Abstract: Modbus bus has been widely used in the power system. For the seamless integrated realization of enterprise control and management information, the remote interaction of Modbus bus meter data is needed. This design is based on the problems involved in the process of practical power system application. Using FPGA EP2C35F672 hardware platform, UART, DM9000A external chips are extended to complete remote operation and monitoring of Modbus equipment. The field bus and the Internet network interconnection can be realized, so the decentralization and open for control system are improved. The design can be used to rebuild the existing power field bus network. This design has good prospects and practical value.

Abstract: In this paper, make a new layer model, call it as fusiformis-model. This model is a Web-based model, this new model is a traditional three-tier model refinement, and it is divided into multiple layers. The fusiformis multi-tiered application model is applied in the software development process. As a result of the experiment found that bugs in the software could be located more precisely, the development structure was more reasonable. So we think that the fusiformis-model has applacation value in the develoment on Web.

Abstract: Three-zone distance protection and four-zone zero sequence over-current protection are traditional relay protection schemes used for tapped-lines that connect distributed photovoltaic, wind, and small hydro power sources into a distribution network. These protection schemes cannot quickly clear the faults that occur at the end of the protected line. A newly developed non-communication protection scheme for tapped-line and double-circuit line tested at Gansu Power Grid can significantly speed up fault clearing at the end of the lines, and achieve fast tripping for the entire line section. This protection scheme also shows advantageous results for distribution grid with distributed generation.

Abstract: This electronic document is a “live” template. The various components of your paper [title, text, heads, etc.] are already defined on the style sheet, as illustrated by the portions given in this document. Due to the nature of vagueness inherent to real-life situations, some fuzzy data are deemed to suitable enough to describe the qualitative and/or quantitative estimation for decision making problems. Therefore, a new method for multiple attribute decision making under fuzzy environment is discussed, in which the attribute values take the form of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. To overcome some disadvantages of existing distance measures like indiscrimination, counterintuitive results and difficulty of interpretation, we introduce a new class of distance for describing the deviation degrees between intuitionistic fuzzy sets. Furthermore, the measure of similarity degree for each alternative to ideal point is calculated through using the new proposed fuzzy distance. A model of TOPSIS is designed with the introduction of the particular closeness coefficient composed of similarity degrees. Then, we extend the TOPSIS method to aggregate the fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative, and rank the alternatives according to their closeness coefficients. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the proposed approach practicality and effectiveness.

Abstract: The traditional Kalman filter cannot be used directly when some system parameters such as certain elements of the system matrix are not precisely known or gradually change with time. Some uncertain parameters can be described as an interval model. An interval Kalman filtering algorithm is studied in this paper, which can be used to process a system with uncertain parameters. A simple inversion algorithm of interval matrix has been applied and its statistic performances and iterative form are similar to those of traditional Kalman filter. Simulation results show that such filtering algorithm can provide the real time accuracy error estimation and can be applied to such kind of low-cost integrated navigation system.

Abstract: The GPS / INS integrated navigation system performance will significantly decrease during GPS outages. In this paper, we study an new integrated navigation algorithm based on Adaptive Neural- fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS). The algorithm adopted Kalman filter with pseudo-range and pseudo-range rate observations when the number of GPS satellites was not less 4. Otherwise, ANFIS was used to estimate the navigation errors and restrain the increasing INS errors to achieve integrated navigation. The new algorithm can improve the performance of integrated system effectively and enhance the horizontal position accuracy than traditional tight integration algorithms. Especially, the method is applicable to the complex work environment of navigation systems of ships.

Abstract: This paper suggests a compensating method of flux fluctuations in permanent magnet of AC servo system. after analyzing the characteristics and control measures of flux fluctuations, the compensation strategy for reducing the effect of flux fluctuations on electromagnetic torque is put forward. Though the simulation experiments it is shown that the flux compensation method for improving the position control accuracy of the movers when their running at high speed is proved to be positive effective. For CNC machine tools, industrial robots and other occasions involving sophisticated movement, synchronous servo motors in permanent magnet are usually driven by high-performance sine wave. In order to obtain good control performance, the high demands are put forward for reducing the torque fluctuations Torque fluctuations are an important factor to affect the stability of low speed servo drive system, high-speed stability and precision position control. There are many factors causing torque fluctuations, in which the flux fluctuations in permanent magnet are an important one.

Abstract: Fault tolerant control can improve the safety of aircraft under control surface failures. Sometime the redundancy method losses its effectiveness when the actuator is impaired severely. Under this condition the fault tolerant method can not be used to compensate failures. The paper proposes a method to find the bound by analysis and computer by moment for fault tolerant control. And give the effect on control allocation. At last the fault tolerant bound is added to control allocation as one of limit conditions.

Abstract: The essay introduce the hardware Design based on the Line detection system, and apply the wavelet analysis theory to the low clutch’s fault signal processing to fulfill the low clutch’s noise detection which based on the wavelet transform. Practice shows that the continuous wavelet signal has a strong ability of fault detection, if reasonable choice of wavelet function and various parameters among the fault detection, the local feature of the fault signal can be intuitively got, thus supply the products with a effective tool. The current washing machine clutch all have a washing deceleration function, so it is called as low clutch. As one of the most common parts of rotating machinery, low clutch is also one of the easily damaged parts among the rotating machinery. According to statistics, thirty percent of the rotating machinery’s operational problems caused by the bearing faults[1]. Bearing defects can cause severely machine vibration and generation noise, or even cause damage to the equipment[4]. This article is mainly detect the low clutch’s vibration noise in operation by accelerometer, and deal with the collected data through wavelet transform, thus realize the On-line condition monitoring to the low clutch.

Abstract: According to the UAV autonomous aerial refueling based on GPS/Machine Vision integration, the restrictions on the sensors during docking are analyzed. An adaptive Federal Kalman Filter (AFKF) is proposed, which is based on extended Kalman filter arithmetic, after modeling the sensors measurement models. Reference trajectory of docking is planed using cubic interpolators and docking control laws are designed with LQR. Simulation results show that the controller ensure the stabilized tracking and docking, and the AFKF outputs is continuous and stabilized during sensor failure comparing to centralize Kalman filter.
