Abstract: With the increasing competition in the banking sector, banks make every effort to compete for valuable customer resources in order to get more benefits, but how to make customers to retain, or reduce the loss of customers is become the key issues for the banks. In this paper, using theoretical research and practical method to discusses how to use data mining techniques to predict the bank's customer churn. Identifying risky customers and taking certain measures before customers really lost .The research will provide a reliable basis for decision-making of banks.

Abstract: Material inventory management plays an increasingly important role in modern operations management within manufacturing enterprises. And a multi-attribute classification model has been put up based on the application of the decide tree model and fuzzy artificial neural network. First the material inventory styles are classified. Then a decision tree model is defined based on inventory classification result. The value of the node is decided by Fuzzy Neural Network if multi-attribute decision is needed and material inventory strategy can be decided with the classification tree and inventory strategy table. In the end, the implementation of the model in a manufacturing enterprise resource plan system is presented.

Abstract: To solve technique implement problem of case-based reasoning (CBR) in which there exists mapping relation from multi-feature to multi-feature, key cycles for emergence driven CBR (E-CBR) are studied. The frame of E-CBR is established. Then emergence driven case presentation, case retrieval, case adaptation and case maintenance are studied. Test shows that higher shooting rate of emergence decision on top layer by E-CBR can be obtained than that by conventional CBR.

Abstract: In order to formulate the medium-and long-term planning of aviation safety development, a qualitative prediction and analysis method known as scenario analysis method is introduced in the field of safety strategic planning. An actual example on an airline safety development in the future 5 years shows that the proposed qualitative prediction and analysis method has a good feasibility and effectiveness.

Abstract: Introduction of value chain management thinking,systematically analyzed the internal operating costs and the external competitiveness costs of construction enterprises. Derived driving factors of the operating costs using internal value chain,and analyzed the competitive cost using the industry value chain.In the CCSES case study, proposed a few methods to control cost drivers and improvement strategies using the above analysis.

Abstract: Under the background of the current immaterial legal remedies construction system and more contract disputes in this field, this paper studies the legal measures to respond to the disputes, mainly the breach of construction contract effectively, for the purpose to save a lot of money and time, and furthermore, to bring a good economic outcome to the market. This paper describe both China’s remedies for breach of construction contract and that in foreign countries, in order to give insights for upgrading China’s remedies system.

Abstract: The hidden costs due to the current evaluation model for green building lacks relevance, and therefore this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, From the three major aspects of business, users and social selected 16 indicators of the operational phase of the hidden costs of starting to build a green building implicit operational phase cost evaluation model through structural entropy method will combine objective assignment method and subjective assignment method to determine the evaluation index weights, In order to achieve the operational phase of the project the green building real-time monitoring of hidden costs. The results show that the hidden costs of green building evaluation index for multi-operational phase problem, the method can be more objectively and accurately reflect the size of the extent of its hidden costs.

Abstract: With the wide use of internet and we-media, the process of emergency treatment of government developed into the process of information transmission and the game of the stakeholders. Firstly, the formation of this process has been demonstrated. Then from the perspective of government we analyzed the constitution of game, the types and the interest demands of stakeholders. And then from the perspective of the game we analyzed the emergency behavior and the profit of the government. The game model was constructed based on the transmission of information, so as to provide a reasonable explanation for the emergence disposal of government. Finally, according to the study some suggestions for government have been given.

Abstract: In many economically developed countries, the logistics industry occupy a dominant position in the economic market. The development space is constantly expanding, using the traditional algorithms to analyze the economic impact of logistics factors model was conservative, which does not have a high accuracy and hence affects the efficiency of modeling. According to this problem, logistics factors impact on the economic analysis modelling based on the gravity model was proposed. Based on the difference between logistics relationship, the GOP value of the economic partnership, the distance between each other and economic policy of logistics factors such as material space efficiency and time efficiency, the economic impact of logistics factors is analyzed. Experiments prove that using the method of gravity model is established for logistics analysis of the factors that affect the economy, high accuracy rate and reliability.

Abstract: In the process of port logistics outsourcing, because there are different throughput requirements of port logistics, there are inherent risks in logistics outsourcing companies, it cannot ensure the reasonableness of port logistics outsourcing. In this paper, a rationality analysis model of port trade logistics outsourcing based on analytic hierarchy process is proposed. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process get different specification weights, and sort the importance degree of port trade logistics outsourcing risk, to create the hierarchical structure model of port trade logistics hierarchical assessment. The operating performance, cost performance and service performance and so on of port trade enterprises are made overall decomposition and analysis. Through the assignment make comparison operation to obtain the proportion of different schemes which should be accounted for in the overall target. Using analytic network process and customer rationality index model make accurate analysis of the rationality of hierarchical logistics outsourcing in port trade. The experimental results show that the coverage rate of logistics outsourcing, value of port trade and the effectiveness of the model under this kind of model is superior to the traditional model, and it achieves satisfactory results.
