Abstract: Microseismic monitoring technology is the important method for safety monitoring of coal mine. The Xinzhuangzi coal mine is high gas and outburst mine, in order to ensure safety in process of mining and tunneling, the microseismic monitoring system is built. Waveform analysis database of microseismic information and interference signal is built, the results of microseismic monitoring is preliminary analyzed. The results showed that microseismic monitoring system is stable and reliable, and the results are accurate. Microseismic monitoring technology provides a new monitoring tool and method for coal mining.

Abstract: A novel of fibrinolytic protein was isolated from the Tenebrio molitor, using three purification steps (ammonium sulfate fractionation, DEAE-32 cellulose chromatography column, and SephadexG-75 dextran gel column). After testing, the protein from Tenebrio molitor has fibrinolytic activity, and it relative molecular mass was 56.1 kD.

Abstract: The effects of nickel ions on the cathode polarization process, kinetics equation and parameters in zinc electrowinning have been investigated in this paper. The results of the experiments show that when [Ni2+] ≤ 4 mg•L-1, the current density increases with increasing concentration of Ni2+ and limiting current of the passive point reach maximum, which indicates that the depolarization function of nickel in zinc electrowinning. And when [Ni2+] ≥ 4 mg•L-1, owing to the polarization function of nickel, electrowinning enters into stationary passive range at first and then enters into precipitation range because of the polarization function of nickel.

Abstract: Electrochemical real-time PCR (EC-rtPCR) overcomes several shortcomings of fluorescence-based real-time PCR. But traditional electrochemical method has some limitations which reduce the accuracy and efficiency of testing. To overcome the disadvantages of chronoamperometry (CA) we report a novel electrochemical method where a peak current is quickly generated for the current vs. time curve by changing the waveform of voltage excitation in the working electrode. In particular, we derived a mathematical model to illustrate the principle of this method and it can also be used to demonstrate that the peak current is linear with regards to the concentration of the target substance. Moreover, we developed a device with an improved electrochemical circuit to generate the voltage excitation and detect the peak automatically. Finally, the device was used to study the electrochemical behavior of K3[Fe(CN)6]. It’s shown that the method has a better signal to noise ratio and higher sensitivity than chronoamperometry. The obtained peak current is linear with regards to the concentration of the target substance.

Abstract: Complex resistivity (CR) is one of an electromagnetic method which plays an important role in the exploration of oil and gas, underground water as well as solid mineral resources in recent years. Nowadays China is under fast developing and there is still a big gap between the supply and demand of mineral resources. As an effective controlled source electromagnetic method, CR method can be easily used to judge the content of resources, determine the target reservoir and select a favorable drilling area. In this paper, an introduction to CR method and its application in copper mine exploration in west China is present. The result shows that CR is an effective electromagnetic method in the exploration of deep mineral resources.

Abstract: The adsorption of High volatile harmful Gas benzene onto the of activated carbons regenerated by spent catalyst was studied. The adsorption isotherms of benzene in the activated carbon at temperatures of 20, 30,35°C was measured, and the experimental data were analyzed theoretically by Langmuir isotherm. Avery adsorption heat (△H), free energy (△G) and entropy(△S) of benzene at different adsorption quantity in the activated carbon were calculated. The microstructure of activated carbon to the adsorption of benzene impact of factors was analyzed, the results showed that the regeneration activated carbon had excellent performance capacity of benzene under the same condition the maximum adsorption amount of other properties similar to activated carbon was much higher.

Abstract: This paper aims to develop a new Response Surface Methodology (RSM)— XU-RSM— adapted to Reliability-Based Design Optimization (RBDO) based on Diffuse Approximation (DA) and First-Order Reliability Method (FORM). The essential of the new response surface methodology is to use simultaneously the points both in a design space (X-space) and an independent standard normal random space (U-space). Mixing the points allows for more precise local approximation due to denser sampling points and leads to a faster convergence. Finally, a mathematic example is given to show how to use the new method and the comparison of results of evolutions.

Abstract: A simple, accurate, sensitive and selective flow injection spectrophotometric method for rapid determination of amounts of hydrazine was proposed in this paper, which was based on p-dimethylamino-benzaldehyde (pDAB) reacts with hydrazine originating aldazine. The resulting yellow colored product is stable in acidic medium and has a maximum absorption at 460 nm. Upon the optimal condition, the absorption intensity linearly increased with the concentration of hydrazine in the range from 2.0–100.0μgL-1 and 100.0–1500.0μgL−1 with a correlation coefficient of R2 = 0.998(n=11) and and R2=0.9997(n=11), respectively. The experimental detection limit of 0.016μg L-1. The sampling frequency is 24 samples h-1 and the relative standard deviation was 0.38% for 0.1mg L-1. This method is suitable for automatic and continuous analysis, and successfully applied to determine the content of hydrazine in river water, pond water and waste water.

Abstract: To conclude the mechanics of fine blanking, the numerical simulation model of a cam’s fine blanking process was established, the forming process was simulated by DEFORM-3D software, the deform principle was summarized. Then the effect of three key processing parameters such as gap between punch and die, pressure-pad-force/counter force, serrated ring postion to fine blanking quality were researched, optimized parameters in fine blanking were gained.
