Abstract: In this paper, the status of the farmers’ decentralized supply chain production mode were analyzed and the current causes of low efficiency in the agricultural supply chain is presented from the perspective of market risk control mode of agricultural product supply chain. Innovation in the integration of agricultural production chain and supply chain management of agricultural products based on the characteristics of the circulation of agricultural products as well as the balance of relationship between production and demand.

Abstract: Environmental problems have been obstacles hindering the countries and regions healthy development. How to scientifically and efficiently use the relatively limited fund to control environmental pollution problem is significant. Based on the model of DEA, this paper builds the evaluation index system of environmental pollution treatment investment to analyze environment pollution control investment efficiency. Results show that the main factor leading to the poor government efficiency is not the mount of money, but the unreasonable capital utilization. Nationwide 31 provinces and cities analysis data in China shows that the total investment waste reaches 1.97342 trillion yuan and the gap of emissions of three wastes including waste gas, waste water, solid waste between actual quantity and the ideal target quantity is respectively 26.49738 billion tons, 16.17551 billion tons and 26.49738 billion tons. This paper proves that DEA model is scientific and feasible to evaluate the environmental pollution governance efficiency.

Abstract: Focusing on the lack of credit scoring system and credit evaluation model, the paper builds <qualitative perception, quantitative perception> reputation tuple based on perceived credibility of the buyer. Qualitative perception is six indicators assembly, including shop image, customer communication, payment, whether to join the consumer protection service , whether to join the Commercial Union and feedback comment; Quantitative perception is three indicators assembly, including buyer credit , the transaction value of the goods and evaluation time. Through analyzing of the case, reputation tuple can be more objective, more scientific, more comprehensive response to the seller's real credibility.

Abstract: Based on analysis of domestic and national literature, the related theory of enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation and methods of knowledge management performance evaluation has been summarized and compared. Combining with the characteristics of enterprises, the model and method of software enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation has been confirmed. Through surveying to related experts, index system of software enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation has been structured which applies in fuzzy evaluation method, it’s able to apply in software enterprise knowledge management performance evaluation.

Abstract: With the constraints on manufacturing capacity, the satisfaction of product performance and the cost of manufacture are contradictory, the problem between high-performance and low-cost must be solved at the period of design and manufacture for product. To solve this problem, the product loss model has been analyzed, the parameterized and non-parameterized model of anticipant losses has been researched, with concurrent design, in connection with the product with multiple correlated assembly functional dimensions, the relation function between quality loss and process dimension tolerance has been provided, the concurrent tolerance design mathematical model based on lowest-cost and quality loss has been established. The applied case shows that this method has important guiding significance for engineering application.

Abstract: The typical intelligent algorithm based financial crisis prediction is the neural network. But training time of the neural network is too long to apply to the actual system. The paper applies the rough set theory into the artificial neural network based financial crisis prediction. The paper proposes an improved neural network algorithm. The rough set theory is used to reduce the financial indexes and samples. The numbers of inputs and training samples are decreased and the training time of neural network is shortened. The empirical analysis shows that the method can obviously accelerate the training speed of the neural network.

By the function, we can forecast the meat prices in the future. The raising quantity can appropriately be controlled using the cost function.

Abstract: Powerful military logistics system has been the mighty support of the high technical war, and cost control is the key to improving the efficiency of the military logistics. This paper proposed a cost control method in military logistics system based on activity-based costing (ABC). Starting with the consideration of characteristics of the military logistics, the target of cost control in military logistics system is put forward. Then the feasibility of applying ABC in military logistics cost control is analysed and the principles of it are explained. And in order to realize the target of cost control in military logistics system, the matrixes of the quantity and the distribution ratio of cost driver are constructed by the mathematic model. Finally, on this basis, the model of cost control in military logistics system is built, and the concrete measures is put forward.

Abstract: In complex assembly process, By using the conversion mapping relation of “MBOM-WBOM-FBOM”, consistency mapping and integrity control of material feeding information for complex assembling line was realized, and data describing model that can reflect the feature of assembly process was provided for delicacy management. At last, the rationality of BOM models above and feasibility of transfer approach were proved through actual case.

Abstract: Technological innovation can stimulate social economy growth. And regional differences of the innovation capacity directly led to the economic gap. So, the study on regional differences of the contribution the technological innovation to economic growth has important practical significance. China is divided into Developed Region and Developing Region. And technological innovation investment, innovation output and innovation environment are measured by six indexes. The effects of technological innovation on regional economic growth are studied empirically base on panel data model. Study shows that technological innovation indexes are all positive correlated to GDP growth. But there are significant differences of the contribution each index to GDP between Developed Region and Developing Region.
