Abstract: From 2011, the growth rate of China's car market has begun to gradually slow down. The competition in the market has become increasingly competitive and the industry is not limited to the entity, the marketing battle has spread the Internet. A practical significance for competitive advantage was that reasonable car online marketing strategies. In this paper, we analysis the connotation of a joint marketing and production of automotive background, thus put forward specific recommendations for the automotive enterprise networks and joint marketing strategy and management of third-party platform.

Abstract: With the development of computer technology, the express service industry begins to go to its prosperity, followed by the online shopping, which has played an indispensable role in people’s daily life. Express service industry is a typical representative of the emerging service industry in our country, and also the product of high speed development of the market economy, which made huge contribution to the economic development of our country. But during this process, the problem of packaging pollution has become the focus of scholar’s attention, under the circumstance of national advocating environmental protection, people's environmental consciousness has been enhanced a lot , the thought of the reverse logistics has been paid attention by many scholars. This paper is through the literature review, and expounds the green supply chain management and the basic concept of reverse logistics, then makes an in-depth study on green supply chain management under the environment of reverse logistics operation mode, for the sake of provide the logistics enterprises direction of thinking about minimizing environmental pollution while developing well.

Abstract: To explore the impact of New Traffic Law implementing for the driver risk awareness and its relationship with driver behavior, and establish driver's subjective assessment model of risk awareness. This study established risk awareness subjective evaluation model. Driving behaviors and driver risk awareness have a linear relationship according to the regression analysis. There was a significant negative correlation between risk tolerance and the driver behavior. The results showed that the overall level of the driver risk awareness is low. It suggests that New Traffic Law may have effects on improving the driver risk awareness. Subjective evaluation model can be used to assess the level of driver risk awareness in the future.

Abstract: As the core connotation of supply chain management, supply chain integration is the highest level of supply chain management development. This paper aims to explore the relationship between supply chain integration and building inter-firm linkages, and firm performance as well. Through building a theoretical model among them, and put forward the corresponding hypotheses and sub-hypotheses. We based on firms in Wuhan as the study samples to collect data and conduct the empirical analysis. The result of econometric analysis shows that span of integration is positively related to commitment to building inter-firm linkages and firm performance. Finally, propose ​​management recommendations and inspiration for firm’s supply chain integration and management practices.

Abstract: In this paper, the delay in performance of profits claims is classified into two categories, Profits claim of schedule delays caused by contract delay in performance and Profits claim of No-schedule delays under the contract delay in performance. And the paper focuses on the contractor's profit under construction delay claims, combined with the analysis of specific cases to determine the amount claimed profits make different instructions.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the moderating effect of organizational climate on the relationship between absorptive capacity and knowledge integration. 183 survey data from 5 regions including Beijing is collected for empirical study using multiple linear regressions. The results show that absorptive capacity has a significantly positive impact on knowledge integration;organizational climate positively moderates the relationship between absorptive capacity and knowledge integration.

Abstract: For the problems existing in the traditional RCS, a proved RL-RCS planning model is proposed, and the CPM calculation method of timing allowance which is in consideration of resource tensity, job complexity, risk level is feasible.

Abstract: The paper, sampling the data from A-shares listed companies of electrical energy during the period of 2009 to 2012, checks out the influence of the enterprise’s market power on its capacity for trade credit and bank credit financing. The paper tries to find out the internal relationship among them by building linear regression models of the explained variable, Credit, the explaining variable, MP, and the control variables, SIZE, EBIT, LIQ, CFO, SBA and SBA*MP. In the study, we find that the target customers of trade credits and bank loans are almost enterprises with a high market power.

Abstract: Indirect financing is bank credit financing, this is the main source of funds of our country small and medium-sized enterprise.Fang Gang believes that the current urgent need to develop non state owned bank is an effective way to solve the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises.In a variety of exogenous financing channel of small and medium-sized enterprises, bank loan is one of the most important financing channel.This paper do empirical research about financing bank loans availability of small and medium-sized enterprise for to our country. The results show that, in general, enterprises in the credit rating, longer enterprise age, status of the enterprise market, enterprise's profit ability and provide collateral ability, enterprise is the enterprise and enterprise in the economy is more developed areas and other factors, has significant influence on enterprise ability to get loan.

Abstract: Green Supply Chain (GSC) requires suppliers to give integrated consideration to their products and the environment-related management practice. The principle of environmental protection shall be incorporated in the supplier management mechanism, with the objective of embodying environmental protection concept in the products, and hence promoting market competiveness. This is a case study on the PCB industry, and the performance of green competitiveness of the company in case was evaluated with the IPA approach. The result then served as the basis for the company’s improvement.
