Abstract: Compound [LiZnPO4], a spinel-type metal compound, was prepared by a solid state reaction crystallization method. The experimental results showed that the Li+ extraction/insertion be progressed mainly by an ion-exchange mechanism. The acid treated samples had an ion exchange capacity of 4.1 mmol/g for Li+.

Abstract: An interleaved synchronous buck converter with a coupled inductor is proposed in this paper. In the proposed converter, two synchronous buck converters operate with the interleaving technique. Moreover, a single magnetic component is utilized. By using a loosely coupled inductor, its leakage inductances are utilized to control the power flow. Theoretical analysis and performance of the proposed converter were verified on an experimental prototype operating at 100 kHz switching frequency

Abstract: In this paper, an Improved Nonsingular Terminal Sliding-mode (INTSM) observer is proposed to estimate the speed of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). The Nonsingular Terminal Sliding-mode (NTSM) not only inherits the good performance to track the state error, but also has the characteristic of limited time convergence. However, the conventional NTSM control law is too complex to apply in practice. The INTSM takes the thoughts of the fast Terminal Sliding-mode and uses a new nonlinear term to replace the conventional term. As a result, the new observer owns the characteristics of global fast convergence and simple control law. At last, the proposed method proves to be effective through the theoretical analysis and simulation test.

Abstract: As rapid economic and social development, energy demand will be showing a simultaneous increase in momentum. China's energy development process shows that the development of pure electric vehicle to China's energy structure optimization and the construction of the ecological environment have a crucial role in promoting. The paper discusses the operation mode of charging system with polymer insulation materials, risk assessment and cost analysis of electric vehicle charging mode. It is shown that the cost is a barrier of the marketization and commercialization of electric vehicle.

Abstract: To investigate the optical performance of horizontal single-axis (HA) sun-tracked solar panels, a mathematical procedure to estimate daily collectible radiation on fixed, 2-axis and HA-tracked solar panels was developed based monthly horizontal radiation. Results showed that the annual solar gain on a HA-tracked solar panel was related to the orientation of HA, tracking the sun about the east-west axis was worst to boost the energy collection of solar panels, and tracking the sun about the south-north axis was best. Results also indicated that the ratio of annual collectible radiation on horizontal south-north sun-axis tracked solar panels to that with full 2-axis sun-tracking decreased with the increase in site latitude, implying that the horizontal south-north axis sun-tracking was suitable to be employed in regions with lower geographical latitude

Abstract: Considering the process conditions of the continuous billet casting, this paper has studied the slag entrapment behavior of molten steel in mold by using of a water model, and analyzed the influence rules of the submerged nozzle immersion depth, the electromagnetic stirring intensity and the mould flux viscosity on the slag entrapment in mold. The results show that the surface velocity in meniscus gradually increases with the stirring intensity increasing and the submerged nozzle immersion depth decreasing. When the submerged nozzle immersion depth is shallower, the mould flux viscosity is lower, and the stirring intensity is high, the interface turbulence of the liquid steel and slag is more severe, slag entrapment may occur in the extreme state. In order to avoid the slag entrapment in the working condition, it is necessary to increase the submerged nozzle immersion depth and decrease stirring intensity mildly.

Abstract: This paper studies the architecture of the ground monitoring system of a certain missile’s distributive guidance module and discusses in some detail the signal processing methods for controlling the power supply voltage, generating and acquiring the switching values, acquiring the analogue quantity and the image etc. The discussion results show that the electricity of the earth monitoring system can be fully insulated from that of the missile under testing, thus ensuring its safety. The signal processing methods can accurately generate and acquire various types of signal through normalization, adaptation and conditioning, thus being applicable to engineering practices

Abstract: The removal of ammonia in tannery effluent was studied elementarily with microbial flocculant in the experiment. Though an orthogonal experiment, the microbial flocculant produced the most by Bacillus cereus when 27°C, pH of 8, incubation time of 48h and the initial ammonia concentration of 1g/100mL; and the mass of microbial flocculant was positive correlated with the growth of the Bacillus cereus. After treating the tannery effluent containing ammonia through the microbial flocculant, it was found that the microbial flocculant had the ability to remove ammonia in tannery effluent. By detecting the removal effect of ammonia in tannery effluent at different pH, the removal ratio was higher under slightly alkaline condition with the microbial flocculant. The experiments may contribute to the application of microbial flocculant to ammonia removal in tannery effluent.

Abstract: The evaluation model of a new assignment of manning on board of coasters while maintaining the current level of safety is proposed. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is applied to determine the relative weights of the quantitative evaluation criteria, and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is applied to determine the relative weights of the qualitative evaluation criteria. Finally, Topsis model is applied to rank the alternatives. Empirical results show that the proposed methods are viable approaches in solving the evaluation the minimum Ship Safety Manning
