Abstract: During the western development, under the big background of the textile clothing industry “west moving”, Fumian has taken a big leap of development, which clothing industry’s promotion is the inevitable trend of clothing market. Based on the industrial theory study, this article systematacially analyses the industrial competitiveness of Yulin Fumian clothing industry in Guangxi by ‘diamond model’, and put forward some advice for the development of industries.

Abstract: The core problem of effective control and management of financial risk is how to measure the risk. It is very necessary to cable model statistics new, scientific and reasonable to predict and prevent the risks that may be encountered. This article is precisely launches the research under such a background to explore the model of Bayesian statistical analysis on financial market risk measurement. And the three main types of risks in China's financial market: credit risk and market risk, operational risk and the empirical analysis, China's financial market risk causes and puts forward the prevention countermeasures and suggestions of reducing the financial risks.

Abstract: This paper aims to study the dynamic correlation between the second board market and SME board market by building models to the return series of the two boards’ indexes and calculating dynamic correlation coefficient of the two markets on the basis of DCC-GARCH model and Copula model. The study results show as the following: a) there is positive correlation between the second board market and SME board market and the correlation is very strong; b) time-varying Copula model is better than constant correlation Copula model in describing the correlations among financial markets as it captures market return’s feature of time-varying; c) except for a little time-points, dynamic correlation coefficient calculated on the basis of DCC-GARCH model is in a stable interval.

Abstract: Public economy and private economy are two big pillars of our country’s economy, which play important roles in the economic development of China from different sides. Both are needed, but they also have different and even contradictory aspects. Optimizing the relationship between public economy and private economy is of great significance on promoting the economic transformation and developing current economy. This paper firstly analyzes the concepts of public economy and private economy, the relationship between them, and then analyzes the existing problems and reasons for those problems between them, finally give advises on how to optimize the relationship between public economy and private economy.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the time series data about the closing price of international gold for 84 trading days between December 2013 and March 2014. The related information is from Shanghai Gold Exchange. Firstly, the analysis concerning fluctuations of return rate about the international gold market is conducted through various descriptive statistics such as skewness, kurtosis and etc. Then, the Markov Chain is applied in distinguishing the five states in international gold market, as well as the shifts and patterns among them. And these states are reasonably subdivided by the return rate of international market. The analysis implies that during the stable period of the international financial environment, the shock market will take the lead, with the international gold market continue to fluctuate. To be specific, 38% of the future will be featured by a fluctuation rate between-0.5% and 0.5%; 28% of the future time the gold price will go down, and 34% of the time it will go up.

Abstract: China and the United States are the two largest economies in the world, and there is a strong complementarily between their economies, so the volume of their bilateral trade is also very large. However, with the development of trade exchanges, bilateral trade friction also intensifies; especially in recent years, American trade deficit with China has grown very rapidly. In order to reverse the situation, the United States launched several trade litigations and implemented tough trade sanctions against China. It led to trade disputes between the two countries, which seriously damaged the healthy development of Sino-US relation. So we compares the similarities and differences between the two trade frictions, pointing out both valuable experience and negative lessons from Japan in handling Japan-US trade friction, so as to provide reference to China for easing Sino-US trade friction.

Abstract: With the growth of China’s economy, the tourism industry of competitiveness of all regions got rapid development, and it make China’s economic development more and more fast .Using the structural equation model method , the study uses AMOS7.0 analyzes the target of the industry competitiveness , regional conditions, tourism demand ,tourism environment, tourism management relations, tourism resources, find out the key influencing factors of the tourism industry competitiveness.

Abstract: Along with the increasing development of clothing market and our fashion industry, more and more clothing stores lay great emphasize on the designs and displays in their clothing store. In our modern time, clothing store is not only a simple place to sell goods but also a place to present the personality and characteristic of our clothing brand. In other words, clothing store has been a place for customers to enjoy beauty and spiritual experience when they purchasing and browsing their clothes. In this sense, the purpose of the designs and displays in clothing store is just to appeal customers to enter clothing store, enjoying clothes, choosing clothes and at last buying clothes. Therefore, the designs and displays in clothing store has been an important mark for the clothing brand and clothing industry. This paper mainly from the angle of designs and displays in clothing store to study the influence of customer purchase decision based on the data analysis. Using excellent design and display in clothing store can attract the customers' vision, induce customers' minds, stimulate customers' interest and change their passive purchase concept. Then the author will make a summary about some following principles about the designs and displays in clothing store which should be pay much attention and put forward the importance of making good designs and displays in clothing stores and enriching our clothing brand culture in order to satisfy our customers various needs.

Abstract: The rational distribution of financial resource is researched during the course of its raising, allocation and using. The input-occupancy-output programing model is constructed based on input-occupancy-output technique and mathematics programming, and the distribution situation of financing resource is calculated and analyzed such a loan, stock, bound in China 2009.

Abstract: In recent years, the cultivation of innovative ability of master of engineering has become a heated topic. This article first clarifies some concepts and characteristics of innovation ability of Master of Engineering and analyzes main issues in training innovative ability. Then evaluate the traditional Single Triple Helix Model in aspects of its origin and content, its advantages and disadvantages. After pointing out the hysterics of the old model, this article illustrates how to construct a new double triple helix model and then proposes some measure to secure its operation.
