Abstract: CM6900 is a kind of built-in synchronous rectifier drivers, OVP / OCP, and better soft-start mode, while a FM + PWM operation mode of the resonant controller IC, and its application in the constant current / constant voltage mode is very easy. Based CM6900's 90W SRC LED lamp drive circuit relative to the LLC drive circuit is easier to implement synchronous rectification, Efficiency (greater than or equal to 0.94), transformer design is simple (standard BOBBIN reduce mold costs).

Abstract: Although body contact can solve the problem of floating body effect in the partially-depleted (PD) SOI technology, it still has important influence on the ESD protection performance. In order to investigate the influence of body contact on the ESD protection performance, three different structures are fabricated in 0.35μm PD SOI salicided CMOS technology, they are stick gate structure with body floating, H gate structure with body contact located outside the edge gate, and body tied source (BTS)structure with body contact placed intermittently along the source diffusion. The transmission line pulse generator(TLPG) measured results of these three different structures are compared and analyzed, both the stick gate structure with body floating and BTS structure have a better robustness level than H gate structure with body contact.

Abstract: PC1D software, which was developed by the University of New South Wales, has been used to simulate photovoltaic properties of crystalline semiconductor devices. The paper focuses on the simulation of silicon solar cell by PC1D. The simulation of silicon solar cell is carried out by setting up key parameters, which include device area, thickness, band gap, etc. Several important characteristics of silicon solar cells are obtained by simulation.

Abstract: In the commonly-used EDA software, there is no equivalent circuit model of top-emitting OLED for SPICE, so it is difficult while the OLED pixel driving circuits are designed such as in microdisplay applications. To solve the problem, its SPICE model of top-emitting OLED was studied in this paper. Three models including the diode-connected NMOS model, the single-diode model, and the double-diode paralleled model are discussed and their simulation results from EDA software HSPICE are compared. Results show that the fitted errors obtained from the diode-connected NMOS model is the smallest, but its simulated errors are the largest. The fitted errors and the simulated errors obtained from the single-diode model are also large. However, small fitted errors and simulated errors got from double-diode paralleled model show that this model satisfies the application of the designing for OLED pixel driving circuits.

Abstract: The photovoltaic (PV) industry, as the renewable energy, has discarding the traditional energy consumption and dependence mode completely, which had attracted more and more attentions of the countries all over the world. This paper analyzes the polycrystalline silicon, as the most important step of the PV industrial chain, the effects of its development on China photovoltaic industry, and forecasts the output of domestic polycrystalline silicon industry by using the grey model. According to the forecast results, proposing the relevant suggestions for the further development of PV industry in China.

Abstract: The contour accuracy of XY table directly driven by two linear motors was influenced by the complicated reel-time contour error model of free-form curves, uncertainty external disturbance and dynamic matching between X axis and Y axis. To establish XY table model that easily calculated and suitable for free-form curves, real-time contour error estimate method was adopted. In order to reduce uncertainty external disturbance and dynamic matching between X axis and Y axis, the iterative learning cross-coupled controller (ILCCC) was designed for current compensation on X axis and Y axis. Simulation results show that the control scheme can enhance the robustness of the system, and effectively improve the XY table of contour precision.

Abstract: The Z-source inverter has overcome the limitation of the conventional voltage source inverter and current source inverter and provides a new option for motor drive system. The Z-source inverter has the unique ability of boosting the voltage of the dc source, which has advantages in the motor drive system for electric vehicles where the voltage of the onboard battery is usually lower. Firstly, this paper analyses the speed characteristic of permanent magnet brushless dc motor. Then operation principles and the control method are described and an effective and convenient strategy for generating PWM pluses with shoot-through states based on TMS320F2812 DSP is introduced. At last, the results of this experiment are presented and verify the correctness of the model.

Abstract: This article is about the direct torque control of permanent magnet sysnchonous motor with fuzzy theory to the study and simulation implementations. Mainly based on the analysis of the mathematical model of direct torque permanent magnet motor the analysis,using powerful func-tion of simulation in Matlab,the S function of Simulink, electrical simulation moduleand Fuzzy function blocks to achieve. Papers mainly in the inverter switching choice of the control system ap-plied the fuzzy control theory allowing more accurate selection of voltage vector.From the simula-tion results ,we can find that this method is advantage to performance improvement of permanent magnet motor control system.Therefore, fuzzy direct torque control of permanent magnet syn-chronous motor idea is feasible and beneficial to the system to run stable.

Abstract: This paper studies the ADRC(Active Disturbance Rejection Control) technique further used in Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor. Combining the ADRC with the self-optimizing technique, we design a controller with Self-optimizing Control. The result of simulation shows that the ADRC technique with Self-optimizing Control has better control characteristics, compared with the classical PID and ADRC techniques.
