Abstract: The Grating Light Valve (GLV) is a spatial light modulator based on Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS), and it has been successfully applied in the computer-to-plate (CTP) system by modulating laser beams. Fast modulation rate, a mass of pixels, and high power handling capability of the GLV device increase imaging speed. Digital working states, combine of two GLV pixels and exact beam shape improve imaging quality. Numerical calculation and graph analysis using MATLAB software show that imaging quality of GLV-based thermal CTP system is higher than that of traditional acousto-optic modulator scanning system.

Abstract: In line structured light three-dimensional measurement systems, the position of shifted light in the structure light image reflects the three-dimensional profile information of the object. In this paper, according to the characteristics of structured light image, a approach of separating shifted pixels is proposed, and successfully extracts structured light image two-dimensional data with related mathematical methods, which contributes to the foundation for structured light three-dimensional reconstruction of three-dimensional measurement system work.

Abstract: ECG waveform has becoming a new kind of Biometric signal for person identification recently. The identification procedure was based on the establishment of person's own ECG waveform template, one beat of ECG waveform was used as analysis data, 15 persons were involved in the study. In the paper, several algorithms are compared for their ability to identify person. The algorithms are coefficient threshold method and Euclidean distance threshold method, their measurement was based on linear distance. Hausdorff distance threshold method as a non linear distance was also compared. Except this, SWM(support vector machine) was also introduced to do the identification work. From the experimental results, Euclidean distance threshold method and the Hausdorff distance threshold method reached same level of identification, the acceptance rate is around 76.0%, the correlation coefficient threshold method reached 86.0%. As to the SVM, its acceptance rate near 96.0%. Although the amount of experiment data was relatively small, but the result give the researching in good promising and better prospecting.

Abstract: The slashing machine is key equipment in textile process, the temperature and moisture regain are crucial technique parameters in slashing or sizing process. The electronic sensor play a key role in intelligence control of technical parameters in term of temperature and moisture regain. The principle, characteristic analysis and application of resistance sensor known as thermistor and humidity sensor have been discussed in this paper.

Abstract: Aimed at the deficiency of the magnetic guide and RFID parking system used by substation inspection robot now, a laser navigation system is designed, and the system structure, the method of map building and positioning are all introduced. The system performance is tested in a 500kV substation, and the result show that the repetitive precision of navigation system is precise enough to help the robot fulfill inspection tasks.

Abstract: Electric vehicle is a prominent representative domain in the exploitation of new energy resources, which will be the trend of automotive industry in the future. The purpose of the scheme is to provide a current electric bus battery swapping system based on the Cartesian coordinate robot to solve the pressure of petroleum resources and air pollution. In this paper, the battery swapping robot and battery pack lifting robot are the key of the battery swapping system, which will be discussed in detail. Experiments show that the positioning precision during the swapping process is high, the position is accuracy, and the swapping speed is moderate.

Abstract: By analyzing the structure characteristics of fermented beer and has the function of system analysis, introduced in the fermentation process of beer, the use of computer technology, the real-time processing of beer fermentation temperature, pressure, the collection of data signal level etc.. The computer system to realize the automatic control and management on the beer fermentation process of beer fermentation, production management and cost will be greatly improved.

Abstract: Introduces a STC89C51 microcontroller core with the speed of measurement and control system, the system can control the motor starts and stops, either manually or automatically adjust the duty cycle to control the motor speed is set by the Hall sensor data, for motor speed is measured to calculate and display the current motor speed in real time on the LCD. The system is made in the actual measurement with good results, as the research engine performance provides an important reference, so that the entire digital measurement speed system can be widely used, there is a strong practicality.

Abstract: In this paper, the basic principle and design procedure of the quantitative feedback theory (QFT) are summarized, then control system of a UAV is designed with the QFT theory. The QFT theory can solve the robust design problem of the UAV control system due to the model parameters uncertainty perfectly. And a method of robust design for UAV is put forward from engineering application perspective. Compared with traditional control method, the simulation result shows that the control system designed by the QFT theory not only has more perfect control effect but has significant value in the engineering application.

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of disturbance, coupling and fluctuation of load existing in permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM),which is used in the servo system of self-propelled gun, the auto disturbance rejection control technique (ADRC) is introduced into in the servo system of self-propelled gun. It can play with the best effect of the servo control system. The simulation results show that ADRC makes the servo system of self-propelled gun has better accuracy and robust.
