Abstract: This paper presented an overview of the Stationary Bootstrap method of nonparametric methods. Multitudes of re-sampled data were generated to conquer the limitations of historical simulation method.The trends of different indexes based on Stationary Bootstrap Method were constructed to test the performance of VBPI strategy under different market conditions and compare its performance with CPPI strategy.Test of the significant difference of performance between CPPI and VBPI disclosed that with sufficient samples, confidence level of 99%, insured ratio of 99% or 98% and window period equivalent to adjustment duration at 20 days, VBPI strategy outperformed CPPI strategy in various test indicators.

Abstract: The planting amount is determined by farmers according to the profit of planting economic crops. Moreover, the planting profit is estimated by using the statistical methods. The relation between the planting amount and the profit is similar to a linear function. However, the straight line equation has been set by using the historical data, calculating the slope of the straight line or adopting the least squares method. Therefore, the planting amount in next year will be calculated based on the equation. In a word, the planting amount in next year will be adjusted and controlled on the basis of the calculated planting amount and the real demand in the market.

Abstract: Since the construction of digital cultural resources is a long-term process, national investment is not enough to achieve the sustainable and sound development of digital culture resources. In order to promote national culture and meet people's growing spiritual and cultural demands. This paper provides strong support for business operations through studying different characteristics, operations and specific cases of non-profit cultural undertakings and for-profit cultural industries. With the Business Model Ontology (BMO) and E3-value validation method for the digital culture resources of public service and commercial operations in Parallel Mutually Beneficial Operating Mode. At last, the ideal results can be obtained by the verification methods, which can provide the theoretical basis for the mutually profit cooperation of cultural undertakings and cultural industries.

Abstract: Pro-poor growth in Third World countries aimed at recasting the development goals of the new century. Eradicating poverty and promoting the comprehensive development of the poor are the essential requirement of pro-poor growth. China cooperation mechanism with the GMS countries aims at strengthening economic ties, eliminating poverty and promoting development, while the national poverty, income inequality and the distribution status and other factors seriously affect the steady development of the region. Abstract: Product definition aims at transfer customer needs into product functions. This process plays an important role in the early stage of product development. To make best use of historical design cases, data mining techniques are applied to extract the hidden knowledge from the database. This paper constructed a four-stage framework of product definition based on data mining techniques. It can help sales engineers efficiently find suitable product family and similar design cases, as well as choosing appropriate product function attributes to make adjustment. Following the presented methodology, engineers can develop new product function with short time and low cost. It can make full use of existing designs and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Abstract: In order to improve safety, economy and reliability of NPP(nuclear power plant) and to make the best of human, material and information resources in the NPP, a specific function model developing method for integrated managing system based on CIMS and fractal conception is discussed in this paper. Under the guidance of general requirement, the developing process is deepened from integer to local, from macrocosm to microcosm. Furthermore, under the conditions of modularization, high inter-aggregation and low coupling, the developing process has the characteristics of layered detailing of the complexity degree.

Abstract: With the development of supply chain businesses and natural disasters, the probability of risk of supply chain disruption is increasing and this kind of risk can bring huge losses to the enterprises. In this paper, disruption management strategy is an effective and necessary part of the supply chain disruption risk in supply chain management research, which is a new bright spot in the field. The new management ideas and sophisticated quantitative analysis results continue to emerge, but they are overall relatively fragmented, lack of system. So supply chain disruption research related to risk management is still in its infancy. Through the theories and methods of management science of quantitative supply chain integration and management, optimal configuration of the entire resources and benefit maximization of the whole supply chain can be achieved. The paper reviewed foreign research on quantitative integration of supply chain management, and proposed a comparative analysis, finally provided some possible future research directions.
