Abstract: The decoloration method experiment on ZSO was studied. The different influencing factors on reaction were investigated by single test, such as content of peroxide, reaction temperature, and reaction time. The results of orthogonal test showed that the dominated sequence of influencing on chroma value was content of peroxide, and then was for reaction temperature, the last was reaction time. The optimal combination proved was A2B2C2. On this condition, the chroma value of ZSO could be reduced to 1.45, it fully meets the requirement of industrial application.

Abstract: Designed and implemented acoustic emission signal acquisition system core with microprocessor STM32F103RB. Acquisition system included high sensitivity acoustic emission sensors: PXR20; signal conditioning for acoustic emission, used high-speed ADC AD9225 for A/D conversion; used FIFO module for data buffer; used USB to serial port technology for data communications and transmissions. Central control unit design included gain control of amplifier circuit, clock control of external AD-chip and data cache chip, data acquisition port control, data output port control. Experimental results show that the system implements a multi-channel, parallel, high-precision acquisition and transmission for acoustic emission data.

Abstract: Based on the experiment of two inbred aromatic rice varieties and one hybrid aromatic rice line treated under four different temperatures( daymean temperature 21°C, 23°C, 26°C and 30°C respectively) during grain filling stage in phytotrons, the shape and arrangement of endosperm starch granules in rice grain transection were observed by scanning electron microscope and the related characteristics of rice grain qualities of chalky percent and chalkiness were analyzed at the same time. The results showed that under the lower temperature( daymean temperature21°C and 23°C), many large compound starch granules with clear angulars packed together regularly without significant natural gaps bewteen starch granules in the tansectional endosperm. However, with the increase of temperature, starch granules in the transectional endosperm were changed from regularly shaped and closely and orderly arranged to various shaped and chaoticly arranged with obvious natural gaps between starch granules, which was closely consistent with the poorer appearance quality under the higher temperature, which indicated that the endosperm structure is closely related with appearance quality of aromatic rice.

Abstract: Due to the defects of traditional LED intelligent control system, the design scheme of artificial intelligence control system for LED based on ZigBee was proposed in this paper, which described the hardware and software design method of the system. The system used STM32 as the core and embedded BP neural network program in LabVIEW software, which can achieve the optimal intelligent control for LED under the LabVIEW development platform through ZigBee wireless network, including the functions of constant intensity of illumination lighting, compensation lighting, adaptive lighting and artistic lighting according with human body visual comfort. The system can be widely used in large lighting place and intelligent household application field.

Abstract: This paper proposes a new measuring method of solid materials' Young's modulus. By supporting and exciting a sample on the nodes, the first resonant frequency can be measured from the experiment. The errors caused by numerical fitting of the resonant frequency in previous method are eliminated. The proposed method uses the FEA software ANSYS simulation to calculate Young's modulus, allowing the tested object to be variously shaped and obtaining more accurate results. Objects with titanium alloy, aluminum alloy and stainless steel materials are tested and analyzed. Also for the same material titanium alloy, which is divided into different lengths to measure, we had very good measurement values. The maximum error is 0.3% which is much lower compared with traditional error 1%. Experimental results agree with true values well, and prove the proposed method is feasible and precise.

Abstract: Fine zinc powder with dendritic microstructure is applied in preparation of cathode of zinc-air battery. Based on a series of experiments, the electrodeposition was determined for the preparation of zinc powder with dendritic microstructure in the solution system of Zn2+-NH4+-SO42--H2O. The main factors affecting the process such as current density、temperature、concentration of reactants and schedule of brushing powder were investigated comprehensively. The optimal process conditions are15g/L Zn2+, 30~40g/L(NH4)2SO4, 800 Am-2current density at 30°C,with the schedule of brushing powder is 2 minutes. Based on the test results the optimal conditions, fine zinc powder with dendritic microstructure can be fabricated by electrodeposition.

Abstract: This paper presents a new control approach based on synchronous reference frame for an active power filter (APF) to compensate harmonic and the reactive power of a 3-phase thyristor bridge rectifier under the different loads. Matlab/simulink power system toolbox is used to simulate the proposed system. The proposed method performance is compared with conventional instantaneous power (p–q) theory. The simulation results are presented and discussed showing the effectiveness of the control algorithm. The increased performance of the active power filter and dynamic load conditions are extensively demonstrated.

Abstract: In accordance with the advantage of conventional hysteresis current control method, this paper advances a novel control method for APF. In conventional hysteresis current control, the hysteresis band (HB) is fixed and actual compensating current is limited in a fixed HB. Firstly, the connection between HB and switching frequency must be found correctly. Then, the variable hysteresis band current controller is designed according to the connection. Finally, the Matlab simulation results show that the switching frequency of VSI is held nearly constant and the proposed controller can track reference current well[1]. The problems of increasing switching losses and audible noise which happened in high-frequency state can be resolved in conventional hysteresis current control.

Abstract: This paper aims at improve the MySQL relational database in the high concurrent read and write to the database, the high efficiency of mass data storage and access, database scalability and high availability aspects of the performance, presents a the High-performance Cluster Architecture Based on the MySQL and NoSQL. Use the MySQL on the advantages of relational data and the NoSQL on the advantages of storage areas for enterprise to save the development costs and maintenance costs. The combination of the MySQL and NoSQL has brought new ideas for the database development of web2.0.

Abstract: A process utilizing ozone as the precipitant for the oxidation-precipitation of cobalt from cobalt chloride solution has been studied. The main factors affecting the oxidation rate such as the stirring speed, solution temperature, ozone partial pressure, initial concentration and flow rate were investigated comprehensively. The results demonstrated that the precipitate was CoOOH and the precipitation reaction is diffusion-controlled. The oxidation rate was independent of the initial concentration or solution temperature. The oxidation rate increases obviously with increasing the stirring speed. The Linear Relationship Between ozone partial pressure or flow rate and oxidation rate was found in this paper.
