Abstract: To recognise the displacements of oil tank can effectively prevent oil waste of oil tank leak. This text mainly combines mathematical theory with matlab software to build a model which about the oil liquid level and oil storage quantity. Using the model to determine the oil liquid height and volume inside when no shift,and keep it as a benchmark.Then using oil level program to determine the real oil liquid height in the tank,which is sank under the foundation caused by earthquake or other reasons. Basing on the corresponding relation of oil liquid height and volume quantity, the tank capacity charts with prior calibration can be calculated, and making the result of real oil liquid height and volume quantity compared with the benchmark. Making a new demarcation for oil tank has an important economic meaning in prevent wasting of oil resource

Abstract: This article designed a kind of dehydration device using spiral sieve for solid-liquid separation of coal slime water. The device based on the spiral feeding extrusion, using the materials own gravity to achieve solid-liquid separation, so as to realize the continuous material feeding. Due to the mutual extruding of the material, spiral sieve and spiral rotor, the device has the following advantages: less work cycle, continuous feeding, easy for application and maintenance, reliable work, less repair point and low maintenance costs.

Abstract: In the present paper, a multiteeth meshing gear contact dynamics model is proposed by introducing a modified robotic contact model. The inertial property, backlash of gear teeth and coincidence degree of gear meshing are considered into the model. In addition, the proposed model is used to simulate discontinuous meshing gear contact. Simultaneously, the gear meshing contact dynamical finite element model is also simulated using the Ansys/LS-DYNA software to demonstrate the rationality of the proposed model.

Abstract: Aiming at improving burner combustion efficiency, reducing environmental pollution by burning, and to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction, a method of optimization design of burner is proposed. According to the method, new energy-saving burner system framework is analyzed, fuel combustion calculation, key institutions check and CFD simulation are combined in the technical route of burner structure design. Through the theoretical calculation and simulation results of the inlet institution, in meet conditions of heating process, pressure field of the inlet institution is relatively uniform, flow direction of velocity field in the ring canal is symmetrical, speed difference is small, pressure loss in actual burning allow range. The results show the method provided in this paper has reference value on burner structure optimization.

Abstract: Three kinds of schemes of passive heave compensation systems (PHCS) for base plate are presented in this paper. These schemes are PHCS based on winch, PHCS based on weight and PHCS based on hydraulic cylinder. An analysis focused on the principles and the characteristics of these schemes is developed, and the hydraulic systems of these schemes are also established. This provides an important theoretical guidance for choosing the scheme of the passive heave compensation system for base plate according to different conditions.

Abstract: In this work, a novel method for sculptured surface subdivision to improve the machinery’s ability and efficiency in 5-axis CNC machining complex surface is introduced. The method subdivides automatically a monolithic convex or concave or simultaneously complex sculptured surface into a number of surface patches and achieves the goal of similar normal directions and small difference between the curvatures in every patch by using weight fuzzy cluster algorithm which takes the curvatures and normal vectors of the sculptured surface into account simultaneously. The inclination angle variation between every two Cutter Contact Points (CC Points) is decreased in every patch to avoid large-angle rotation of tool to save machining time when a flat-end mill is used. This work contributes to automated 5-axis CNC tool path generation for sculptured part machining and forms a foundation for further research.

Abstract: In this paper, a method of CAP(Computer Aided Programming) for boring counterbore holes was presented. According to the engineering drawings and the given diameter of holes, the position of holes can be determined automatically. Based on the type of tools, the depth of counterbore holes, the depth of pre-manufactured holes and cutting parameters, the program of boring was generated automatically. Following the program, the process system can complete the rough boring, the finish boring, dwelling or without dwelling at downhole.

Digital signature technology plays an irreplaceable role in the fields of identification and authentication, data integrity, anti-repudiation and so on, which has a very wide range of application in e-commerce and e-government. The radical methods and traits of digital signature are introduced. The approach of digital signature based on Java is presented, and its rationality, effectively and feasibility are reasoned, the test results achieved the expected goals and ensured the confidentiality, integrity, and non-repudiation of the information. This solution can be widely used in digital campus, enterprise nets, etc, and has a good application prospect.
