Abstract: An axisymmetric finite-element method is developed to predict the evolution behavior of microstructures by interface migration. The formulation of the method is conducted on the basis of the energy principle during the interface motion. The computations extend earlier models by accounting in detail for the effects of grain-boundary energy, surface energy and chemical potential difference. The eventual shape of the plate-like double-crystal grain depends on both the initial β and the thermal grooving angle Ψ. For a given β, a critical Ψc exists. When Ψ>Ψc, the eventual shape is one made of two sphere segments with a thermal groove. When Ψ≤Ψc, grain splitting along the grain boundary occurs, and the splitting segments evolve into two spheres, respectively. Both the spheroidization time and the splitting time increase with Ψ and β increasing. The volume shrinkage rate decreases with increasing Ψ.

Abstract: In this paper, the main function of program contract in the software quality assurance is showed combined with the technology of static analyzing and dynamical analyzing. And the meaning of contract is described as well. Daikon and Diduce which are the main tools for detecting the program contract are introduced carefully. Not only the work process of Daikon and Diduce is explicated but also the main characters of them are showed. Combined with the framework of software quality assurance, the main differences between Daikon and Diduce are listed and the theoretical model of detecting contract is expressed in detail.

Abstract: In this paper, the application of bamboo fiber material in home furnishing design was studied with the intention of providing solutions for defects of traditional material in terms of its air pollution, ineffective modeling and destructive power over environment. With proper application of properties of bamboo fiber material based on its highlighted superiority, the environmentally-friendly and healthy interior space will be created.

Thermodynamic Analysis on the Precipitation of Crystalline Phase from LF Slag during Cooling Process
Abstract: The precipitation of crystalline phase from LF slag during cooling process was discussed according to the thermodynamic analysis by using CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 system. The results showed that when the slag basicity was low, 2CaO•SiO2 (C2S) was precipitated firstly during the cooling process, and then it was followed by 2CaO•Al2O3•SiO2 (C2AS) and 12CaO•7Al2O3 (C12A7), and the precipitated crystalline phases existed uniformly in the slag. In the case of high basicity slag, 3CaO•SiO2 (C3S) and 3CaO•Al2O3 (C3A) with incongruent melting point temperature could be produced, and which would result in a non-uniform distribution in the slag.

Abstract: The strength and elongation, the distribution of the soybean protein fibers and the bending rigidity of the soybean protein fiber/polyester blended yarn are tested. By the analysis of the results, the optimum blended ratio of the blended yarn is determined by the multi-objective optimization method.

Abstract: The soybean protein fiber is one of the green fibers. It is blended with the fine polyester. The strength of the blended yarn is tested. The relation between the strength and the twist factor and the blended ratio is analyzed. The optimum blended ratio and the critical twist factor is determined.

Abstract: In order to describe the relationship between the elasticity and the strength and the blended ratio of soybean protein fiber/combed cotton blended yarn, the strength and elasticity of different kinds of blended ratio of soybean protein fiber/combed cotton blended yarn was measured. The relationship between the strength and the blended ratio of blended yarn is not in accordance with the simple model. With the increase of the blended ratio of the soybean protein fibers, the strength and the elasticity of the blended yarn increased.

Abstract: According to the shortcomings of large volume and high cost about the plate recognition system, an embedded plate recognition system is developed based on the ARM11 processor at lower costs. Taking the embedded Linux system as the software development platform, the system uses graphical user interface to operate and control the machine. Using CMOS camera system as image acquisition device, the system adopts HSV algorithm to realize the image classification on the platform of the embedded plate recognition system. The experimental results show that the embedded system runs stably, can realize the plate classification by color, and has the advantages of small size, low power consumption, convenience for using and so on. The embedded system provides a new thought for plate recognition.

Abstract: The PLA fiber is one of the green fibers. It is blended with Tencel fibers. The strength of the PLA fiber/Tencel blended yarn is tested. The relationship between the strength and the twist factor and the blended ratio is analyzed. The optimum blended ratio and the critical twist factor of the blended yarn is determined.
