Abstract: This article takes traditional waterfront living space as the object of study, analyzes configuration features of such space, learns from design experience at home and abroad, explores the design mode of such space suitable for modern society and finally illustrates the mode by relevant examples. This study has an important significance in both theoretical research and practical applications in the design of livable space under the concept of low-carbon development.

Abstract: Urban development is a process of continuous growth, in which historic context as a contact clues, has determined the regional expression of the city. Based on the regional context, taking regional city as research object, through analyzing the regional urban design theory development trend and practical problems, this paper tries to introduce the concepts of “gene recombination” into urban design of regional city, and takes the urban design of waterfront district of Yuanjiang county, Yunnan province for case study. It applies the method which expresses the context of “extraction-repair-integration” to reconstruct the regional context from three aspects of natural condition and physical space, social and cultural environment, economic and technical support. And it promotes integrating among regional natural, humanistic environment and material space form, and then achieves the goal of expression and continuation of cities with regional characteristics. At the same time, it would give a inspiring thinking way for the research on regional urban design.

Abstract: This article analyzes from different aspects to probe the various impacts that the dominant human elements exerted on the formation and development of Middle East Railway residential buildings by focusing on illustrating from three aspects, namely the cultural structure and formation, methods of cultural diffusion and cultural symptom.

Abstract: Under the background of rapid development of urban rail transit, how it effectively guides land exploitation and utilization becomes the key of urban land exploitation. Based upon the analysis of the land exploitation modes guided by urban rail transit home and abroad, this paper compares and analysis the relevant factors of land exploitation guided by urban rail transit, and proposes some suggestions for the land exploitation and utilization guided by urban rail transit in China.

Abstract: Based on describing the environment characters of Low-slope hilly land of the Changjiang Delta Region of China and the development problems in Zhejiang Province, an optimized model of suitability assessment of urban land use was supplied. With this model，an ecological security threshold was set by using pass/fail screening. Furthermore, a comprehensive evaluation index system was established using documentation, GIS analysis to lay of all single factor assessment layers，map of suitability assessment of urban land use could be generated, and then using land consolidation engineering calculation to extend and revise the assessment unit. It is concluded that the optimized model is more pertinent and enhance the rationality and can contribute to other similar areas in Asia.

Abstract: Present study is concentrated on evaluating the climate adaptive capability of Tuzhang dwellings. The comparisons to different thermal physical properties such as thermal resistance R0, thermal inertia index data D, reduction coefficient of thermal wave transferring V0 and thermal transferring delaying time ξ0 have been performed between Tuzhang dwelling and normal brick house. Comparing results show that Tuzhang dwelling has much better thermal properties than normal brick house. Therefore, regarding to climate adaptive capability, traditional Tuzhang dwelling is vastly superior to brick house.

Abstract: Leigu Town is located in Beichuan Qiang minority Autonomous County, Mianyang City, Sichuan Province, which is the gate to Anxian and Mianyang before “5.12” earthquake. But the disaster has left Leigu Town a total ruins---90% houses have collapsed, more than 4,500 houses have been destroyed and almost all the municipal infrastructure have been ruined. So more than 7,000 temporary sample houses were built there to house those residents, thus more than 10,000 survivors owed a temporary shelter. Now permanent buildings have been constructed one after another in the demonstration community. In order to glorify Leigu Town ----“a hidden pearl in deep mountain”, the designer integrates Qiang minority culture and practical situation to fulfill the goal.

Abstract: This paper studies on the landscape space of waste industry tracks in the Eastern suburbs of Xi'an city. The primary goal of the research is to use the abandoned rail spread in the community to create a simple, green, diverse, variable network of walking space, to construct a participatory and ecologically sustainable ecological landscape habitats, to look for a new model to retain and continue the memory of the city and to restore the ecological, economic, cultural dynamic around the abandoned orbit, to fix broken ecological patches progressively. This paper focuses on giving a new meaning to the abandoned orbit space by changing it into the city's green space and community public open space, by the reconstruction of biological diversity, the public participation, protection and utilization of industrial heritage and community cultural shows and other ways.

Abstract: Urban human settlement construction advocates paying attention to the simultaneous and coordinated development of urban social production with natural environment in the process of urbanization; facing the many problems in the development and construction of modern cities, this paper discusses deeply on modern urban ecological design connecting with modern urban green design, landscape design and ecological design by studying the design idea reflected in The Craft of Gardens (a Chinese book on gardening by Ji Cheng); it also proposes that the simple ecological view of The Craft of Gardens should be integrated in the concept of modern landscape planning and should be developed and extended, which obviously shall promote the modernization process of China’s concept of landscape planning.

Abstract: Nowadays, the domestic corporate governance mechanisms are not matching their structure, which seriously restricts the increase of enterprise efficiency. This paper, in the view of coordinated management ,analyzed the interrelationship between coordinated management and corporate governance. By constructing the optimal utility model of the behavior choice of enterprise operator, this issue showed that corporations should build reasonable supervision &incentive mechanisms to regulate operators’ actions, in order to enhance enterprise efficiency and realize the coordinated management .According to the analysis on the equilibrium solution of the model, this paper constructed the corporate governance mechanisms based on coordinated management.
