Abstract: This article had studied the corrosion behavior of S2- which destroyed the surface passivation film of T23 materials in supercritical water tubes by means of electrochemistry workstation, X-ray diffraction(XRD), and Scanning electronic microscope(SEM). According to the experimental results and analysis, it can be concluded as followed: After the T23 surface formed the passivation film, T23 was eroded in the S2- solution. Finally, T23 surface pitting process entered the stable state pitting time, while the potential and the current were stable after 5000s by electrochemical noise; The T23 surface corrosion product presented the massive fragments at 150°C in autoclave experiment, its principal constituent was Fe2(SO4)3 or Fe2(SO3)3, which had direct relation with the dissolved quantity of Fe3+ and the oxygen existed in the open system.

Abstract: Abnormal vibration of a vehicle rear axle was detected during bench test. 3D model and finite element model of the rear axle were built and the vibration modes were computed. It was found that the frequency of abnormal vibration in the bench test just matched the frequency of the first bending mode of the rear axle assembly. Therefore it can be concluded that the resonance of rear axle assembly result in the abnormal vibration and some measures are necessary, such as strengthening the half-axle sleeve or installing vibration absorber

Abstract: Virtual prototype technology is a digital design method which can avoid the deficiency of the conventional method. The paper presents the application Virtual Prototype technology to the development of the Self-motion Advanced Hydraulic Support. The structure of the Virtual Prototype system is first introduced, then the functions of the subsystems are specified, and integrated mode of subsystem and ADAMS kernel are discussed. The paper realizes the development of the support on the basis of Virtual prototype technology.

Abstract: Based on the experimental study foundation of setting altogether 10 bearing axially loaded long column of the autoclaved fly ash solid bricks. We had a comparative analysis on the fly-ash common brick with existing norms. At last, we get that ultimate bearing experimental value of autoclaved fly ash-lime brick masonry is higher than Theoretical ultimate bearing through research and analysis. It was said that it is reliable to calculate the load-bearing capacity of autoclaved fly ash-lime brick and column by design standard formula of masonry.

Abstract: Metal parts with large and complicated curved surfaces used widely have some characteristics such as a great volume, a big area, distorting easily. It is very difficult to measure and evaluate accurately the parts. Taking measurement of the parts as a purpose, a new measurement method called On-Line Shape Measurement System (OSMS) is put forward.Error analysis of curves is a requirement to assure quality and to reduce manufacturing costs and rework. This paper proposes a new approach and algorithms for the error analysis of curves.the system applies a robust mathematic model, Implicit polynomials (IP), to construct the model of the test-points. Once the CAD model is adjusted, it is compared with input to reveal the errors between their shapes. To accomplish this task a new shape matching algorithm is developed. Experimental results on error analysis of a variety of the machined metal skin of aircraft are reported to show the validity of the proposed methodology.

Abstract: Bioinformatics analysis was performed to predict the characteristics of the UL14 protein. The results revealing that there is no transmembrane region, and its molecular mass is 17524,9 Da, isoelectric point (IP) is 5.71. The phylogenetic tree shows that DEV-CHv is a separate branch, that is to say, DEV may be an osculant example among the herpesvirus genera. In addition the analysis of the physico-chemical properties demonstrates that UL14 has 6 main antigenic determinants and 5 phosphorylation sites. And the subcellular localization analysis indicates that UL14 is mainly located in cytoplasmic, nuclear, and mitochondrial. In conclusion, all those consequences are valuable for further researches on more accurate molecular characteristic of DEV-UL14.

Abstract: Through the study of the traditional vascular contour extraction algorithm, in this paper the means that vascular contour extraction of MRS regional morphology algorithm based on Sobel Operator is proposed. This method comprehensively applying regional growth algorithm and morphologic detection algorithm, and combining with Sobel operator through the correction and contrast enhanced, the result of vascular contour is more accurate and more continuous on this basis, which plays a decisive role. Experiments show that this method not only can effectively extract vascular outline and vascular contour positioning accuracy is higher, but also can effectively reduce the interference of noise to the image , Thereby this method improve the anti-interference ability of contour extraction for image

Abstract: The codon usage of DEV UL14 gene was analyzed by using CAI, CHIPS and CUSP program of EMBOSS. The results showed that codon usage bias in the DEV UL14 gene was a high level of diversity in codon usage bias towards the synonymous with C and G at the third codon position existed for coding the Glu, Gly, Asn and Tyr amino acids. The cluster analysis demonstrated that the codon usage bias of DEV UL14 gene has a very close relationship with its gene function and gene type. In addition, the E.coli expression system is more suitable for heterologous expression of the DEV UL14 gene.

Abstract: Based on fuel saving and emission reducing, this study establishes three layers optimization model for time-of-use and interruptible price. At first, a model to minimize total cost, including power purchase cost, emission cost and reserve cost was set up. Based on model 1, the time-of-use price optimization model was put forward afterwards. Finally, the three layers optimization model for time-of-use and interruptible price was established
