Abstract: Excessive working pressure and psychological stimulate make people a great stress. The purpose of this study was to investigate the teachers' job pressure, job performance and their relationship. The main methods is questionnaires, the sample consists of 250 employees from seven higher universities. The results indicate that job satisfaction is not independent in all job facets and that satisfaction with one facet might lead to satisfaction with another.

Abstract: In the supply chain system, the inventory is the main object of supply chain management, the level of inventory is high or low not only affects the comprehensive cost of a single enterprise, but also restricts the performance of entire supply chain.To realize the difference between inventory management under the supply chain environment and the traditional supply chain management, to establish stock corresponding to uncertain market needs and how to overcome the existing problems is the important issues the enterprise managers must consider when they improve and optimize the supply chain . This article is based on that researching the problem of inventory management under the environment of supply chain,analyzing the challenges it faces, maintaining the good performance of the supply chain under the premise of normal operation of each link. At the sane time,it interprets the connotation of the supply chain and the inventory management under the environment of supply chain, and points out the several kinds of inventory management mode under environment of supply chain enterprises can take.

Abstract: At present, as an emerging service industry customer service and the third profit source of enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise market, the logistics industry gets the attention of more and more enterprises. In the enterprise total cost, reasonable decomposition and calculating the logistics cost, seriously affect the profits of the enterprise. Therefore, how to make enterprise logistics cost accounting becomes the focus concern of enterprises to improve market competitiveness. This topic comes from the basic theory of homework cost method, the enterprise logistics cost accounting based on homework cost method are analyzed. This paper expounds the homework cost method based the thinking of enterprise logistics cost accounting, by the process of resource to homework cost object cost allocation, and the activity-based cost method of enterprise logistics cost accounting methods are analyzed on focus.

Abstract: In the paper, by designing evaluation system, capital construction investment efficiency of 13 coal mines in Shanxi province is analyzed through using principal component analysis. Meanwhile comprehensive scores of capital construction efficiency are calculated. The highest score and the lowest score are 3.813 and-1.141, respectively. Finally, 13 coal mines are divided into three levels, sufficiently distinguishing capital construction efficiency of those coal mines.

Abstract: Hot topic in the world of political democratic development is citizen participation, in the governance of the community, public policy making is a key element, citizen’s participation can unify the wisdom of the masses, and thus safeguard the fairness of the policy-making and rationality, so it will bring accordance for public policy formulation, evaluation, and adjustment. Today, citizen participation in public policy making in our country is an important way of citizen participation, is being gradually spread. To this end, this paper describes an effective strategy to improve citizen participation in public policy formulation.

Abstract: Evaluation system of financial distress prediction of listed company was established base on the non-financial index cooperated with financial index widespread. And the procedure of the application of unascertained measure model to financial distress prediction was stated in brief. We focused on a certain listed company of Harbin city in Heilongjiang Province, the results showed that the financial risk of this company was moderate-warning according unascertained measure model. It was found that the application of unascertained measure model to financial distress prediction of listed company was feasible. Meanwhile, this method solved the problem of the weight which was presented subjective judgment in market evolution, and promoted the market process fairer and more scientific. The unascertained measure model was very worthy of research significance and prospect.

Abstract: In order to accurately and effectively evaluate the trust level between enterprises whose supply chain exists in direct transactions, this paper proposed a trust level evaluation method based on reputation, this method by introducing corporate transactions satisfaction level, corporate transaction amount, corporate transactions time, corporate transactions number and rewards and punishments factor five factors, which make description and measurement of corporate reputation more accurate. Meanwhile, in order to improve the measurement accuracy of corporate transactions satisfaction level, this paper proposes a transaction satisfaction evaluation method based on fuzzy evaluation, the transaction satisfaction were evaluated from product quality, product cost and completion time three aspects. Simulation results show that the model proposed by this paper can effectively evaluate the direct trust level of supply chain enterprises by the reputation. Compared with similar existing trust model, this model evaluates direct trust between enterprises more accurately and objectively. It also effectively reduces the occurrence of corporate fraud and speculative behavior.

Abstract: With the development of the economy, and investment structure is more complex, more investment direction is more diversified, capital investment efficiency is affected by more factors. Deep analysis and evaluation of the efficiency of investment and the objective and fair to find the factors that are critical for any investment or personal legal person. Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of coal mine construction investment efficiency from the theoretical level.

Abstract: The effective resource allocation in production system is the key to high performance. This paper firstly analyses the entropy increase which damages the factors’ operation, then the information entropy theory is extended to establish a complexity model based on size, difficulty, and state diversity. On the basis of complexity, the decline of factors’ utilization efficiency is described. Moreover, some specific management methods are introduced to illustrate the importance of complexity control.

Abstract: Stock trading is a kind of modern economic movement in order to obtain high returns under risky investment activities. Stock value index only provides a tool for people with a measure of historical change of stock price. The paper presents a hybrid SAGA combined with dynamic penalty function algorithm is used to solve the model founded before. And also a more actual portfolio investment model, which is based on all requirements of the actual finical market such as no dividing stocks and all kinds of fees .The experiment results indicate that our algorithm has better searching ability and can avoid the occurring of earliness effectively.
