Abstract: The videogrammetric measurement is a favorite technology in wind tunnel testing, because it neither destroys the model’s shape, nor changes the stiffness or strength. In this paper, a videogrammetric measurement system(VMS) is introduced, and it is used to measure model’s attack angle. Three engineering videogrammetric experiments of attack angle in 2 meter supersonic wind tunnel testing have demonstrated that the precision of VMS established by this paper is ≤0.0094°, so it is useful and effective.

Abstract: A novel nonlinear process monitoring method based on kernel principal component analysis (KPCA) - independent component analysis (ICA) is proposed. The new method is a two-phase algorithm: whitened KPCA plus ICA. KPCA spheres data and makes the data structure become as linearly separable as possible by virtue of an implicit nonlinear mapping determined by kernel. ICA seeks the projection directions in the KPCA whitened space, making the distribution of the projected data as non-gaussian as possible. The application to the Tennessee Eastman (TE) simulated process indicates that the proposed process monitoring method can effectively capture the nonlinear relationship in process variables. Its performance significantly outperforms monitoring method based on ICA.

Abstract: With the sustained growth of vehicle ownerships, traffic congestion has become obstacle of urban development. In addition to developing public transport and accelerating the construction of rail transit, use scientific managing and controlling method in real-time monitoring traffic flow to divert the traffic stream is an effective way to solve urban traffic problems. In this paper, cross-correlation algorithm is used to obtain real-time traffic information, such as capacity and occupancy of a lane, so as to control traffic lights intelligently.

Abstract: The real-time control of the construction schedule for the high core rock-fill dam is researched, and the construction schedule forecasting and analysis method for the high core rock-fill dam is proposed based on the real-time monitoring and simulation. According to the basic principles of schedule control, the control process of construction schedule for the high core rock-fill dam is established, and the implementation method of the dynamic adjustment and control for construction schedule of the high core rock-fill dam is put forward by comparing the current construction schedule with the plan and combining measures such as earthwork dynamic balance optimization and dynamic adjustment and optimization of construction method. The achievement has been used in a hydropower project in southwest China, which provides strong technical support for the high standard construction of the project.

Abstract: An on-line method to detect induction motor stator core fault by stator negative sequence current is proposed in this paper. New equivalent circuits including the positive, negative and zero sequence equivalent circuits are is obtained by the existing abc coordinate model. In the circuits, the stator core losses is increased and asymmetrically distributed among the three phases when a stator fault happens. Experiment results prove the effectiveness of this method.

Abstract: This thesis introduces the basic principles and work methods of the pinhole camera detection technology. And the feasibility and veracity of pinhole camera detection technology are proved in the aspect of testing timberwork with an engineering project. And then according to the steps of determining the parameters, choosing an appropriate set of lens, choosing a suitable drill, drilling holes, removing the dust and debris and collecting data, the quality of the reinforced timberwork are confirmed to reach the standard after the processing and analyzing of the actual measured data The paper provide a new way for the quality check of the reinforced timberwork.

Abstract: Vibration features of moving targets can reflect their detailed characteristics, which have important military and civil values. Coherent lidar is the preponderant method of target detection, because of its advantages such as high measurement accuracy and ability of long-distant non-destructive measurement, which is appropriate for detecting the vibration information of the target through remote sensing. Traditional analysis of moving target’s vibration always contained only one motion mode, which could not reflect the real complex motion of the target. This paper proposed a novel model of complex moving target’s vibration for coherent laser remote sensing detection. Considering the vibration signal is non-linear and non-stationary, Hilbert-Huang transform (HHT) was applied to the decomposition of the signal. After decomposition, the energy of the vibrating signal in some inherent frequency band was selected as the feature of the signal. Simulations and experiments were carried out to verify the divisibility of the feature, which could support the identification of target vibration feature based on coherent laser remote sensing detection.

Abstract: Image fusion is an very important process for fire detection, it generates a single combined image that contains a more accurate description of the fire scene than multiple images from different sources. In this paper, a local feature based fusion algorithm for fire detection image is proposed. Using the non-subsampled contourlet transform (NSCT), each of the visual and infrared fire detection images is decomposed into a low frequency and a set of high frequency subbands. Then the fused coefficients are generated by applying different local feature measure to the low frequency and high frequency subbands, respectively. And the fused image is obtained by taking inverse NSCT. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method outperforms other methods in both of fire target enhancement and background detail preservation.

Abstract: Along with the construction of the international tourism island, the National Development and Reform Commission plans to build Hainan Island into an important national winter fruit production base. That makes new demands for tropical agricultural products logistics. In order to ensure that winter melon food is supplied regularly in China, it is important to raise the agricultural products logistics level. Transportation environment is a key factor of tropical agricultural production quality and safety in logistics. As we all known, a bad transportation environment will result in food spoilage and waste, and thus it's very necessary to monitor, collect and process environmental information, but scholars less involve in this area now. The key problems about information collection, analysis, diagnosis and early warning prediction are systematically studied in this paper. We emphasize the key technology of information, including sensor, WSN, computer network and database. Based on advanced information technology and developed hardware, we put forward an available information monitoring system of agricultural products transportation environment. Technically, the research will be helpful for monitoring transportation environment and ensuring the quality safety of agricultural products in transit.

Abstract: Condenser is an essential equipment of steam turbine. It is valuable to diagnose the fault when monitor the condenser system. To overcome shortcomings of BP neural network in fault diagnosis, ART1 (adaptive resonance architecture 1) is used to diagnose the condenser fault. The ART1 Neural network studies the typical fault features data, and realizes fault diagnosis. The results indicate the improved ART1 neural network can diagnose the condenser system fault correctly, and overcome the shortcoming of the original training algorithm. Although this is an application based on condenser, the algorithm can be used to further industrial system.
