Abstract: From the point view of the general contractor, we can analysis of the various factors which affect the selection of subcontractors and construct them as the basis for the comprehensive evaluation index system of the subcontractors’ capacity risks. Then we can use Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method to put forward the selection of subcontractors based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. Finally, we list some engineering project examples to verify the feasibility and practical of the comprehensive evaluation system to provide references and recommendation for general contractor on evaluation and selection of subcontractors.

Abstract: This paper established a relatively good index system of quality cost projections. The quality cost of construction enterprise is predicted by introducing a new mathematical model — Support Vector Regression Model (SVR). SVR is one of the best methods on dealing with small samples, avoiding the defects of neural network that is easy to fall into local minimum, lower accuracy rate, and it verified Unascertained-SVR model is feasible and good accuracy by example.

Abstract: The cross-sea bridge construction environment is poor, and its construction technology is complex. To determine the general contract management idea, realize the overall operation goal, achieve the standardized management and maximized and optimized benefits of the engineering project, it is of great practical significance to discuss the management of the cross-sea bridge construction contract. The construction enterprises should pay attention to the management of construction contract, which is as the basis of arranging for construction, pursuing for claim, controlling engineering cost and settlement and providing possibilities for risk transfer, carry through the real-time institution development and establish the contract management system, so as to control the business cost and drop the business risk. Incorporated with the actual situation of the construction contract signing, the issues and improvement measures in the signing and management of the cross-sea bridge construction contract are given.

Abstract: Taking a project of Hangzhou as the example, a new management method named oppression construction method was proposed in soft soil of deep foundation pit engineering management. This method was based on the foundation pit excavation by layer and section. Through timely supporting of foundation pit and construction information management, the foundation pit supporting exposure time and exposed to the breadth and height was decreased. Thus the excavation process to the periphery environment influence was effectively reduced. It provided beneficial reference for the future of deep foundation pit engineering construction management.

Abstract: This article makes research on the relationship between the construction project safety and the city public safety. Firstly it constructs the influence relationship model between the construction project safety and city public safety, including identify the interrelated factors of the two systems of construction project safety and the city public safety and construct the influence Relationship Model between the two systems. Secondly, this paper concludes the types of the serious city public problems that are caused by construction project accidents with specific examples, then it gives some deep-seated reasons for such accidents in the background of Chinese construction industry based on the investigation result.

Abstract: AHP is usually adopted by design-build enterprise to help to make decision in subcontractor selection and build hierarchical structure for the target and evaluation factors which both may affect the selection decision, and meanwhile propose a proper analytical mode and calculation method. This paper takes an concrete engineering example as research object, and the research result shows that AHP can give the priority to impact factors among various factors and obtain the order of comprehensive weight of each impact factors, and eventually help to select a satisfactory subcontractor. This method reduces the influence from personal factor and enhances the objectivity and scientific of each decision.

Abstract: The purpose of this thesis is to solve the issue that the development of the work safety usually falls behind of the development of the production, which is driven by methodology that evaluating the effectiveness of the safety management by ranking the accidents.The research provided a production accident early warning index to reflect the real time safety status in order to prevent the accident at the source, to control the process and to measure the performance. A correlation analysis was then conducted parameters that meet the requirement of confidence intervals were given. A forecasting method using both quantitative and qualitative tools was proposed and the weights of each early warning index and the correlation between the indexes were determined. Finally, a mathematical model of production accident early warning was established to generate the production accident risk index which could represent the status of work safety and its future trends to forecast and prevent the severe accidents.

Abstract: For large construction engineering, to perform safety pre-warming more efficiently, scenario analysis method (SAM) is studied for safety pre-warming of large construction engineering (SPLCE). Implement flow framework of SAM is established, the key cycles of SAM are discussed. To validate the validity of SAM for SPLCE, some practical instances of SPLCE are abstracted so as to generated application and testing sample. Comparing with whole index evaluating method (WIEM), under the condition of considering only limited key driven forces and some normal indexes, the result by SAM are almost the same with that by WIEM. SAM improves the efficiency of SPLCE, and it is fit for solving complex predicting, analyzing and evaluating problems such as SPLCE.

Abstract: Business Intelligence (BI) has been viewed as sets of powerful tools and approaches to improving business executive decision-making, business operations, and increasing the value of the enterprise. This literature review presents the development of business Intelligence in recent years. Architecture, technologies, performance evaluation and applications four aspects are discussed to illustrate the BI used technology and the future trend. It presents how to improve the BI efficiency and what method is adopted for enterprise to solve the problems which they encounter.
