Abstract: Enterprise leader’s quality has become a hot social topic nowadays, which, to a large extent, decides the survival and development of the enterprises. The research on the effects the leader’s quality has on the enterprise at different stages of its life cycle will help the leaders to perfect themselves and get adapted to the development of business. Meanwhile such research will help enterprises choose suitable leaders at different developing stages. This article starts from the 4 qualities and 6 capacities of the enterprise leaders, analyzes the degree of importance of these qualities and capacities at different developing stages of the enterprises, and provides relevant weight and assessment formula.

Abstract: —The agricultural supply chain evaluation system is divided into three levels, six categories. It is mainly from the cost of business, operational status, production quality, customer service, environmental protection and financial value. The thesis focuses on green supply chain evaluation model of "Dish Network" integration. The establishment of the evaluation model, green supply chain evaluation of “Dish Network " gives two important issues: the selection of index and assignment methods. This article is more successful solution "Dish Network” green supply chain index and assignment problems. However, this study has some limitations. The research process, although at the time near building evaluation model to imitate the actual maximum possible steps, but based on agricultural supply chain has just started, the agricultural green supply chain development time is not long, practical demonstration of reliability is not strong. For node enterprise technology capabilities, management capacity and other aspects is in higher demand.Key words: Agricultural Green Supply Chain;Performance Evaluation;Dish Network

Abstract: Comparing to the dispersed sea-use way, the intensive and economical sea-use method is a way to change the traditional method, which can implement intensive development in suitable marine areas with suitable scales in flakes. Intensive sea reclamation engineering with comparatively large scales will inevitably impact on the sustainability of economy, environment and resource. Since 2009, Shandong government has planned 9 large and 10 small sea areas, total about 1500 square kilometers for the intensive and economical sea-use. In order to evaluate the sustainable development level of the plan, the paper established a framework model of economy, resource and environment, as well as a sustainable development index system of intensive and economical sea-use in Shandong. An entropy method is used to determine the corresponding evaluation standard and evaluate the sustainable development level of intensive and economical sea-use in Shandong comprehensively. The result shows that the sustainable development level of intensive and economical sea-use in Shandong is acceptable.

Abstract: This article is to analyse and study the modeling and statistical validation and many other dynamic control technologies, trying to find a balance between the control development and optimize efficiency ,and analyse the application principle of improving the layout of the port resource utilization.This paper puts forward the mode of transport based on the construction of the dry port and multimodal combination of land and sea cargo roll thrown.

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, the economic efficiency of enterprises has also brought environmental problems. As the heavy pollution industries of iron and steel enterprises, we should take the environment as an important part of enterprise development, and make use of environmental management to enterprise management, improve the vigor and competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, the econometric method is used to analyze factors affecting our country iron and steel enterprise environment management, evaluate environmental management situation of our country iron and steel enterprise, and put forward some suggestions.

Abstract: The law of population growth tells us that the demographic dividend could not last indefinitely. When the Lewis turning point comes, the Demographic Dividend will absolutely dwindle away. To maintain growth without the advantages of cheap labor, the Chinese economy must focus on the human capital investment, namely we must invest in human capital to create another demographic dividend with high quality to replace the previous demographic dividend with quantity.

Abstract: In this paper, the optimization methods for storage allocation in synchronized zones are discussed. We used customer orders to dig correlation between goods, and proposed an index to measure the similarity between goods, then used a heuristics way to solve the p-median clustering problem. The goods appeared in the same orders frequently are most likely to be allocated in different zones, in order to balance the labor intensity of different zones, thus the total order picking time is reduced and the resource utilization of each zone is improved.

Abstract: It is a good practice to make use of computers to handle the criminal cases involving computers. In some cases it is a must and it is the only way to handle criminal cases. When handling such cases, the first and key step is to conduct the live forensics on computer crime scene in order to successfully solve a crime. During conducting the live forensics, it is important to follow the appropriate procedure and rules. Besides, the investigator should make a concrete analysis of each specific question. The paper focuses on the specific steps and activities which are considered as the appropriate procedure and rules. This paper covers the live forensics from the arrival at the computer crime scene to the seizure of the storage media. Real cases are also illustrated in this article to explain how the computer is applied to investigating criminal cases.

Abstract: Taking the perspective of the owners,we analyze the major valuation risk which is based on the theory of the project risk management under the version of 2013 code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works when the owner want to bid to identify the possible risk factors. And in this article we propose some specific measures of the risk control about the imperfect of construction drawing design,the quatity problems of tender documents,unbalanced quote of the bidders,the price changing of the building materials and equipments and various rates of change in order to achieve active control risk and avoid exceeding the cost and provide a theoretical basis for the owner (or the tender agent) to bid.

Abstract: We carry out research on the practice of optimization and improvement of human resource management informatics in State Grid Company, in order to improve human resource information harvest and enhance the depth and breadth of management. Being the creed file of the system, this paper describes the overall technology framework, deployment scheme and application integration scheme. The SG-ERP human resource information management system is an information platform that is transverse integration and lengthways transfixion, covering the whole business and staff. It also upgrades the scope of the human resource information system and the support capability, both interior and exterior information, for human resource operation.
