Abstract: Since the 1990s, Economic system of China altered from the planned economy to market economy. This brought opportunity and challenges to the renewal and transformation of the historic blocks. With the economic developing, those historic blocks are constantly renewing. But the conflicts highlight increasingly between economic benefit and the protection. This paper analyzed the relationship between the economic benefit and the protection of the historic block of Qiqihar Catholic Church updating. Starting with create a commercial public space, proposed the renewal countermeasure of the historic block of Qiqihar Catholic Church from functional complex, traffic Organization, Space shape and Landscape design. Tried to solve the contradiction between the economic benefit and the old block protection, develop the economic benefit, social benefit and the environment benefit hormonally.

Abstract: One of the world natural heritage Three Parallel Rivers core region Yunnan Baima snow mountain national nature reserve as the study area, on the basis of full consideration natural and social factors of reserve, we have established the ecology risk evaluation index system and model in the study area, and has put forward type alpine canyon regional ecological risk assessment of the theory and technical route. We have evaluated risk of the area, and obtained distribution of the risk degrees, and replenished alpine canyon type area demonstration for regional ecological risk assessment. Based on the ecological risk assessment, we put forward the ecological planning in the study area.

Abstract: Good decisions about transportation investments and policies require accurate information to the characteristic of transportation system alternatives that are acceptable to individual and social are most important and necessary to identification and consideration. The primary aims of this research are to clarify the relationships between urban vehicle’s traits that are acceptable for individual and social from urban planning perspective. The study finds that are acceptable vehicle’s characteristics and do effects on individual or traveller include travel time, travel costs, safety and security, convenience, available and assurances. It is worth mentioning factors such as climate, geographic location, cultural factors and economic status are factors that will be affecting on the urban transportation traits from individual and society perspective. Methodology of this research is on based of field study (field observation, data collection, take photo and some interview) and library study (literature review, study about title and else). The study wants to do discuss via analytically and descriptively methods. The aims here are to gain a better understanding of the variables that effect on the acceptable urban vehicle traits for individual. Therefore, research will focus on identification and consideration of most important traits of the urban vehicles that is acceptable for the passenger or individual perspective. This is not only solving way to global problems about urban vehicle's traits from individual and society perspective because of various factors with different traits will become in order to play.

Abstract: From an urbanism perspective, the paper focuses on the present situation and space distribution of the tombs of celebrities in Beijing, expounds the relevant influencing factor. The paper teases out the times and identity characteristics of the occupants of the tombs, discusses the special type of the tombs of celebrities. Through analyzing its reasons and evidences, the author puts forward the significance of the protection and utilization of the tombs of celebrities in Beijing.

Abstract: The paper analyses the forming reasons and concrete harms of the inner-decaying village, and studies the ways and measures that the new village planning should take. It hopes to achieve optimization about economic benefits, social benefits, and ecology benefits in the construction of new village, though the reasonable new village planning and design to rebuild the inner-decaying village.

Abstract: Through designing of combined temporary road and permanent road construction, analyzing the main existed problems and providing the relevant measure, the case of implementation of a new large workshop district is introduced. It is favorable to rationally use of the existing resources, save construction investment and construction time.

Abstract: Ningbo Laowaitan block was one of the most famous modern history blocks in Ningbo city. The regeneration and renovation of Ningbo Laowaitan block had important effect to Ningbo city construction. Under the double pressures of city history preservation and high cost commerce operation, the urban designs has been applied a lot of methods, such as style of protection and rehabilitation, style of implantation and collage during the regeneration and renovation of such historical block. A multiple city space has been made by a series of contradictions and opposition.

Abstract: The internal energy of urban development is the improving society and economy. Thus, the planning of urban space should be based on the study on the development of society and economy, which guarantee the scientific. Moreover, space has obvious effects on the social development, human activities and economic operation. The article makes a research on the effects of urban space on economy, society and human activities while attaching importance to the planning of urban space within the background of economic globalization, informatization and sustainable development.

Abstract: “Protection is development” is the main development direction which most scenic spots in China tend to while they still lack specific measures at present. The arrival of the tourism and recreation era and the rapid development of city construction in China require specific development direction and systematic implementation measures. Taking Wuhan City East Lake Recreation Area as an example , this paper breaks the usual “protection slogan”, sets up a new space planning pattern based on protection and draws up a compound development direction of city (Wuhan) and scenic spot(East lake area).

Abstract: Since new rural construction has implemented, remarkable achievements in rural areas have been made in the society, economy, culture and other aspects, but some problems also exist in intermediate and western areas in china, especially as the conflict between planning and reality. Based on many years’ new rural work, we researched the phenomenon of “technocrats” and “tyranny of experts” in new rural construction. From the perspective of public policy, we study on the problems in the plans and put out our views. We suggest village-merge plan must be slowed, villages must remain moderate dispersion, and rural construction plan must formulate rural model.
