Abstract: Research on under emergency crowded attractions area evacuation method, ensure the safety of tourists. In the crowded area of attractions, in the event of emergency, the crowd evacuation will be a great potential safety hazard. In order to solve this problem, the tourists’ evacuation model based on irregular mutation algorithm is proposed. By calculating the crowded area tourist attractions tourists, the objective function is evacuated. For all the evacuation path of coding, evaluation standards of evacuation different methods can be obtained. Using the standard to evaluate tourists evacuation model, for all the evacuation path selection, crossover and mutation operation to establish a crowded area tourist attractions tourists evacuate optimal model. Then get the optimal solution of the model and the optimal path of tourists evacuated. Experimental results show that using the improved algorithm to evacuate tourists can obtain the optimal evacuation path, which improves the efficiency of evacuation.

Abstract: For shipment loading problem, a mathematical model is established with objective of minimizing operation cost mainly led from gas emission. The genetic algorithm is applied to solve it with modifications: a segmented chromosome coding is adopted to represent the entire solution space; crossover operator and mutation operator are re-defined to make genetic algorithm suitable for the problem; a repair algorithm for infeasible solution is designed to improve the searching ability and increase the converging speed. The experimental result indicates that the proposed model and algorithm are feasible and effective.

Abstract: This paper made valuation research on poly real estate by combining the actual situation of poly real estate and special factors affecting real estate industry assessment, using relative valuation method p/e ratio method and price-to-book ratio method, and discount cash flow method in absolute valuation method respectively. Three methods valuation results have little difference from the actual price, and are in line with the actual situation. By contrast, two methods valuation results are slightly lower than the actual price, which means that poly still has a certain rise space. From overall analysis, discount cash flow method is more rational comparing with valuation method.

Abstract: This article compares and analyzes the distinguish between the accounting standards for enterprises in our country about other comprehensive income reporting and disclosure of financial accounting standards from the IAS (International Accounting Standards) and the FASB in the United States, through four aspects as the meaning of other comprehensive income, the concrete content and accounting, presentation and disclosure.

Abstract: At the present stage, there are many problems in the implementation of homework cost method in our country enterprise, and most of the enterprises face this or that kind of obstacles on the road of the implementation of homework cost method, so the business case with successful implementation of homework cost method is less. Through the research on the experience abroad and some successful application cases in domestic, theoretical reference and inductions of all the experts and scholars, the author has made systematic comparison analysis. In view of existing problems, he has put forward the corresponding countermeasure to the implementation of homework cost method in our country enterprise.

Abstract: As information is an important factor of modern society, researches on agricultural information resources have a great meaning to improve the development of modern agricultural. With the purposes to improve the effective utilization of agricultural information resources ,the paper take farmers in Jiangxi Province of China as an example to explore the way how to allocate agriculture information resources based on demand of farmers. The paper reviewed on the relative theory of information allocation, and analyzed the demand characteristics of farmers on agricultural information resources. Finally, the paper provides suitable advice on the allocation of agricultural information resources based on the analysis above.

Abstract: Local government plays an important role in emergency management. The improvement of emergency management and emergency response of local government will benefit to improve the overall emergency management and response efficiency of government. Thus, the paper analyzed the existing emergency planning and its emergency policies to find out weakness in their response to emergency. With the basic theory of emergency management, the paper analyzed the status of emergency management of local government. Finally, the paper proposed improvement strategies to improve the effectiveness of emergency resources management of local government.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to investigate the optimum distribution plan through input and output analysis, and to improve the efficiency of decision-making and relief operation in the emergency supply chain. The data were obtained via an official figures survey on demand information. And stimulated experiment is carried out based on these official figures. This study developed an improved DEA for optimization of medical textiles distribution in emergency supply chain to find out the best distribution plan with the highest relative efficiency. The improved DEA model introduces aggressive cross evaluation approach to improve the basic C2R model, which primarily determines the matrix of relative efficiency E_ii. Aggressive cross evaluation aims to maximize self-performance of each, and to minimize performance of other as far as possible, and finally find out the optimum solution. Further, model is constructed to validate the DEA effective.

Abstract: Being the core and key of power market, electricity price can optimize the allocation of power resources and ensure the normal operation of the power market. As electricity price adjustment is of high influence and wide coverage, hearings are needed to solicit the opinions and suggestions from all parties in society. In China, electricity price hearing always plays an important role in the sales price formulation and adjustment of residential electricity consumption. However, some problems still exist, such as the public’s unawareness of the related issues, and confusion of the price decision after hearing. The United States is the first country in the practice of price hearing system. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the California electricity price hearing system and its three implementing stages: the preparation before hearing, hearing process and the price adjustment decision after hearing .Then combining with the actual situation of China, we put forward three suggestions, including setting up a special service agency of hearing, building prehearing conference system, and establishing the hearing system with Administrative Law Judge at the core.

Abstract: Allocation of the tasks of the new product development is the key to the efficiency of new product development. Product development process initiated in the inherent nature of its products, through the analysis of the product development process, This paper firstly researches the principle of task partition and disintegrates the development process to acquire moderate granularity and sub-task which is convenient to manage. According to the principle of task group, we establish the related evaluation mechanism and obtain several task groups making the model of genetic algorithm.Then, evaluate coupling mechanism about the key degree of task group and the comprehensive abilities of product development group. At last, presented is the retarder according to the model and planning which demonstrates the operability of the method.
