Abstract: With economic globalization and integration development, the agricultural economic of China has reformed deeply. The very important issue in the development of the rural economy is to get the answer of how to achieve the integration of urban and rural areas; how rural surplus labor transfer to the town; how to avoid wanton waste of resources caused by mining, and so on. To solve the above problems and provide strategies to develop the development capability of farmers, the paper analyzed the conditions, background and specific cases of Jiangxi, and analyzed the areas which should be enhanced in priorities of farmers in Jiangxi Province. Finally, the paper provided strategies and policy recommendations to these areas.

Abstract: this paper uses a new genetic algorithm (New Genetic Algorithm, NGA) to implement the automatic group volume function, solving the problem that the paper is not fully considered scores distribution of knowledge points in the test paper (test dimension) in the system using traditional genetic algorithm (Genetic Algorithm, GA) to implement automatic group volume, putting forward and redefining the fitness function to speed up the convergence. Simulation experiments show that the NGA algorithm is not only efficient, but can generate a valid paper, making the paper score can on the multi-dimensional of the test as far as possible to achieve uniform distribution.

Abstract: Innovation on the system of urban circular economy is effective way to realize the economic form of ecological civilization and carry out the scientific development. The development of urban circular economy in "blue and yellow" economic zone in Shandong peninsula needs innovation of operation mechanism. In this paper, based on the analysis of the main body, the system and operation process of urban circular economy, the writer researched the operation mechanism of urban circular economy in "blue and yellow" economic zone in Shandong peninsula and proposed the driving mechanism, control mechanism, security mechanism and overall arrangement mechanism of urban circular economy operation.

Abstract: In this paper, Xi'an city housing market as the research object, focuses on the analysis of the inherent relationship between the housing stock market and incremental housing market, the development and the use of four quadrant model and regression analysis method to analyze the Xi'an real estate market. Development experience of Shanghai city housing market, put forward specific proposals for Xi'an City, to promote the healthy development of the housing market.

Abstract: Design innovation has become the core elements affect the furniture manufacturing industry competitiveness. And design innovation investment is an important factor of the innovation ability. This article is based on Porter's diamond laws, using factor analysis on the world of furniture design industrial competitiveness and innovation, input indicators for empirical research, and strive to provide scientific methods and theoretical basis for the furniture industry innovation design evaluation.

Abstract: This paper presents a structural equation model, focuses on the influencing factors of business model innovation. Data are collected in some small and medium-sized enterprises. Totally 237 valid questionnaires were collected, and use Smart PLS for statistical analysis. Empirical results show that technology innovation investment, enterprise knowledge and social capital have positive impact on business model innovation.

Abstract: The cognitive status of medical staff at several hospitals in Jilin Province in natural disaster-related disasters was investigated. The results showed that there were many medical staff with better natural disaster-related theory and skills, the cognition of doctors on natural disaster-related disaster was better than that of nurses, some factors, such as different departments, education background and training experience, presented a certain impact on the acquirement of the theoretical knowledge and skills in natural disasters-related disasters, but not the title and work experience; medical staff showed a strong desire to acquire the theoretical knowledge and rescue skills. In order to improve disaster relief capabilities of the medical staff, the training system and training content should be improved, focusing on the comprehensive improvement of knowledge, skills and psychology, increase in the academic exchange, the on-spot exercises, the utilization of network platform and the continuous targeted education.

Abstract: This paper mainly talked about all behavior chain service in the telecom industry and proposed that all-behavior-chain competition was an effective strategy to cope with the new competitions in the market. All behavior, omni-channel and industry-wide are the major features of all behavior chain. Telecom industry serves as a key component of national economy, and the core competition among China’s three operators remains to be product homogeneity. Meanwhile, the resource complementary and network sharing of them will become a vital channel to develop stocked customers’ value in the telecom industry.

Abstract: Over the years, the "three rural" issue much attention to the Chinese Government and people of the world. 18th CCP Congress report clearly stated: to solve the problems of agriculture and rural farmers are the most important party work. Way to solve the "three rural" issue a lot, but I believe that strengthening Chinese rural human resources development and management in the new situation is a fundamental way. The core of efforts to increase rural intellectual development, the key is to focus on training rural leaders, there is a system innovation.

Abstract: Computer Aided Design, referred to as CAD combining with each other modern project management theory currently is the mainstream of project management used in the construction industry. But with the continuous improvement of the complexity of the architectural design the drawbacks of the mainstream construction management has become more and more apparent. Under the circumstances, proposing the theory of BIM, shorter form of Building Information Modeling, opened up a new path for the project management informatization to continue developing. In this paper, based on the current BIM development trends and our own construction industry development laws, through a brief review of the development of CAD technology and BIM technology development history, put forward which construction industry issues the BIM can solve. And then based on comparing the research status in home and abroad and analysising the existing questions to develop BIM, improve the traditional project management model and build the proper 3D BIM project management processes.
