Abstract: Under the demands of aviating aerocrafts’ pressure, heat and hard circumstance, the design of radome’ electrical properties must reduce the influences of radome to antenna electromagnetic field.So it is essential to analysis the radome electrical system performance and simulate accurately .The most widely-used methods in the radome engineering application currently is the ray-tracing (RT) method and the plane wave spectrum - surface integration (PWS-SI) method. The measured data and computing data of RT and the PWS-SI methods show their respective advantages.

Abstract: In order to conquer the difficulty of building up the mathematics model of some complex system, model identification method based on neural network is put forward. By this method, according to actual sample datum, the complex model of crude oil heating furnace is identified at appropriate quantity of net layers and notes. The identification results show that output of model can basically consistent with the actual output and their mean squared error (MSE) almost is 0. Therefore, model identification method based on neural network is an effective method in complex system identification.

Abstract: Occlusion detection is a difficult traffic in the occlusion occurs, the existing system has been blocked based on the regional and multi-block area is not proportional relationship between the division. meanshift algorithm is more popular, the algorithm is robust root tracking algorithm. However, over-reliance on the law target color information, so when multiple moving objects, the color looks similar to when this method often leads to failure of the root trace, In this paper, the object tracking using block and used to predict the kalman filter to speed up the convergence rate of block meanshift. We introduce a new outlook weights, less affected by background sub-block effect on the target track and improve robustness.

Abstract: In Thermal Power Generation and heating Water Treatment process, duo to the water supply pipeline pressure and flow changes, the traditional PID control system controller cannot the prompt track response, PH value of water changes in a larger range, increased damage to the boiler pipes. In order to solve the problem which the control parameters optimizes, improves the system performance, proposed a new Ant colony algorithm PID parameters optimization strategy, this solution can combine characteristics that Ant colony algorithm can fast find the most superior parameter solution stably and PID can precise adjustment. In the control process, taken the PID parameters as a colony of ants, used to control the absolute error integral function as the optimization objective, dynamically adjust the PID control parameters in the control process, so as to realize the PID parameters on-line tuning, to improve real-time of the water treatment control system, improved the stability of the system, and achieve a better control effect.

Abstract: Electric vehicles(EVs) potentially provide some valued services to the power grid. In this paper, a review of the history, the concept, the types of EVs are discussed. Meanwhile, as EVs moves to electric drive, an opportunity opens for “vehicle-to-grid” (V2G). V2G describes a system in which battery EVs, plug-in hybrid EVs or fuel cell Evs communicate with the power grid to provide peak power, spinning reserves or regulation services. In addition, it can provide renewable energy storage and backup in the future. So the functions, the scheme , the transition path and the foreground of V2G are introduced.

Abstract: Whether oil futures market can perform price discovery function well is very important in global economics and energy markets. The interaction between oil spot and futures prices exists due to intraday information transfer and arbitrage trading. However, the traditional methods used in price discovery analysis ignore the interaction, and thus introduce the biased conclusions. This paper uses simultaneous equation analyze the interaction effect between oil spot and futures returns, estimates the model by the method of modified identification through heteroskedasticity (modified ITH) and examines price discovery function of oil futures markets. Using weekly spot and futures prices of Brent crude oil, gas oil and heating oil between Feb 12, 1999 and Jan 30, 2009, the results suggest oil futures return will affect the corresponding oil spot return. The unidirectional interaction exists. This indicates the information will transfer from futures markets to spot markets and oil futures markets have the major price discovery function. This paper also offers a new view of examining price discovery, i.e. interaction effect.

Abstract: Clay is a kind of structured material, and its inner structure changes with the loading. Therefore it is meaningful to analyze the deformation characteristics of clay at mesoscale. Real-time Computerized Tomography (CT) scanning experiments of clay subjected to triaxial loading were performed. The most significant aspect of the study was that real-time scanning was performed without unloading during shearing test. The deformation of clay subjected to triaxial loading is basically manifested by uniform deformation at the mesoscale. If clay structure and adhesions between soil particles are of big difference, the deformation is manifested by localized deformation. The latter average CT number-strain curve is divided into three stages as: (a) damage starts; (b) damage develops; and (c) softening failure.

Abstract: The ubiquitous discrepancies between predicted and actual outcome of energy efficiency improvement have attracted much attention of the Chinese experts in the field of household energy efficiency. But few people in China realize that it is rebound effect that induces such discrepancies, which at present has been widely accepted in the developed countries. First, in this article the definition and formation process of the rebound effect in the household sector have been described. Then, a high rebound effect of at least more than 30% and more than 50% has been perceived through the combination of the actual situation of China and the experience of other countries. Finally, the influence of the rebound effect in the household sector has been proven negative on the energy demand and energy security of China.

Abstract: Nowadays, numbers of supercritical steam turbines made in domestic with 600MW capacity have been put into operation in China. The safety of these units will have great impact on the safety and stability of the network. The features of these units, such as constructions, governing modes and system arrangements receive much more attentions. This paper analyzes the characteristics of oil system of supercritical 600MW steam turbine made in domestic from following aspects: lube oil system and EH oil supply system etc.

Abstract: The characteristics of the cooling of waxy crude in pipelines during shutdown depend on the insulation layer thermal resistance and the environment characteristics around the pipe. The crude cooling process in the pipeline is a unsteady heat transfer problem with phase change and a moving phase interface while the wax precipitattion, the properties of the crude depend on the temperature deeply. The cooling process of the hot oil pipeline is simulated. It shows that the computation results are consistent with the test results, based on which analysis has been done, which reveals that many factors affects the cooling. With the shutdown time goes by, high temperature area which lies upper inside the pipe as the result of natural convection after shutdown would move adown gradually to the lower part inside pipe. And the bigger the pipe is, the longer the safety shutdown is; the higher original temperature also contributes to the safety restart.
