Abstract: The design methods of a kind of three-dimensional fuzzy controller and reasoning rules of its control algorithm, and the relevant simplification technology of three-dimensional table have been advanced in this paper. Self-optimized algorithm of the fuzzy controller has also been presented. The simulation results of high-order non-linear system and test of its practical applications have shown its good control effect.

Abstract: This paper aims at investigating methods for solving the problem of automated fabric defect classification which kind of defect has been occurred. Texture features for classification using local binary patterns and Tamura Method. These features are classified using the conjugate gradient BP network. Fabric samples are used in the evaluation and the experimental results obtained further confirm the designed algorithm achieved a high detection success rate.

Abstract: An ultrasonic travelling wave micro-fluid driving model was presented. Principle of the driving model was introduced and finite element model was developed. Resonance frequencies were predicted by modal analysis. Fluid structure coupling analysis was done to observe the transient fluid velocity. The time-averaged velocity was calculated. Influences of driving voltage, driving frequency and fluid viscosity on time-averaged velocity were taken into accounted. The results indicate that the time-averaged velocity profile is asymmetric parabola and is influenced by the driving frequency obviously. The maximum time-averaged velocity decreases with the increasing of fluid viscosity and reflux appears when the fluid viscosity reaches to 0.07Pa·s.

Abstract: A distributed control strategy based on model predictive control is applied to dynamic supply chain network. The optimisation-based controller aims at maximising customer satisfaction with the least operating costs. The model proves to be very useful in maintaining an inventory level that is just enough to satisfy customer demand. A move suppression term that penalises the rate of change in the transported quantities through the network increases the robustness of the control system. Dedicated feedback controllers are utilised to maintain product inventory at all nodes of the supply chain network within pre-specified target levels that are subsequently embedded within the optimisation-based control framework. Simulated results exhibit good dynamic performance under both stochastic and deterministic demand variations.

Abstract: For defects of traditional aviation photography and remote sensing satellite, developing unpiloted aircraft technology for land resource management in Sichuan Province is essential for land resource administration. Unpiloted aircraft technology is a development of traditional aviation photography, which wipes out many shortages of those technologies. It has features of low cost, easy control, quick responsiveness, high processing speed, and capacity of taking high definition aviation photography. This article focuses on features, system organization, and unsolved problems of unpiloted aircraft photography system. The research team has to use knowledge in many categories to design an unpiloted aircraft system, such as artificial intelligence, aviation, topography, and information technology. Moreover, this article introduces applications of this technology in land resource management, geo-hazard prevention, mineral resource protection, and many other orientations in Sichuan Province. In addition the perspective of using unpiloted aircraft in geo-hazard prevention is analyzed and some ideal results are also introduced.

Abstract: Due to its characteristics of large time delay and large inertia, central heating pipe networks suits to be controlled by predictive control algorithm. In predictive control systems, adjustable parameters are immerged into the closed-loop polynomial and the explicit relationships are difficult to be found, which make the algorithm design difficult. In this paper, the closed-loop characteristics of multi-horizon predictive control strategy with feedback correction is analyzed, which shows that it is equivalent to a certain kind of pole-placement algorithm. This conclusion demonstrates the performance design of state-feedback predictive control easier to be achieved.

Abstract: The nonlinear rectifying method is widely used for improving the accuracy of temperature measurement. Using industrial platinum thermistor, DT-1000 digital multi-meter and other common components, a special nonlinear processing method puts forward to achieving high accuracy digital temperature measurement within the medium temperature range. The result shows the effectiveness of the method.

Abstract: This paper describes the main features of MCGS, configuration process and the application of Visual Basic in remote monitoring. As an example to typical water level control system, we can develop a remote monitoring water level control system to simulate water level and flow measurement process by using configuration software package. According to the needs of process control experiment, with MCGS Configuration software, we can develop a Water level control experimental device constituted by 3 tanks, with MCGS and VB, we can achieve remote data acquisition, collect lower data with the help of Smart regulation instrument. Our experiment has confirmed its excellent monitoring results.

Abstract: his paper is concerned with the FR spectra analysis on the Bi, Tb and Yb partially substituted iron garnet crystals of Tb3-x-yYbyBixFe5O12. A specific FR (-1617o/cm at 1.55μm), a low FWC (0.009%/nm at 25oC) of Tb0.91Yb1.38Bi0.71Fe5O12 crystals grown from Bi2O3 self-fluxed melts can be used as broadband optical communication components. In order to interpret their FR spectra, a theory based on molecular-orbital levels of Fe3+ in tetrahedral and octahedral sites is used. It is shown that in the case of higher Bi3+ substitution, FR is mainly determined by the contribution of Fe3+ in the octahedral site. Furthermore, two types of rare-earth ions (Tb3+ and Yb3+) moderate the contribution to FR from Fe3+ in octahedral and decahedral sites and eventually have caused that Bi-substituted mixed rare-earth iron garnet has a near-zero Faraday rotation wavelength coefficient (FWC).

Abstract: For the transformer overheating fault diagnosis based on extenics, this paper proposes the extension diagnosis method that uses the matter element having all the characteristics and piecewise linearization correlation function. The method ensures the consistency of each overheating fault characteristics and overcomes the limitation of elementary correlation function in the infinite interval. The simulation result with 20 groups of overheating fault of which type is known shows that the proposed method overcomes the improved three-ratio method’s defects that multiple overheating fault can’t be diagnosed and the diagnosis precision isn’t high. Better diagnosis effect is obtained.
