Abstract: The paper develops a tool to identify the fault type, the fault location, and an associated restoration procedure following a fault in a distribution system. These coupled tasks are important for electric power utilities to provide better services to their customers and to achieve a target reliability level. Fault type and fault location are identified by an apparent impedance-based method in which the linear relationship between the line impedance and distance is established. A service restoration with a number of objectives and constraints are solved by a fuzzy decision method. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the methodology, service restoration a large-scaled interconnected distribution system within the service area of Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) is demonstrated. It found that, following a fault event, the fault type, the fault location and a proper restoration plan can be reached very efficiently and therefore provide valuable information decision support and flexibility to distribution system operators for restoration scheduling of distribution systems.

Abstract: In recent years, problems like pollution to water sources and shortage of water resources are becoming more and more serious in the western region, and both domestic and foreign researchers have carried out lots of research work on the water treatment technology for such micro-polluted water. The article monitors the water quality of a reservoir in Chongqing, analyzes the changes of various water quality indices and reasons of the changes, conducts laboratory beaker coagulation test on water quality of specific stages, and has field pilot test on the raw water treatment. The test results show the best dosing amount of PAC and PAM in different seasons, best agitation force, maximum uprising flow rate, sludge return flow ratio, and optimum coagulant type by comparing PAC and molysite to obtain better water quality.

Abstract: A simple control strategy is presented to control An inverted pendulum. The control strategy is obtained via mathematical derivation based on the dynamical model of the inverted pendulum system. That control law is simple and independent of the model of the controlled plant. It is applicable for the multi input single output systems similar to inverted pendulum systems. A controller based on that method was designed to control an inverted pendulum. The structure of the controller is simple. And the parameter adjusting is relatively easy. Then the simulation study was realized. The simulation result shows that control law is valid for the inverted pendulum system.

Abstract: Node localization is one of the key technologies in wireless sensor networks,DV-Hop algorithm is wildly usded .The main DV-Hop localization error is the distance between unknown nodes ande anchor nodes.In this paper, The distance geometry constrain in two-dimensional space has been applied to reduce the error of measurement ,which is the distance between unknown nodes and anchor nodes. Simulation results show that this localization algorithm is effective ,which improves the positioning accuracy.

Abstract: This paper mainly uses image pre-processing and feature extraction to calculate the invariant moment of image, and ultimately realizes the image pattern recognition based on ART-2 neural network. Experimental results show that ART-2 neural network has high recognition rate. It also solves the contradiction between network's plasticity and stability, when new recognition model appears.

Abstract: With the electronic commerce's unceasing development, the traditional electronic commerce(e-commerce) flow and the support technology are facing up to the huge challenge. Therefore, it becomes a urgent needs to change traditional commerce pattern, as well as enhance the transaction efficiency and increase intellectualized degree of the transactions. But the agent technology's appearance has provided the new turning point for the intellectualization electronic commerce's development, also arose at the historic moment based on the agent e-commerce model. The agent technology and the genetic algorithm(GA) are discussed in this paper, together with the e-commerce on-line negotiations application, which provides the quota and the optimized model for on-line negotiations' development.

Abstract: Boosting and Bagging are two kinds of important voting sorting algorithms. Boosting algorithm can generate multiple classifiers by serialization through adjustment of sample weight; Bagging can generate multiple classifiers by parallelization. Different algorithms are composed of different loss and different integration mode, through integration of Bagging and Boosting algorithm and naïve Bayes algorithm, the Bagging NB and AdaBoost NB algorithms are constructed. Through experiment contrast of UCI data set, the result shows Bagging NB algorithm is relatively stable, it can produce the sorting result superior than that of NB algorithm, AdaBoost NB algorithm is greatly affected by the singular value in data distribution, the result with foundation of NB algorithm is relatively poor on part of data set, and that might have negative influence on the classifier algorithm.

Abstract: Multiple Input-Multiple Output (MIMO) radar is the recent emergence of a new radar technology. This radar system is a new concept advanced for the inadequacy of the traditional system, it use spatial diversity and angel diversity to avoid multipath fading. In this paper, we mainly analyze the detection performance of MIMO radar, and at the same time compared its detection performance with phased array radar under the same conditions. This paper first established MIMO radar’s signal model based on the distribution of sources, and then analyzes the affect of radar’s detection performance through changing the number of antenna. The simulation result showed that the MIMO radar has a good detection performance compared with phased array radar in low signal-noise-ratio(SNR).
