Abstract: In order to improve design performance, shorten development cycles, reduce production cost, we design and research the forklift hydraulic system, developed forklift hydraulic system diagram. Forklift virtual prototype’s 3-D solid modeling is designed by Pro / E three-dimensional software, and imported into the ADAMS environment. Add constraints and drivers exert the control function separately to the tilting cylinder and lifting cylinder, carry on the kinematics simulation. Through the analysis to the compound motion actuation control functional arrangement、the compound motion speed graph、the gate’s tilt angle graph、the tilting cylinder stress graph and the lifting cylinder stress graph, he simulation result indicated: each cylinder design is reasonable, the movement without interference,the reasonable work scope satisfied to the work size request

Abstract: This article aimed to optimize a polyclonal antibody based indirect competitive ELISA (icELISA) and compare between the icELSIA method and the LC-MS technology for the determination of enrofloxacin (ENR) residue. Based on the square matrix titration, linear range of the icELISA was from 0.006 to 31.5 ng/mL, with LOD and IC50 values of 0.003 ng/mL and 0.45 ng/mL, respectively. After optimization, 0.03 mol/L of HCl was used in the assay buffer and this ELISA system can tolerate acetonitrile not higher than 10%. The recoveries of ENR were in the range of 98.3-127.5%, 85.7-112.5% and 97.4-103.8% for chicken muscle, liver and kidney. The correlation coefficients (R2) of the ELISA and LC-MS data were 0.9472 in muscle, 0.9843 in liver, and 0.9382 in kidney, respectively.

Abstract: A HIP multicast mode; based dynamic multicast routing algorithm (HIPDMR) was brought out and network model was established to describe and simplify problem to be researched. HIPDMR used Bellman-Ford as routing search algorithm, which can determine dynamic multicast routing with minimum hop number and overhead while meet constraints of bandwidth, delay, jitter and packet loss rate. Simulation experiments result show that HIPDMR can build dynamic multicast routing under constraints of multiple QoS comparing with algorithms that not considering QoS assuming network node output link capacity be equal

Abstract: This paper presents an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (icELISA) using anti-mouse polyclonal antibody for rapid, sensitive analysis of 17-beta-estradiol (E2) residue. After derivation with succinic anhydride, E2 was coupled to bovine serum albumin (BSA) and ovalbumin (OVA) through carbodiimide active ester (EDC) method, and the conjugation ratio of E2-BSA was 18.6:1. Using mouse anti-E2 polyclonal antibody, an icELISA standard curve was established. The optimal concentrations of the coated E2-OVA and anti-E2 pAb were 2 μg/mL, and 1:32 000 dilutions, respectively, by the checkerboard titration. This method was sensitive and had a linear range from 0.16 to 128 ng/mL, with IC50 and LOD values of 3.76 ng/mL and 0.08 ng/mL. Therefore, the established icELISA provides a useful screening method for quantitative or qualitative detection of E2 residue in tissues or liquids.

Abstract: Zeolite HZSM-5 was pre-treated by oxalic acid and used as support for TiO2 prepared by sol-gel method. Photocatalytic activities of the supported TiO2 on HZSM-5 were investigated with existence of three kinds of electrolytes, ie. NaCl, NaHCO3 and NH4C. The use of these electrolytes encountered very similar influences on adsorption and photocatalytic degradation on HZSM-5 supported TiO2. Methyl orange total decoloration and photocatalytic degradation rates increased with electrolyte concentration when the concentration was lower than 0.1 mol/l. Adsorption of methyl orange of the photocatalyst went up constantly as electrolyte concentration rising from 0 to 1.0 mol/l. Photocatalytic degradation efficiencies undertook a slowly decrease at a long range of electrolyte concentration.

Abstract: To resolve the anomaly detection problem in the distributed environment of the Internet of Things (IoT), an artificial immunity-based anomaly detection model for the IoT is proposed in this paper. The proposed model adopts artificial immune mechanisms to recognize anomaly behavior of IoT security threats. It is consisted of Anomaly detection agents (ADA) and Central Service System (CSS). ADA is deployed by the IoT gateway. It collects the initial data of the sense layer of the IoT. It works independently and produces excellent detection elements. It shares its excellent detection elements with the other ones and uploads them to the CSS. Theory analysis shows that the proposed model is able to adapt the local network environment of IoT and improve the anomaly detection ability in the global IoT environment.

Abstract: Driving axle of a light bus was tested on the bench of transmission system, and the cause of abnormal vibration and noise was analyzed. Some defects were found from the test, such as oversized impact of hyperboloidal gear pair, eccentricity of drive gear shaft, and poor roughness of tooth face. Several improvement measures were put forward and confirmed by bench test. The results indicate that noise reduced greatly, thus the improvement measures are effective and positive

Abstract: Zeolite HZSM-5 was pre-treated by oxalic acid and used as support for TiO2 film prepared by sol-gel method. Decoloration rates increased with TiO2 concentration both for pure TiO2 and TiO2/HZSM-5. Meanwhile, the total decoloration rate on TiO2/HZSM-5 is much higher than using pure TiO2 on all TiO2 concentrations. Methyl orange degradation on TiO2/HZSM-5 reached its maximum value at TiO2 concentration of 600 mg/l. After 120 min of irradiation, decoloration rate on TiO2/HZSM-5 was near 100%, compared with 50% decoloration on pure TiO2. Photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange on both TiO2/HZSM-5 and TiO2 follows the equation of first order reaction. Kinetic constant on TiO2/HZSM-5 is k1=0.02663 min-1, which is much higher than that on pure TiO2, k2=0.010154 min-1.
