Abstract: The feature points extraction plays an essential role in modeling structure of Chinese characters for accurate recognition. The distortions caused by the thinning process make the thinning-based stroke segmentation difficult for extracting feature points and handle the ambiguous intersection regions. This paper proposes a novel method that overcomes the distortions to extract feature points from the thinned Chinese characters. Firstly, we use eight structural elements to thin a Chinese character in a series combined way, and then segment different kinds of strokes according to their properties after thinning preprocessing. Finally we draw the end points of every stroke based on the Blob algorithm and obtain the cross information at the same time. The feature points will be abstracted fast and exactly. The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective for Chinese characters recognition (CCR).

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces fault-tolerant technology of three-level NPC inverters. For the three-level inverter topology and control characteristics, we use space vector (SVPWM) algorithm for modulation. when a short circuit fault in the inverter device,we use redundant space voltage vectors, and get control algorithm of redundant. Using MATLAB/Simulink software, a simulation model is analyzed, and the results demonstrate the feasibility of the method.

Abstract: To meet the simulation and testing requirements of HY-1 Satellite ground operation control system simulation subsystem, a global geographic data sets based on original remote sensing data was proposed. This paper detailed the function and data processing methods of the data sets, mainly including data structure and the key algorithm of the satellite calibration and data filling required in the data sets generation process. At last, using the data simulation function of ground station, the generated raw data would be sent to real ground operation control system, and the processed images showing the data sets were filled with good results

Abstract: The article studies the wireless sensor network technology, using its features and functionality such as low-power, self-organization of networks and short-distance wireless transmission, integrating sensor technology, embedded computing technology, distributed data processing technology and telecommunication technology to transmit sample data into terminals. It solved the cost and the on-site maintenance problems in the wired sensor solution, and the high cost, high energy consumption, low stability and short lifespan problems in the sensor nodes under high-pressure en-vironment. By introducing two project cases including the application in the drug storage in Beijing Double-Crane Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd and the application in temperature control of high-voltage bus bars and high-voltage switches, the article analyses the application of wireless sensor network technology in remote monitoring and trouble shooting and its outlook, but providing the most straightforward and reliable data evidence for corporation steering committee and executives to mi-nimize risks and accidents. It is proved that the research results have significant practical value.

Abstract: Accurate and effective seismic wavelet estimation has an extreme significance in the seismic data processing of high resolution, high signal-to-noise ratio and high fidelity. The emerging non-liner optimization methods enhance the applied potential for the statistical method of seismic wavelet extraction. Because non-liner optimization algorithms in the seismic wavelet estimation have the defects of low computational efficiency and low precision, Chaos-Genetic Algorithm (CGA) based on the cat mapping is proposed which is applied in the multi-dimensional and multi-modal non-linear optimization. The performance of CGA is firstly verified by four test functions, and then applied to the seismic wavelet estimation. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation demonstrate that CGA has better convergence speed and convergence performance.

Abstract: A new algorithm for position relationship between detecting point and polygon is proposed based on the research of radial method, and as the first step, transform polygon in convex polygon, then determine the position relationship between detecting point and original polygon by judging the position relationship between detecting point and transformed convex polygon and closed polygon. The new method can accurately determine the position relationship between point and arbitrary shape polygon which fully considers all kinds of position conditions including detecting point inside, on (including vertex) and outside the polygon.

Abstract: To tune PID controller’s parameters, the algorithm based on the Data-Model of Controlled plant is presented. With input and output data, Data Model as well as the feature data of controlled plant is identified by the Convolution Equation, and then the fastest control signal referenced to ideal fastest response is calculated according to the constraint condition of control signal. Finally, the closed loop control system of the controlled plant is designed, and the PID parameters are identified by the Least-Squares-Method (LSM) with the data of the fastest control signal.

Abstract: This paper is concerned with the implementation of the parallel multilevel fast multipole algorithm(MLFMA) for large scale electromagnetics simulation on shared-memory system. The algorithm is implemented on a method of moment discretisation of the electromagnetics scattering problems.The developed procesure is validated by compared to benchmarks defined by Electromagnetics Code Consortium(EMCC) .The procesure can evaluate large problemssuch as electromagnetics scattering of aircraft at high-frequency with up to several millions of unknowns.
