Abstract: According to the annual data of rural residents’ per capita net income and urban per capita disposable income throughout the country from 1978 to 2010, we used co-integration analysis to inspect the relation between them, and then established error correction model. The analysis result indicated that there was a secular stable balance relationship between rural residents’ per capita net income and urban per capita disposable income throughout the country, in which elastic coefficient was less than 1. The 22.87% deviation of rural resident’s income and long-term equilibrium value has been amended. We can utilize error correction model to predict the error between rural resident’s income from 2011 to 2013 and real data be within 1%. The model has superior prediction accuracy.

Abstract: Modern logistics industry as an emerging industry, with the industrial division of labor with the social refinement and depth, to promote China's economic development has become an important industry and new economic growth point. This paper uses econometric approach to relations of the logistics industry and economic growth in Gansu Province made an empirical analysis reveals and Reveals the relationship between logistics industry and economic development in Gansu Province And for the results of the analysis are summarized and give relevant policy recommendations, hoping to provide a reference for the development of decision-making in Gansu.

Abstract: The internal logistics system planning in distribution center includes: processes planning; functional area layout planning; facilities and equipment selection configuration; cargo storage planning. In recent years, China has the unprecedented scale of logistics park construction. In order to build a scientific and rational logistics infrastructure, it has a very practical value to research the theory and method of internal logistics system planning in distribution center. From the point of reality, this paper studies the processes planning, functional area layout planning, facilities and equipment selection configuration and cargo storage planning. Using the planning methods and models presented in this paper we can design processes, quantitatively plan facilities in distribution, improve operational efficiency and reduce operating costs in distribution center.

Abstract: In this paper, the statistical analysis of world’s peanut production and trade situation was done. In which, we statistically analyzed the gross production, gross exports, and their changes of the world, and the production, unit area yield, export volume and their changes of the main peanut production and export countries, and especially classified the export objects of the main peanut export countries, during the year 1991-2012.

Abstract: In the hospitality industry, customers are seen as the key driving a business’s survival and success. The industry is therefore highly competitive and much more aware of the provision of quality service to meet customer expectations. Since hotel businesses are providing similar superior facilities among competitors in the market, service quality has been considered as the first priority and essential part of the organisational culture, making today’s businesses more concerned with delighting their customers than simply satisfying them [1]. Consequently, Total Quality Management (TQM) is becoming a widely used business management strategy within the hospitality industry. The intent of this essay focuses on the issue of service quality with the selected hotel - The Portman Ritz Carlton, Shanghai. It will first introduce TQM theory and then discuss how the approach helps to generate and maintain high quality service to achieve “customer delight”.

Abstract: This document is based on the rent-seeking theory, the relationship culture, resource dependence theory, social exchange theory and stakeholder theory, and using the empirical data of Chinese private listed corporations in 2011, from this point of view that the political connection enterprises will better fulfill their social responsibility, research the social effects and economic effects of the political association of private listed corporations. Empirical study finding, The scale of employees and level of charitable donations of private listed corporations with political association are significantly higher than that no associated corporations, and the stronger degree of political connection, its employees scale is greater and the level of charitable donations is higher; Corporate performance of private listed corporations with political association better than no Associated Corporations, and the stronger degree of political connection, the corporate performance better. This study has a profound significance on using the advantages of private Corporations' political connections to improve the long-term competitiveness of Corporations .

Abstract: Since 1998, the telecommunications industry in China has gained the great growth. Hence, the telecommunications charges have been continuously lowered, telecommunications technical services have been persistently innovated, and the telecommunications users and business revenues increased constantly, having exerted great effect on the society. But there are also new questions ahead: the TFP has gradually slowed down since 2011, and the unbalanced development is shown in the eastern, middle and western regions, but some areas are undergoing extensive growth. The paper researches exogenous factors affecting China telecommunications industry TFP growth. The result pointed out that the level of economic development and degree of industrialization had contributed, to some extent, to improving the TFP growth rates of the telecommunications industry; Population scale and population density played a positive role in promoting the TFP growth rates of the telecommunications industry; Technological innovation had no effect on the telecommunications industry TFP, but there appeared the inhibition efficiency trend.

Abstract: —Chinese government attaches importance to strengthening social management and institutional innovation of social management. Recently China considers social management as important as livelihood issue, and carries out an institutional innovation based on Committee leadership, government responsibility, social cooperation, public involvement, legal guarantee model. This paper draws advanced experience from America and puts forward some political suggestions based on the existing deficiency of Chinese social management.

Abstract: Diversified industrial combination of state-owned enterprise is often not optimal, it can also maintain in the industry boom, but once the main market atrophy, the entire firm’s development will be in trouble, such as coal business groups. To solve this problem, this paper use industrial synergy as an intermediary variable and develop the traditional dualism, which is the relationship between diversification and firm performance, to trialism, which are relationships among diversification, industrial synergy and firm performance and take coal enterprises listing Corporations as an example to analyze relationships of above three points. Results show vertical business synergy in related diversification and horizontal function synergy in unrelated diversification are all have a significant positive impact on firm performance. This conclusion is confirmed the important hypothesis in theory that industrial synergy will promote firm performance and has important practical significance to guide state-owned enterprises’ management practice.

Abstract: Although scholars have been aware of the importance of proactive behaviors strategy in the entrepreneurial activity, however, which factors influence the proactive behaviors strategies have not been intensively studied. This thesis is based on the trait theory, analyzing the impacts of entrepreneur traits on proactive behaviors strategy deeply. Through the research and analysis of data on 152 start-up companies in Changchun, the results show that risk-taking propensity has no obvious effect on proactive behaviors strategy, but the need for achievement and the internal locus of control of entrepreneur traits have significant positive effect on proactive behaviors strategy. The conclusion of the study has important significance in enriching traits theory and the entrepreneurial orientation theory.
