Abstract: The algorithm for clustering based on neural network modeling using T. Kohonen's self-organizing maps for the analysis of the housing stock is considered. This analysis of housing stock is required for the planning of complex reproduction of housing and major repairs regional programs development. The mechanism of self-organization is submitted. The representative sample clustering of the housing stock is produced. Its result is 16 groups of objects with a high level of internal similarity. The basic advantages of this approach for monitoring and analysis of the city housing stock are described.

Abstract: Different types of methods needed to determinate risk of natural hazards on the field for different types of hazards. Avalanche and rockfall act the same, get acceleration from gravity depend on slope. It mostly often that they both possible in mountain region around the earth. But behavior of this processes is different and consequences are also different. To predict rockfalls and avalanches we have to create method which can be compared with reality. Compare model versus reality possible in areas with many years of observations. So we can use thisa model to simulate behavior of rockfalls and avalanches in not studied areas.

Abstract: Present situation with riverside territories planning in many Russian cities, particularly in bigger scale in St. Petersburg and Moscow, might be characterized as quite problematic. Main reason for this situation is related with constantly increasing transport pressure, in fact noticeably reducing pedestrian accessibility because of riverside territories dense occupation by transit roads network. Instead forming ecologically balanced blue-green infrastructure for sustainable development providing, many big cities in Russia are losing riverside areas for population direct contact with the most attractive parts of urban landscape. Contemporary international experience is permanently presenting wide diapason of riverside territories management concepts realization and their humanly orientated strategies of adaptation for population sufficient using. Among the most topical aspects of riverside territories essential transformation such as optimally balanced pedestrian, bicycle and transport infrastructure creation, functions and landscape logical integration, widening of leisure activities infrastructure, water communications development and regeneration of riverside ecosystems could be marked.

Abstract: In order to have a proper impression of a city, observer needs to move and participate in the city’s life. One of the most important functions of the image of our surroundings is to enable orientation and guidance of movement towards a certain goal. Urban structures that are reflected through disposition and appearance of streets, through a specific landscape arrangement, and ultimately through specific dimensioning and shaping of architecture, can often help to create a place that is easy to read. The increase in vividness of a space enables easier visual identification as well as orientation in space. That type of visual stimulation is expressed through orientation reaction, which stimulates easier adjustment of the subject to a certain space. Perception is defined as the level of sensitivity to visual stimuli in space, which are often connected to the level of interest of the subject. This research aims to identify the role of reference points in terms of the subject’s movement and orientation in the process of understanding both the unknown and the known surroundings.
