Abstract: This article analyses the characteristics of financial management mode in the traditional environment, discusses how to construct the ERP-based integrated financial management mode, proposes concrete design contents of integrated financial management mode in enterprise groups including the establishment of a comprehensive budget management system, construction of centralized fund management system, establishment of risk management system and improvement of internal financial control.

Abstract: This paper mainly focuses on different body embedded in the SMEs’ network and explores the relationship between business network embeddedness, technology network embeddedness, political network embeddedness and organizational learning capability based on technology alliances’ specific context. Organizational learning capability is regarded as the integration of internal learning capability and external learning capability. From the perspective of the process organizational learning capability is divided into knowledge acquisition capability, knowledge absorption capability and knowledge integration capability. We found that business network embeddedness, technology network embeddedness and political network embeddedness all have a positive relationship with knowledge acquisition capability, knowledge absorption capability and knowledge integration capability.

Therefore, the following issue need to be solved, how to design and establish the risk assessment model of information security based on the actual situation of China's insurance industry to prevent and face the complex and changing internal and external conditions.

Abstract: The present study conducted a literature review on the definition and classification of the domestic and foreign service innovation; and it did a contextual research on service innovation in recent 30 years by HIstcite software. It proposed that domestic researches are still in the stage of introduction and imitation. It lacks innovation and in-depth theoretical and empirical studies. Meanwhile, the future researches tend to solve increasingly complex practical problems in perspective of dynamic and diversity. And the multidimensional index system is urgently to be established.

Abstract: This paper investigates the degree of the sensitivity of different types of trade to RMB exchange rate pass-through (ERRT) on the basis of the 201 sample data collected from Oct. 1996 to June, 2013. As a result, the conclusion is drew that the incomplete pass-through effect of RMB exchange rate performs relatively prominent in types of import and export trade and presents obvious type difference. Broadly speaking, the effect of exchange pass-through on the general import trade type is greater than that on the export. It is also indicated through the analysis that the appreciation of exchange rate can not change radically the phenomenon of trade imbalance. The type of import and export trade in special areas is relatively better concerning the exchange rate pass-through, which can be able to take on the pilot responsibility for the reform of exchange rate in China.

However, under the supervision of competition mechanism research still exist. Need to make decision by the central competition management mechanism, in the process of competition also need to set up relevant supervision mechanism, and can only be the most behavior supervised the earth contain improper competition, avoid vicious competition. In the aspect of implementation to avoid vicious competition mechanism lacks the corresponding supervision mechanism in our country, has yet to be research and development.
