred to key parameter systems based on assessment requirements of No. 9 China Banking Regulatory Commission. Fourthly, fundamental parameter system quantitative matrix and key parameter system are combined to form system risk quantitative assessment, and expert evaluation approach is adopted to address the problem of security sub-domain weight misguidance. At last, a simple and easy risk assessment management tool is designed and developed for banking entities based on electronic banking risk assessment approach, helping commercial banks to run and manage risk assessment.

It also analyzes the use of economic commerce and accompanied interests through specific theories and actual cases, in addition to discuss typical defects and improve measures of economic commerce.
