Abstract: Based on Franck-Hertz experimental instrument and photoelectric effect experimental instrument, an universal experimental interface is proposed.And its circuit is designed, which is based on an ARM Cortex-M3 core 32 bit processor STM32F103.The interface is a data exchange center between the experimental instrument and visual display .It can collect the analog data from experimental instrument, after A/D conversion and storage, then the result is sent to the host computer or the oscilloscope after D/A conversion. Besides,it can also export digital signal to control the analog output of experimental instrument, collect the analog data and export digital signal to the oscilloscope after the interface’s processing.Furthermore, the universal interface has the interface which can be upgraded by on-line, and can be updated by the remote software.

Abstract: On the basis of comments sets of fuzzy reasoning, fault model and the characteristics of complex motherboard repair, fault model is introduced to diagnosis the motherboard and comments sets is used to reflect the priori knowledge. Data sources are obtained by analyzing the classification of circuit. Fuzzy relation between the chip is analyzed and illustrated by the example. Reasoning model of repairing complex motherboard can be established.

Abstract: According to the specific characteristics of Flour Plant production line, the bag counting system for Flour Plant based on Daheng Image acquisition card DH-CG410 and Microsoft VC++ 2005 platform is designed. Using digital image processing technology, the system can be used to detect flour bag by analyzing real-time acquisition video of the flour bag. So it is available for flour production counting. Test results show that the system has the advantages of stable working state, high detection accuracy, high processing speed. It can systematize and standardize the Flour Plant flour bag counting process.

Abstract: Data imbalance problem is urgent problem in data mining and machine learning fields, the standard classifier will tend to over-adapt to the large categories and ignore the small categories. According to this problem, this paper takes two categories of text classification problem as the background, respectively from the amount of text and the text length two perspectives, compare the impact of data distribution imbalance on different feature selection methods, and based on this we attempt to improve feature selection methods by set threshold according to category, through a series of experiments and results analysis, get some practical conclusions.

Abstract: Multi-Agent Intelligent Decision Support System based on blackboard is designed that uses of blackboard system and Agent, it describes the framework and gives the detail about the each Agent. At the same time, decision algorithm based on rough set of system is provided, and its application is described. The system can help to cooperate in Multi-Agent about complicated works.

Abstract: The contrast is low, and the noise is strong in infrared images, which go against defects judgment and recognition. In order to resolve them, limitations of common methods were analyzed, then, according to characters of infrared images and processing target, grayscale value adjustment method and low pass filter method was introduced. Designed image enhancement steps, and it was applied to process thermal image. In process of index low-pass filtering, the cut-off frequency selection was studied. And, it was found, when it was 40, the effect was ideal. Compared the original image with image after treatment, the validity of this method was verified. There an effective way was designed for heat waves image enhancement.

Abstract: The generalized H2 filtering problem is investigated for linear discrete-time switched systems with multiple time-varying delays. By constructing the piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals, employing Jensen inequality and slack variables, the delay-dependent sufficient conditions are derived for the filter-error system to be stable with a H2 performance. Based on the established results, the filter design method is presented in terms of the linear matrix inequalities (LMI). The design procedure is brief and easy to compute. The optimal filter can be solved with LMI toolbox of MATLAB directly. Finally, the simulation results illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.

Abstract: In this paper, the controller of inverted pendulum with parametric uncertainty and nonlinearity was proposed. The controller was composed of two terms. Control law of linear part of the system was obtained by Coordinate Transfer and Backstepping algorithm. To the nonlinear part and uncertainty of the system which are usually not accords with the form of Backstepping algorithm, a BP neural network was applied to the design of the controller. Method submitted in this paper was less restrictive to the form of the nonlinear system, and has a wider universality. At the end of the paper, simulations proved the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: Non-contact measuring method based on CCD camera is desirable for product quality of high temperature long-shaft heavy forgings. In the light of the characteristics of RGB primary color and halation in forging image, the mean red gray value in the high temperature area is proposed as the dynamic threshold to acquire external contours. Internal edges in the image of the hot forging are blurry and discontinuous. For these characteristics, a method based on quadratic B-spline curve is employed to extract and fit the internal contours. Experiments show that this method can effectively remove pseudo features and extract accurate internal and external contours for images of high temperature squaring and chamfering forgings of 900 0C to 1050 0C.
