Abstract: This article firstly presents an optimization mathematic model of load distribution based on integer programming, and proposes an optimization method based on genetic algorithm, used for solving problems of balanced network flows with high complexity computation multi-constraint. The simulation results have verified that the algorithm is efficient and evidently improve the status that traditional SPF route algorithm tends to unbalanced network load distribution.

Abstract: The linear dynamic Hammerstein model presents some static nonlinearity. The predominant method to estimate the components of this model is to minimize the error between the simulated and measured outputs. Taking the Gaussian input signals into account, we can estimate the linear part of the Hammerstein model by using the Buss gang’s classic theory. Accordingly, considering the case in point with the general disturbances, we come up with the maximum likelihood methodology.

Abstract: By analysing the Mushroom image, the paper puts forward a kind of line-structure extraction algorithm combination of local gray value and continuity of line direction .After the operations in many aspects of basis image processing, such as gray-scale, denoising , segmentation, contour detection and morphological, this article has developed a set of hair detection system based on computer vision for the Mushroom. The experimental results show this system could well meet the actual needs, and has a broad market prospect.

Abstract: With the rapid development of power market, the intelligent dispatching plays a central role, so that the dispatchers are in the presence of a great quantity of challenges. In order to lessen the dispatchers’ burden and raise the working efficiency, this paper proposes a project of integrating the speech technology into the intelligent dispatching system. The project is designed and implemented on the Microsoft Speech API (SAPI) platform. The main components of the system are speech training, grammar compilation, speech recognition, keyword extraction, inquiry backstage and speech synthesis. In the next stage, optimizing grammar and building high performance will be paid more attention.

Abstract: This paper first summarizes the existing basic theories and methods of hardware design verification. Then it analyzes and compares the simulation-based verification and formal methods-based verification, and discusses Equivalence Checking, Model Checking and Theorem Proving in detail. Finally, it points out the existing problems and the future directions in the field.

Abstract: ZigBee is a wireless standard for Wireless Personal Area Networks (WPANs), and it is widely used in industrial, commercial, medical fields where low energy consumption is needed. ZigBee routing protocols should be stable, reliable and low-power. Cluster-Tree routing protocol is a simple and reliable routing protocol used in ZigBee network, and it only takes into account parent-child relationships of nodes, therefore its routing path is single and inefficient. This paper improves Cluster-Tree algorithm by introducing a neighbor table. The improved routing protocol has better performance in less energy consumption and a longer life cycle of entire ZigBee network.

Abstract: In order to test the functions and relevant conditions performance of guns in non-fighting shooting situation, the dynamic simulation test platform is researched to drive gun move along body tube axis direction and vertical and horizontal action, thereby the function of man-recoil and vertical or horizontal slip is realized. by test comparison, test results indicates that the platform structure reasonable, and function reliable, can solution gun pre-war fast "examination", and pre-repair detection and after-repair test without disintegration.

Abstract: In order to integrate the telecommunications network and IP network, providing companies with a unified voice services, a design of IP PBX phone system is proposed. On the basis of VoIP, this design implements most of the traditional PBX functions. It provides function-code functionality allows user to directly control phone; provides user-trunk-LLDC configurations to manage user’s privilege; provides a powerful and flexible IVR system; provides SIP phone and SIP trunk support. It also supports most call features such as black list, speed dial code, forward, transfer, pick-up, can meet most companies’ requirements.

Abstract: To magnetic rheology damping existing device overheated, structural complicatedness, magnetic field utilization ratio low and problem of precipitating etc, accord with vehicle shock absorption proportional controlled for damping strength of damping device, design new-type magnetic rheology damping for vehicle that adopt external magnetic field bypass type and liquid one-way, and finish advanced development and test.That solve the questions that is device overheated, structural complicatedness, magnetic field utilization ratio low of the MR damper. And based on the Bingham model to carry on the modeling of MR damper, used Simulink to carry on the simulation, has analyzed the controlling current, the excitation frequency and the oscillation amplitude to the damping characteristic influence.The test indicate design magnetic rheology damping device is reasonable and effective, and accord with demand of pressure control, can offer basis on the vehicle shock absorption.

Abstract: A computer simulation program is presented for simulating the characteristic parameters of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) by using the MATLAB/SIMULINK and Visual Basic (VB). The simulation program is developed based on the empirical models for PEMFC. The simulation results show that the developed simulation program can be used as a useful tool for simulating the characteristic parameters of PEMFC.
