Abstract: In this contribution, KNIH algorithm and Ordered Statistic Decoding (OSD) algorithm are investigated, based on which, a novel KNIH-OSD parallel decoding scheme for LDPC codes is proposed. KNIH decoding algorithm processes certain LRPs of a received sequence, while OSD algorithm processes certain MRIPs of a received sequence. If there are too many errors in MRIPs, the OSD algorithm will fail, on the contrary, if there are too many errors in LRPs, the KNIH algorithm will fail. This contribution proposes a parallel decoding scheme based on the complementary characteristic of these two algorithms. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme is feasible and effective. Compared with OSD and KNIH algorithm, the decoding performance is improved.

Abstract: The dynamical analysis for the tracked moving platform and the manipulator are established based on by Newton-Euler method and Dynamics model is respectively obtained, Moreover, Dynamic simulation is conducted, and reveals the input-output relation for the motion system from dynamical simulation, and plays a solid basic for the further study of dynamic modeling and motion control.

Abstract: The route planning is an important part of UAV mission planning, especially for anti-submarine ship-based UAV. When a ship-based UAV searches submarine, it must be planned a route reasonable. Various restricted conditions are considered in this paper, including the capability, oil cost, air threat, and aviatic area. Under the condition of reasonable assumed tactics, an optimal route, which is from the original point to the target point, is planned for the ship-based UAV, with voronoi diagram, Dijkstra algorithm, and genetic algorithm. The method and the result provide an efficacious guarantee for the ship-based UAV to complete the mission of searching submarine

Abstract: Product competition is depended on the each process success of product designing which contains complicated designing. A good many scholars promotes some design method. But each method applies to one problem in a certain phase of product innovation designing, and contains insufficiency. Therefore the only solution is to integrate all the variety of methods. HOQ (House OF Quality) is a good method which establishes the relationship between user and designer. But it can’t solve conflict between technology parameters. TRIZ ((Russian Abbreviation:Teorijz Rezhenija Izobretatel skich Zadach is very powerful method to solve the contradictions and obtains innovation. And TRIZ can only gives principle solutions. The paper integrates to use the above methods to design successfully force sensor of testing apparatus for micro-friction. Test shows its dependability and precision of designing project is very high. So reliability and feasibility of integrated technology of HOQ/TRIZ is very strong.

Abstract: Based on the study of motion model for a tracked five DOF mobile manipulator in the ideal simulation, the motion characteristics are revealed. With system’s input-output relation be established from kinematics simulation, several basic rules are founded for dynamic modeling and motion control in the study of a tracked five DOF mobile manipulator.

Abstract: The grillage method is an analytical method of space structure which can simulate the original structure; it can get the deflection and strain data of main control section, to satisfy the calculation requirements of the static loading test theory for box-girder. This paper regards Tuanjie Road junction bridge static test of Daqing city as the research object, adopts finite element program ANSYS to emulate the test bridge, it mainly discuss influence degree to the loading of the curved girder bridge at the different load with longitudinal and transversal members of grillage by the different dividable method, its effectiveness is verified.

Abstract: An approach of the moving object segmentation is proposed in this paper. Firstly the motion fields are extracted from the compressed stream, where the noise and the unreal motion blocks are removed by vector median filter. Then the motion vectors are accumulated by motion estimation, in order to get denser and prominent motion vectors. Finally the moving objects are segmented adaptively by particle swarm clustering algorithm. It is demonstrated by the experimental results that the moving objects in the compressed domain can be segmented effectively.

Abstract: A model of airborne radar/ESM synergistic tracking and management is presented. The judgment criterion of radar/ESM measurements used to renew target trajectories is given out. Firstly, the judgment of the radar/ESM measurements used to renew target trajectories changes into the judgment of two-ellipsoid (or ellipse) gates overlapping. Then the problem can be solved using Lagrange multiplier. If the radar or ESM gates overlap, the measurements of radar or ESM can’t be used to renew trajectories. Computer simulation proves the method is reasonable and effective

Abstract: Conditional connectivity has been proposed as an important parameter to estimate the fault tolerance of interconnection networks. In this paper, we consider the conditional connectivity of (n, k)-star graph. An (n, k)-star graph with dimension n (n ≥ 4) and order k can be partitioned into n subgraphs,. By utilizing this property, we give and proof the minimal cut-set and the minimal conditional cut-set of S n,k. We hence obtain that the conditional connectivity of (n, k)-star graph S n,k is n+k−3.
