Abstract: The low and medium speed impact damage of composite structure of wing leading edge under hail impact is examined by numerical simulations, using nonlinear dynamic finite element analysis software LS-DYNA. For different impact velocities, the dynamic responses of wing leading edge are obtained and the damage in composite panel is clearly demonstrated. The relations of impact energy, maximum displacement and the damage state are analyzed. The simulation results can provide some references for the design of wing leading edge.

Abstract: This paper explores the road and mode of industrial development based on the industry cluster theory. We think the ecological industrial park which has a circular economy characteristics is the inevitable trend of the development of modern industry. This paper describes mode and way of the development of circulation industry in detail. Then this paper discusses the operation mode of Ecological Industrial Park, and examples to verify. Finally, this paper gives out the development direction and strategic choice of The futural eco-industry park, and gives some possible measures.

Abstract: The heat balance calculation of producing stainless steel crude melts by chromium ore smelting reduction in a 150 t converter is carried out by use of the empirical data and the calculation method of refining plain carbon steel in a converter, according to the blowing conditions of 185 t smelting reduction converter of No.4 steelmaking shop in Chiba Works of JFE Steel. In the heat balance calculation, the heat consumption is calculated according to the actual reduction process in the converter and the thermal efficiency and the coefficient of thermal energy of smelting reduction converter are calculated. The calculation results show that the thermal efficiency η is 60.143% and the coefficient of thermal energy KT is 71.743%. The calculated relative error of heat balance is 0.019%. Heat balance calculation is an important part of the converter smelting process calculation, and it is extremely significant in the pursuit of the converter production of high quality and low energy consumption.

Abstract: Utilized photomicrographs taken by scanning electron microscope (SEM), an accurate representative volume element (RVE) model for plain weave C/SiC composites is established. Based on the steady-analysis method, the in-plane and thickness direction thermal conductivity of the C/SiC composites are calculated as 25.6Wm-1K-1 and 12.1Wm-1K-1, respectively. The manufacturing flaws have different effect on thermal conductivity. Compared with RVE without flaws, the result shows that matrix cracks make thermal conductivity decrease by 7.2% in the in-plane direction and have little effect in the thickness direction; matrix porosities have a significant effect on thermal conductivity, which make the thermal conductivity decrease by 16.7% in the in-plane direction and decrease by 25.4% in the thickness direction. The variation law of thermal conductivity along with porosity volume is also observed: as matrix porosity volume fraction is increasing, the thermal conductivity of material shows significant decrease.

Abstract: Motion accuracy is one of the key point for parallel robots. In the paper, error modeling and motion error analysis of a 3-DOF parallel robot 3-PRS has been studied in this paper. First, the 3-PRS parallel robot and its kinematics has been introduced with its kinematics analysis. Based on the reverse kinematics analysis of 3-PRS, the motion error has been modeled. Then, motion error analysis has been performed for 3-PRS. The analysis results show the clear tendency of structural error effects on the motion errors.

Abstract: The aim of this research on the application feasibility of raw materials of ice and snow in cold area is to find out the relationships among the ecology, sustainability and the urban landscape, and to put forward the universal application feasibility on landscape in cold area. Firstly, this paper first use urban centers of Harbin as the research object to analyse the climatic zones, geography, the distance between ice source location and mining ice location. Secondly, the application feasibility conditions of the cold raw materials, ice and snow, in Harbin urban landscape design is proposed and the application conclusions is drawn. At the same time, the universal application feasibility conditions of the cold raw materials, ice and snow, in urban landscape are established for the research of principles and methods.

Abstract: Mine high voltage power supply equipment on the hot temperature is too high, easy to cause the gas explosion accident, however the hot spot monitoring infrared thermometer surrounding is the existence of a large number of induced magnetic field,which influenced the temperature measurement accuracy, According to the infrared thermometer casing electromagnetic leakage, the shielding enclosure material of the infrared thermometer selected silicon steel, lens window electromagnetic leakage has become the main cause of the decline of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness. In the lens window with ITO film, after the simulation the shielding effectiveness achieves grade 50dB or above to meet the requirements of shielding effectiveness, and that improves the accuracy of temperature measurement.

Abstract: The application property and structural characteristics of bark lignosulfonate (LS) was studied. Results showed that bark LS had perfect application property in concrete. The fluidity of cement paste was 214mm, which was 87.0% of commercial superplasticiser of naphthalene sulfonate; the loss on fluidity of cement paste of bark LS was very small, which was much better than that of naphthalene sulfonate. The loss on fluidity of cement paste of bark LS after 60 min was only 5.6%, but that of naphthalene sulfonate was 30.6%. Bark LS had low foaming capacity and high foam stability. Surface tension of 1% bark LS solution was 48.1 mN/m. Structural characteristics of bark LS was also studied. It showed that the reason that bark LS had good application property was that it had high content of hydrophilic sulfonic group, carboxyl group and phenolic hydroxyl group, and uniform molecular weight distribution.
