Abstract: It is an important factor that the paper tension for web press printing and roll paper manufacture. Especially commerce web press is the more important. The commerce web press has not only the first tension control, but also the second tension control. The second tension control would control tension wave restrict accurate bound. The simulation method was discussed about paper tape tension the second tension control on some problems of high speed Web press controlling system in actual adjustment course, and different respond graph was obtained on the different controlling parameter by MATLAB and controlling system capability target. Intuitionistic and exact foundation was offered for system analysis, comparison and choice arithmetic, which benefits the further research.

Abstract: In this paper, in order to study the effect of nonlinear suspension system, a nonlinear dynamic model considering nonlinearity of suspension is built and another model with the respective of linear suspension system is developed which is for comparison. Then the dynamic equation of the model is set up. The simulation is accomplished through MATLAB/SIMULINK. It is found that the band-limited white noise module can simulate the power spectral density of road surface well. Finally, numerical simulation results indicates that an appropriate nonlinear suspension model fits reality better than a linear one and using relative control can provide the best ride comfort.

Abstract: Hydraulic confined piston engine (HCPE) is a new type power device directly turning indicating work into hydraulic power, whose working process is related to many disciplines. The optimal design of its main movement system is very important for improving performance. Based on the minimum volume, the MDO model was constructed. The model includes systematic level optimizing model and disciplinary level optimizing model of crankshaft and connecting rod. Computed with collaborative optimization method, the total volume reduces by 12.62%, among which the volume of connecting rod increases by 9.26%, but crankshaft reduces by 14.06%. The result is more integrally optimal because of considering the collaborative effect between subsystems.

Abstract: As the core component of hydrodynamic variable speed transmission system of wind turbine, there exist some problems in domestic adjustable torque converter, such as simple products and poor performances. A three-dimensional flow simulation method is employed to design the adjustable torque converter. Circulatory circle is determined after the structure optimization of the torque converter. The blades are designed by the conformal projection law, and then the adjustable device’s structure is determined. The performance of torque converter with the variation guide vanes is analyzed by using numerical simulation. The calculated results show that the new torque converter could meet the needs of the wind turbine transmission system.

Abstract: By analyzing current China’s furniture industry, it is pointed out that the critical significance of developing intelligent furniture. In the article, it probes into the connotation, classifications, structural principles and design rules of intelligent furniture. Meanwhile, it systematically analyzes the problems of intelligent furniture design, and finally it gives corresponding development strategy and measures for leading intelligent furniture industry developing healthily and aiming to transforming China from one big manufacturing country into one powerful furniture-manufacturing country.

Abstract: Nowadays, with the increasing demand of people in fashion design, the existing fabrics, structures, styles, colors and patterns can no longer meet the needs of the designers. It forces designers to make three-dimensional structural designs and reshape fabrics with various means based on the original ones, which may change the original fabrics largely in forms, textures and structures, and enrich the look of the original fabrics; meanwhile, it is also an extremely new way to interpret the fashion concept. What is more, it can broaden the range of employing materials and the innovative designs of structures, which has been an important method in modern fashion design.

Abstract: The relationship between preferred driving postures, seat adjustment levels and the anthropometric characteristics of subjects were investigated in this paper. The study is a pilot investigation with the aim to understand comfortable driving postures for Malaysian drivers which will be a basis for further development of a comfort design model in the future. Wireless goniometer and photogrammetry method were used to measure the body’s joint angles. The goniometer was placed on the subject’s shoulders, elbows and knees to measure the shoulder displacement angles, elbow angles and knee angles, while foot-calf angles and trunk-thigh angles were measured using a photogrammetry technique due to the limited number of the goniometers. The seat positions, namely; the seat back angle, seat sliding distance and seat height were measured using a similar photogrammetry method. The subjects’ results show that stature affects their shoulder angles, elbow angles, knee angles, seat height and seat sliding distance. There was a positive correlation between the stature, elbow and seat sliding distance. However, there is no correlation between stature and seat back angles. Based on the results obtained, a taller subject preferred a driving posture that enables their arms to be outstretched; while a female subject preferred to sit closer to the steering wheel and a higher seat for visual demands.

Abstract: Product is a platform with which the companies and the consumers communicate with each other. The product style contains two kind of information - one from the companies and the other from the consumers side. Product style map is an effective tool for product strategy planning. In this study, word processing technology was firstly investigated including methods of new words identification, words semantic measurement, and new words explanation. Consequentially, Product Style Keywords Map was produced with the fore mentioned technology, dynamic SOM model was adopted to cluster the product style keywords. A visualization and interaction structure was set up based on Flex technology.

Abstract: Concept and characters of exhibition logistics are introduced in this paper. Exhibition logistics operation process is also analyzed. Differences between traditional logistics and exhibition logistics are pointed out. An exhibition logistics system and its information system are designed with several advantages.

Abstract: Aimed at the actuality of the Mine-Concentrator, Dexing Copper-mine, the paper comprehensively apply such technology as the statistics analysis, the forecasting theory, the pattern recognition, the neutral networks and the expert system etc, to study the intelligent method of equipment maintenance management. By utilizing the information of BP network, on the base of learning, the classify system is established. By equipment practical state, scientific and reasonable dynamic decision is established in order to cut down surplus detection and surplus maintenance, which provides technology support for mine equipment’ long-periodic operation.
