Abstract: Coalbed methane drilling can produce drilling fluid waste, and inappropriate treatment will influence the environment and subsequent operation. Because of the scattered coalbed methane well locations and cost reasons, domestic and foreign conventional oil and gas drilling fluid waste method cannot be copied. So the solidified method is more appropriate. Referencing the region of Lin Fen, by detecting five wells’ waste drilling fluid indoor, the indexes are pH, coloration, suspended matter, BOD5, COD, total chromium and hexavalent chromium. The drilling fluid index of waste-polymer is beyond the Grade-2 National Wastewater Discharge Standards, but the waste Fuzzy-Ball based drilling fluid reach the standards. It has been designed indoor that the formula of waste Fuzzy-Ball based drilling fluid solidified method’s which is mainly based on cement. The indexes of leaching solution are pH, coloration, suspended matter(99mg/l), BOD5(52.3mg/l), COD(117.4mg/l), total chromium(0.32mg/l), hexavalent chromium(0.13mg/l) and the leaching solution can reach the Grade-2 National Wastewater Discharge Standards. Solidification mud can achieve without large appliance and can deal with 200m3 waste Fuzzy-Ball based drilling fluid of JU2-H well in 10 days, its indexes of leaching solution can reach the Grade-2 National Sewage Discharge Standards. The strengths must be sure for the later vehicle transporting and the cultivation after land fill. Using Fuzzy-Ball based drilling fluid when drill can ensure the source controlling of waste drilling fluid pollution. At the same time, it can cost lower and operate easier.

Abstract: Flotation of Jinping refractory copper oxide ore activated by a combined reagent of amine and ammonium has been fully studied in present study. The results show that the combined reagent (i.e., ethylenediamine phosphate and ammonium bicarbonate) has a remarkable effect on flotation performance, which can not only effectively activate the refractory copper oxide mineral, but also depress the slime of bauxite and some other impurities, such as cadmium, magnesium and silicon, etc. At last, a copper recovery of 76% with a concentrate grade of 21.65% was achieved from the ore.

Abstract: Studying on difficulty of copper oxide`s flotation, the activation of new pharmaceutical KLY refractory copper oxide ore achieves better test results than the other activator. The final recovery rate of copper ore is 83.99% and the copper grade of concentrate is 22.87%.Through the mechanism of the test shows that the improved ethylene phosphate plays a major role for the activation, which not only has strong chelation, good activation effect but also reduces the amount of sodium sulfide; moreover, it develops good test indicators.

Abstract: This article studied on calcium ions affecting mechanism to collecting quartz in the system of dodecyl sulphate. Studied calcium ions on Zeta potential of quartz surface and flotation behavior through flotation experiment, Zeta potential measurement, infrared spectroscopy and solution chemistry of calcium calculation. The results show that the ability of collecting quartz by anionic collector dodecyl sulphate is weak within pH range of 4-14, and basically can be seen cannot collect quartz. When adding calcium ions, the capacity of collecting quartz increases significantly. By Zeta potential of quartz surface, when pH>2, Zeta potential of the quartz surface shows negative charge, is not conducive to the adsorption of the anionic collector dodecyl sulphate. When adding calcium ions, Zeta potential increases significantly, and at pH = 10, Zeta potential begin to rise sharply, at this point, the concentration of Ca(OH)+ in the solution composition of calcium is also started to increase, and the recovery rate of the quartz begin to increase sharply. The concentration of Ca(OH)+ is the maximum within pH=11.5-13.5, and Zeta potential of quartz surface shows positive charge, and the recovery rate of the quartz is corresponding to the maximum. So can be determined, Ca(OH)+ is the main reason of affecting Zeta potential of the quartz surface, and Ca(OH)+ is the main active ingredient that activate flotation of quartz in the system of anionic collector dodecyl sulphate.

Abstract: In this paper, the simulation of a typical hydrometallurgy process using METSIM has been discussed, and the function of METSIM in calculating mass balance for different hydrometallurgical operation units has been addressed. Preliminary results suggest that METSIM is able to calculate the mass balance of complicated hydrometallurgy processes including ore decomposition, dissolution, crystallization separation, and etc.

Abstract: The XRD diagnosis is applied on the V-slag with different temperature and different value of CaO/V2O5. The DMTA is used in process of calcification roasting V-slag. The mechanism of producing calcium vanadate is found. Meanwhile, the change of V, Fe and CaCO3 in the roasting process is discussed. The mechanism of producing calcium vanadate is tested with experiments on the V-slag with different temperature and different value of CaO/V2O5.

Abstract: The electrochemical corrosion property of SAE1045 steel in polyacrylamide gel (PAM) surroundings with sodium chloride was investigated by using linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) method. Results showed that with the increase of PAM, the self-corrosion current decreased from 3.3 ± 0.4 μA down to 0.7 ± 0.2 μA. This indicates that the polymer gels prevented the diffusion of the corrosion products, and the corrosion products kept on the surface of the steel and prevented further corrosion of the steel.

Abstract: Ni3Al intermetallic compounds containing Cr was synthesized via Spark Plasma Sintering process. These Ni3Al intermetallic compounds containing Cr have a nearly full density after sintered at 1100 °C for 5 min under the pressure of 40MPa. Microstructure and hardness of these intermetallic compounds was studied through metallograph observation and micro hardness tests. Their formation and strengthening mechanisms were analyzed and discussed in detail. The influence of the chromium content on corrosion resistance of these intermetallic compounds was analyzed by anode polarization curves. Results show that the corrosion resistance of Ni3Al intermetallic compounds is upgraded significantly with increasing chromium content.

Abstract: Cold rolling and salt bath annealing simulation were conducted to study the evolution of microstructure and textures of a commercially produced Titanium stabilized interstitial free steel by means of optical microscopy and X-ray texture measurement. The results show that all of the as cold-rolled specimens are completely recrystallized after annealing. As the cold-rolling reduction increases, the recystallized ferrite grains are refined, The intensities of the stable {114} and {223} components remain strong after recrystallization. The orientation intensity of the {111} and {111} also increases accordingly. As the cold-rolling reduction increases to 90%, the intensity of {111} tend to be higher than that of {111}.

Abstract: The sintering characteristic and leaching property of calcium aluminates in the CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 system with different FeO additions were investigated. FeO decreases the melting temperature of clinker, and makes the clinker not self-pulverizable. As FeO addition increases from 0 to 4%, the main phases of clinkers sintering at 1350 °C are 12CaO•7Al2O3 and 2CaO•SiO2 as well as some CaO•Al2O3 when the mass ratio of Al2O3 to SiO2 is 5.0 and the molar ratio of CaO to Al2O3 is 1.4. The interplanar spacing of 12CaO•7Al2O3 in the clinker increases with the increase of FeO addition, and the proportion of CaO•Al2O3 in the clinker decreases with the increase of FeO addition. FeO does not affect the Al2O3 leaching rate of clinker obviously, but increases the molar ratio of caustic Na2O to Al2O3 in the leached liquor.
