Abstract: Impact and vibration are two of the thorniest technical problems to hybrid machine tool. In this paper, the kinematics principle of the hybrid machine tool was proposed as well as the suppression algorithm, which was based on the velocity optimal control algorithm (VOCA.). And this algorithm was carried out after fine interpolation. It was proved by experiment on hybrid machine tool that the impact was reduced effectively by this way. Account for the velocity optimal control algorithm, the velocity performance of the machine was improved, especially when kinematics calculation error occurred.

Abstract: To verify and analyze the dynamics model of servomotor and improve the efficiency of modeling and analysis, we research system of modeling and simulation on kollmorgen AKM41H servomotor in SimScape. According to the driving principle and mathematical model of DC servomotor, Simulink combined with SimScape and Solidworks part will conduct Control system simulation and analysis. By analyzing the frequency curve, we know that dynamics model of Kollmorgen servomotor is accurate. Semi-physical simulation based on SimScape, the angle of motor shaft can be fast and accurate to get the prespecified value. Parameters of feedback control system are selected reasonably, adjust the motor shaft’s speed so that it reduces to zero band. Research shows that SimScape combined with Solidworks take semi-physical simulation experiment. It can support simulation that is different complex engineering project. Compared with the traditional simulation model is more practical and analysis and modeling is more efficiency.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to suggest and examine a control system with a fuzzy controller and a fuzzy-PID controller to solve the problem of mobile robot path planning. The environment information about obstacles and the goal has been detected by using sensors. The system divides environment situations into two types the obstacle mode and non-obstacle mode. In view of the oscillation problem existing in fuzzy control when there is no obstacle, this paper proposes that the fuzzy control is used for the obstacle mode and the fuzzy adaptive PID control is used for the non-obstacle mode. The robot performs the real-time planning choice by path planning selector, and the control system is simulated by Matlab software. The simulation result shows that the control strategy has the characteristics of faster response, better real-time performance and achieves a better path from the start point to the target point.

Abstract: The paper presents an original mobile self-reconfigurable microrobot with wall-climbing ability, which is fabricated by combination of non-silicon surface microfabrication techniques and precision machining techniques. The omni-directional mobile mechanism with magnetic wheels and the novel universal microconnector with automatic connecting/disconnecting mechanism are designed, which are both actuated by MEMS-based electromagnetic micromotors. The mechanical prototype of the microrobot is developed, and its fabrication method is introduced.

Abstract: In order to make the traffic flow smoothly through the intersection, to minimize the delay time, must ensure that the control decision of the traffic signal is real-time and accuracy. Aiming at the existing problems of the traditional timing control method, analysis of traffic signal control parameters, performance indicators, put forward the fuzzy inference is applied to the traffic signal control system, puts forward an intelligent traffic signal control system based on fuzzy control; the vehicle queue length, inlet flow rate, green extension as the control parameters and simulation the results show that the proposed control method can effectively improve the traffic congestion, improve the vehicle capacity.

Abstract: The functional relationship among the cylic oil quality of diesel engine, rack displacement and the engine speed was obtained by Orthogonal Test, significance of the regression equation was test by variance analysis. Based on the model, using the fuzzy control method, the voltage to stepping motor was controlled by the method according to the engine speed and its variation rate, which can controll the diesel engine speed percisely. From the simulation result, it shows that the diesel engine run at the range of the set speed effectively by the fuzzy control strategy, and controlling effect is significant.

Abstract: According to the unsatisfied control result in a military inertial navigation platform,a control method combined with generalized predictive control and PID control is proposed,accurate control can be realized in terms of time and temperature. MATLAB simulation is given to illustrate that this method satisfies expected requirements well,and is feasible and available.

Abstract: The project aims to design and build a robotic platform, capable of uploading tools for drilling exploration processes in unstructured environments. With the characteristic of being maneuvered remotely through a wireless communication protocol and a support system to allow new routes autonomously, without human intervention. During the last 4 years the research group DAVINCI has acquired knowledge in the search for information and has developed three mobile remotely controlled for a specific purpose, to neutralize the explosives and manipulate objects platforms. The information held for the development of mobile robots can be extrapolated to other functions, can be applied to other work tasks can be mining, agriculture and exploration. For the particular case the project to develop a robot that I carried out in mining support tasks remotely by tele-operation and support of autonomous system is presented.

Abstract: The outdoor environmental conditions have great effect on the indoor environment of the air-conditioned train in Qinghai-Tibet Railway. Based on the analysis on the air-conditioning control system of the running air-conditioned train in Qinghai-Tibet Railway, considering the fresh air quantity, oxygen concentration upper limit value, contaminant concentration limit and thermal comfort simultaneously, from viewpoint of thermal comfort, a new control scheme of air-conditioning and oxygen supply has been proposed. In the new control system, both the passengers’ effects and indoor environmental effects have been considered, but also, the outdoor oxygen concentration and the outdoor atmospheric pressure are also considered as the factors affecting the indoor thermal comfort, which combine the comfort and energy-saving into one part. The study of this paper is full of theoretical meaning for promoting the technical reform, improving the management level and bettering the indoor air quality of air-conditioned train in Qinghai-Tibet Railway.
