Abstract:

Paper describes the objectives and effects of cell production as a production strategy, which allows reactions to market changes and customers’ needs and demands. First part of the paper describes the cell production, its principles and advantages. Second part of the paper is devoted to the description of the effect which has the profilation of flexible cell systems.
