Abstract: This paper describes the function and working principle of the bubble generator of cyclonic static micro-bubble flotation column, the structure of the bubble generator is introduced for the nozzle, induction chamber, pipe, microvoid baffle, diffusion tube, and air suction pipe.Reuse of tailing is a high technology content, environmentally friendly and resources recycle emerging industry. Comprehensive utilization and governance of tailing can bring obvious social benefit, economic benefit and environmental benefits, resource conservation and development is a long-term strategic policy which benefits national economy sustainable development.

Abstract: Effect of high-temperature soybean meal hydrolysates was to be studied in this paper. Hhigh-temperature soybean meal was treated by high pressure. And Alcalase 2.4 L was used to hydrolyze high-temperature soybean meal, three kinds of solutions with relative molecular mass of > 10 000 Da, 5000 Da – 10 000 Da and < 5 000 Da were obtained by ultrafiltration of hydrolysates, and they were administrated mice by gastric perfusion, respectively. Levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver were separately tested with reagent kits. Results showed that SOD and GSH-PX activities were significantly improved and MDA content was reduced in liver of mice by hydrolysates, which indicated that high-temperature soybean meal hydrolysates can improve antioxidant indexes of mice and enhance antioxidation capacity of body.

Abstract: The effect of the drying temperature on the secondary structure of the soybean protein-isolate/carboxymethyl cellulose/stearic acid composite films was evaluated. The Fourier transform-infrared spectra showed that the stearic acid lose some characteristic absorptions. Hence, the stearic acid was well integrated with the other ingredients. The absorption band (1600~1700 cm-1) of the composite film was deconvoluted into 9 peaks for the calculation of their secondary structure. The β-sheet content of the composite films dried at 90 oC was significant higher than that of the control. Hence, the composite films dried at 90 oC was more stable than the control.

Abstract: Drying is important for the matrix formation of composite films. A low drying temperature guarantees the compact matrix, while a higher temperature strengthens the crosslinking of ingredients. A balance point of the compact matrix and higher crosslinking degree was the key to enhance the performance of a composite film. The temperature of 30, 60, 90, and 120 oC was used to dry the soybean protein-isolate/carboxymethyl cellulose/stearic acid composite films. When being dried at 90 oC, the tensile strength of the composite films was 2.63 times higher than that of the control, and the water vapor permeability of the composite films was 77.6 % of that of the control. Hence the temperature of 90 oC was the balance point of the composite films.

Abstract: Harvested nectarine fruit were treated by phlorotannins from seaweeds Sargassum thunbergii, then stored at 2 ± 1 °C, 85-90 % RH for 25 days. Disease incidence, decay percentage, firmness, color, soluble solids, Vc, lipoxygenase (LOX) and lipid peroxidation of fruit were analyzed. The results indicated phlorotannins from seaweeds S. thunbergii have potent antifungal activities. Phlorotannins treatment resulted in a more efficient control of fruit decay. The LOX activity and lipid peroxidation in fruit were also inhibited by phlorotannins treatment. In addition, no phytotoxic injury was observed in fruit tissue treated with phlorotannins at 10 mg mL-1. Therefore, phlorotannins not only inhibit the infection of pathogen, but also the lipid peroxidation and ripening process of harvested nectarine fruit.

Abstract: In this study, radical scavenging properties and anti-fatigue activities of Angelica sinensis polysaccharides (ASP) were evaluated in vitro and in vivo, respectively. Forced swimming test of mice were carried out after 30 days of ASP administration (60, 120, 240 mg/kg·d), and the blood glucose, blood lactate, hemoglobin, liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were determined. The in vitro study showed that ASP had antioxidant activities, which exhibited scavenging effects on 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), hydroxyl and superoxide anions radicals. The in vitro study showed that ASP had anti-fatigue activities, which could extend the exhaustive swimming time, increase levels of blood glucose, hemoglobin, liver glycogen and muscle glycogen activities, and decrease blood lactate levels of mice.

Abstract: A bacterium strain named L-g6 isolated from kitchen garbage, through 16s rRNA sequencing and Biolog GEN III MicroPlate analyzes, was identified as Bacillus coagulans. In the present study, the optimal growth conditions of B.coagulans L-g6 was at 45°C, pH 7 and in the growth of 6 h reached the end of logarithmic phase. B.coagulans L-g6 can break down cellulose, starch, protein, fat; and the best decomposition effect is protein, followed by starch and cellulose, less fat. In total, B.coagulans L-g6 can be used as a starter production scale degradation of kitchen waste. The research will contribute to the development of micro-ecological preparation of B.coagulans L-g6.

Abstract: The thermalgravimetric and differential scanning calorimetry analysis were used to evaluated the state of stearic acid in the soybean protein-isolate/carboxymethyl cellulose composite films. The stearic acid lose its weight rapidly in 210~280 oC, while no significant weight loss presented among 210~280 oC in the profiles of the control and the composite films dried at 90 oC. Hence, the stearic acid was well interacted with the other ingredients. Moreover, the stearic acid was distributed as the free state and bound state in the composite films. The free stearic acid ratio of the composite films dried at 90 oC was the lowest among the tested films. The temperature of 90 oC effectively enhanced the interaction of the SA with the other ingredients.

Abstract: Keeping concentration of 10%, study the influence of gelatinization temperature, digestion temperature, digestion time, adding amount on centrifugal sedimentation rate of tartary buckwheat beverage , optimize the best conditions of buckwheat enzyme hydrolysis as following: gelatinization temperature of 80 °C, enzyme amount 120 U/g, enzyme temperature of 80 °C, enzyme solution time 70 min, while the centrifugal sedimentation rate was 20.04%.The amount of total flavonoid is 0.1258mg/g and total phenolic acids is 0.3767μg/g. The ability of radical scavenging activities DPPH (95.23%) and ABTS (98.29%) is stronger than other cereal beverages.

Abstract: To prevent browning stain from potato powder products, detailed analysis and research were conducted on the color-protecting during the processing of potato powder. In order to investigate the effects of different dosage color-protecting liquid on preventing browning stain from potato powder, the △E value was respectively measured. The results showed that the maximum △E values were achieved when using 0.35% Ascorbic acid, 0.40% Phytic acid, 0.30% Citric acid and 0.30% L-Cys. In addition, the optimum combination was 0.30% Ascorbic acid, 0.35% Phytic acid, 0.25% Citric acid, 0.30% L-Cys, which was successfully validated by ANOVA.
