Abstract: The development of a large display and can control a variety of compatible lighting control system, the system is suitable for wide range control distance. Can be widely used in modern college park, landscape building, business building and landscaping all buildings, publicity, service, advertising and other large screen and lighting systems. Using large-scale high-speed FPGA technology, Gigabit fiber communication technology, through a multi-level processing and protocol conversion, can be terminal for the different display mode (divided into static, 2 sweep, sweep 4, 8, sweep, sweep five kinds of 16), data in the order, alignment methods, control methods, the preparation of their own in the FPGA, the protocol conversion module, through the software are free to choose set the display terminal type, to achieve 16 control port can be controlled separately different types of display terminal. Control distance up to 5000 meters or more. Effectively address all the original control system can not be compatible, not centralized control, can not share resources and control of the key problems of distance is too short.

Abstract: This paper uses ARM7 processor LPC2290, embedded data acquisition chip AD7715 and real-time operating system μC/OS-II as a basis to design an ARM-based embedded data acquisition system. This system achieves RS-232/RS-485 communication, Ethernet communication, keyboard and LCD display embedded control applications. It has a small size hardware, low power consumption, plenty functions and highly extended features. The reliability of embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-II has been certified. It makes the system more stable, and makes maintenance and upgrade program more convenient.

Abstract: The model silicon pressure sensor was taken as the object; in this paper, we built failure physics equation of sensor under the vibration stress based on the failure modes and failure mechanism of pressure sensor, and using vibration stress as the acceleration factor to process accelerated life testing under invariableness stress. The results show that failure physics equation of sensor yields the inverse power law relationship. The estimated value of reliability character and accelerated life equation of sensor under the vibration stress was attained through analyzing testing data and the average life and reliable life of sensor has been attained through reliability evaluation.

Abstract: In mesoscopic scales, we design a single potential heterojunctionalong the direction of growth (001),Firstly,we analyzes the conditions of the structure as a capacitor, and then through the schrodinger equation and poisson equation introduced the relation between capacitance and the width of the barrier,at last we investigate,theoretically the effect of the capacitance changes by the elastic stain due to a certain stess on the structure which along the direction of growth. We call it meso-piezo-capicitive effect.

Abstract: Hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) thin films doped with both Phosphor and Nitrogen are deposited by ratio frequency plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). The effect of gas flow rate of ammonia (FrNH3) on the composition, microstructure and optical properties of the films has been investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and ellipsometric spectra, respectively. The results show that with the increase of FrNH3, Si-N bonds appear while the short-range order deteriorate in the films. Besides, the optical properties of N-doped n-type a-Si:H thin films can be easily controlled in a PECVD system.

Abstract: A new type residual current protector is designed in this paper. Using residual magnetic flux and the resonance voltage as leakage current signal in iron core, when there are residual current in power suply system, the device can automatically take relevant actions according to the real-time residual current value that is detected by detection circuit. The protector can be used to against electric shock and protect a ground fault. When the protection is occurred, the residual current protective device (RCD) possesses the inverse time lag function, ideal time delay and the automatic reclosing function. It also transmits the fault information to control center by the inter-integrated circuit (I2C) bus. Resonant circuit can avoid live parts injury, which limit the current value through contact resistance, and does not interrupt the work of electrical equipment. So the RCD can be used in all kinds of low voltage single-phase system that will snsure the safety and the reliability of the power supply.

Abstract: This paper presents a method that utilizes a memristor to replace the non-linear resistance of typical Chua’s circuit for constructing a chaotic system. The improved circuit is numerically simulated in the MATLAB condition, and its hardware implementation is designed using field programmable gate array (FPGA). Comparing the experimental results with the numerical simulation, the two are the very same, and be able to generate chaotic attractor.

Abstract: A type of doubly-fed induction generator with air-water cooling and axial-radial ventilation cooling system is proposed in this paper. A half-axial segment stator-rotor coupled thermal field 3D model of the doubly-fed induction generator prototype is built with some properly assumptions, according to its symmetry in electromagnetic structure and cooling system. Stator-rotor coupled thermal field distribution of prototype is calculated under rated operating. The influence of water mass-flow and number of cooling-ribs to the thermal field distribution is also studied with the 3D model.

Abstract: This paper presents a novel Multi-Degree-of-Freedom spherical reluctance motor with magnetic levitation, it analyses mechanism of magnetic force and electromagnetic torque that spherical motor generates. Conducted a comprehensive control of the spherical motor and analysis and simulate the results of the suspension control system. The simulation experiments show that the state synchronization suspension control owns high precision and immunity to interference.
